I have orderd on date 16 apr, fashion black wayfer sunglasses (Rb 2148), order no. [protected].
But on delivery i received empty box with cover, sunglasses are not present in the cover. I opened box in front of delivery boy, delivery boy not responding & taking any action to this.
Strict action should be taken towards the company. This kind of issue is very disgusting. Snapdeal should be banned from indian online shopping market.
Please solve the problem.

        The air bag pressure which was supposed to be an important feature is not working at all. I received this product on 8th april and opened today to find that this is not working. Please fix this issue as there is no option of calling customer care guys. There should be a way of contacting teh customer care and then sort the issue but the customer care number which they provided is of no use. Since this product was delivered on 8th april 2019 and i opened this product today, i cannot return this product. But the product delivered is faulty.

                So i leave a message right after placing the order that pls. Deliver my order on my new address but now when i am tracking my order you are going to deliver it on previous address.

                  I have placed a return request for john's umbrella. But neither the courier guy called me or came to my house to pick it. At the end of the day the status says pickup unsuccessfull. How is that even possible? I think snapdeal is playing some kind of cheap trick. Also their customer service sucks. And there is no option to speak to the executive directly. Kindly resolve my matter at the earliest.

                              I had purchased Nike sport shoes from snap deal in the month of Feb 2019. In just two months the soul and cloth has come out. I raised the concern to your team but there is no support from your team and so I am writing this email

                              I normally buy from Amazon and flipkart but I thought snapdeal is also a good brand so lets try from snapdeal but have realised have made a wrong decision.

                              I had purchased Nike sport shoes and according to your team they say that it does not have a warranty. Now a days if I buy any product from dharavi local market also it too has a warranty for a year.

                                It s rly regretful to inform you that i have placed my order on 19th march 2019.. But despite of intimation by company through sms and mails regarding delivery i have not received my products till date. It was my first order and i have been misguided by company and it has shattered my reliability.. I had to suffer financial loss as well as i had to face distrust of my clients due to non delivery by company. Such a thing was hardly expected from this prestigious company. My sister had ordered 2 100ml perfumes to gift me on my birthday and was disappointed to find duplicates delivered. The bottle color and shape was evidently different. I have attached a picture to explain just the color difference. The bottle evidently has the line to prove that it was reworked on. The odour is definitely not the original. We feel so cheated and lost confidence in snapdeal. We requested for a replacement mentioning the details and they collected the parcel but returned the same after a few days. Please intervene in this matter. We can not have such things happening to customers in our nation. India should be known for delivering good and original stuff.

                                      I purchased 9 bottles of indulekha hair oil and 4 bottles of Indulekha shampoo. Snapdeal offered a 50% discount to lure customers. Upon recieving the product i found all the of them were fake. As 100s of customers have been duped, i could immideately tell by the color of the product, smell and viscocity and the pacakging and after using it that the product is 100% fake.

                                      The invoices are attached.

                                      Snapdeal team - i tried contacting your customer care department several times by no one responded and obvously becuase the return window has expired, your website is also not useful.

                                        I placed an order for for mi band 2 strap on 22-feb-2019. The status of the delivery was daily updated as "out for delivery" and then automatically set as "delivery attempt failed". This was done for almost a week. I tried contacting their delivery guy but either the phone was switched off or they didn't answer the call. After waiting for a more than week i placed a request for cancellations. The product was never delivered to me and it was marked delivered by snapdeal on 12-mar-2019. On raising the complaint on [protected]@snapdeal.com they shared a fake proof of delivery with a fraud signature and my mobile number against my product on delivery sheet. I tried to contact snapdeal on their email as that's the only mean of communication with them for several times, but i don't get any meaningful reply or response from them. It's more than a month and their one-sided and biased investigation is still going on with no progress updates. They don't even feel like replying to the emails or call the customer. It's so frustrating and disgusting to see snapdeal going so low loosing all its ethics, cheating customers and making unethical money to keep it's drowning company afloat. Snapdeal should really be ashamed of their shameless activities.
