Sir.. I have placed an ordered of RAY BAN AVAITOR green aviator sungalsses in ur snapdeal app.. On 20/3/19.
I refund the product.. Iniated date: 29/03/2019..but the money didnt came to my bank account ... I called the customer care no also.. The customer service man said.. Sir.. Wait for till 4/04/19..i returned the money to ur bank account.. But he doesn't send my money..

My online products can order for after few days cancelled why first up all when order is conformed then message is ur product is deliver few days after few days product can not reach why

I don't know how to talk to customer care even i try using their customer care number. No option to talk to executive. Have problem with my order and i cannot contact through my registered mobile number [protected]. It's a prepaid order. I am being cheated. Need a call from snapdeal before i go to consumer court.

Snapdeal is nit take any action against the product which i order and recently i talk to one of snapdeal executive name shubangi i tell him my problem regarding shoes she said dont worry we will help u in 24 hour but no notification i received yet they all are making fool of customer strict actions should be taken against snapdeal...

I have purchased rayban sunglasses over snapdeal on 27th march 2019 for rs.531. The item was received on 1st april 2019 which was found to be fake hence applied for refund.

1. I ordered 2 kurtas from Snapdeal.
Got it within time. Good!
But the Men's sleeveless jackets are defective pieces.
The sleeves are wrongly cut. I'd been out station for few days, so could not return it as the time for returning was over.

The size though 38 it's smaller than the days size. Because I use 38 no: jacket.

I had ordered a fossil watch on 25th march from snapdeal and the payment option was cod. When the product arrived it was wrong item instead on the one i had ordered. By mistake while returning i chose 'quality not as expected', instead of 'wrong product'. The man who came for pickup did not take the item and not even cancelled the pickup. Now i am trying to return but it's showing no option available. Snapdeal has a return policy of 7days....

I'm ambu rao, resident of india. Recently i have purchased a epson ink bottle in snapdeal. And it got delivered in7days. And after that i pour the ink in the ink tank. After that i realize that the ink bottle contains duplicate ink. And it was make my printer damage. Now it's not working. So that imaandar very much suffered with that. I was purchased a combo of indulekha oil. On the date 24/3/19. It is delivered on 29/3/19. (My contact no is [protected]). On 27 sept 2018 i got my ordered indulekha oil from snapdeal. It was ok but after using that product i again ordered it from snapdeal. I got indulekha same oil bottle and its covering. But as i open the bottle. The smell and color was so much different from the last indulekha oil i ordered from snapdeal.
