I have placed a return request for john's umbrella. But neither the courier guy called me or came to my house to pick it. At the end of the day the status says pickup unsuccessfull. How is that even possible? I think snapdeal is playing some kind of cheap trick. Also their customer service sucks. And there is no option to speak to the executive directly. Kindly resolve my matter at the earliest....

The product does not have the charger with it, when it was told to the person delivering he told to contact snapdeal, I have sought it at [protected]@snapdeal, i am yet to get the charger which as per the leaflet is a part of the equipment, i seek for the charger, and the equipment is not getting switched on...

My family has been using davidoff's cool water perfume for years. My sister had ordered 2 100ml perfumes to gift me on my birthday and was disappointed to find duplicates delivered. As 100s of customers have been duped, i could immideately tell by the color of the product, smell and viscocity and the pacakging and after using it that the product is 100% fake.

I placed an order for for mi band 2 strap on 22-feb-2019. The status of the delivery was daily updated as "out for delivery" and then automatically set as "delivery attempt failed". I am trying to reschedule my pickup from the link which was sent to me on text but when i am clicking on submit, it just says the pickuphas been rescheduled. I am not receiving either sms or mail confirmation of the reschedule and also whenever i am closing and opening the app, the reschedule does not reflect. I also tried contacting via mail...

I had placed one of my order that was to be delivered between 13 to 15th april, but without informing it came to us on 12th, when no one was there to take the delivery. It was rescheduled to get delivered by 13th, but it hasn't yet. Also i'm not able to contact anyone, they aren't receiving the calls. Why are you provided such a bad service!

I have ordered Boat 225 earphones from snapdeal on12.02.2019 and invoice raised on 13.02.2019. which was delivered on 19.02.2019.
