Hi snapdeal team...
I bought "
Fastrack sports 3099sm02 men's watch" with order id: [protected] and "boat bassheads 200 extra bass in ear wired with mic earphones blue earbuds ear buds handsfree" with order id: [protected] from snapdeal. But now both are not working properly, they are still within the warranty period. I am confused what to be done. Really disappointed by u people. Please guide me what to do now...

Hi Team,

I got email from your team to submit written confirmation from brand. But brand is not giving me written confirmation for the seller. Please find attached email sent to brand. I talked with them on phone also.

I am not getting email ID for the seller so that I can mail them for clarification.
I need your help as soon as possible it is wasting my time and getting mental harassment.

Please find the reply from brand. They are telling me to contact seller and not providing any details on that.
I am not able to contact the seller as I do not have their email Id, I tried to take email id with the help of just dial service but seller is not register with them. Please help me as soon as possible. It is taking long time now.

We had brought extenso hair shampoo, it is duplicate as no form gets generate. Snapdeal is making fool of customers by selling fake products at cheaper price to attract customers. I am requesting to return my money in my account.

    My name is hariprasad, yesterday i have received a message stating that i have won a prize of rs. 12, 60, 000/ a tata safari car. Then i have ignored this message, but after an hour i have received a call from them, that they calling from snapdeal and said you have to deposit a amount of rs. 6500 for car's processing fee, and they have given all the details of my last order, which i have booked a watch on snapdeal, with its price and my details which i given to snapdeal only. As they given all the details of my order, which are only known by the company, so i have believed that and deposited that amount to them in a bank account which is provided by them. Then after some time they have again called me to deposit a amount of rs. 14, 600 for fuel, driver and delivering charges, then i have asked them to provide details of them, then he sent his addar, pan card, and snapdeal identity card, stating he is a snapdeal employee, so by that proof i have deposited that above mentioned amount in the bank account. And after half an hour i have received a call again and said you are required to pay a amount of rs. 10, 000 for road and toll charges and their clearance, and they said is the last and final amount to be paid by us. So i have deposited that amount into their account. Then they have sent a pic of the car and a winning certificate by my name on it. And said that the vehicle is out for delivery. Then after some hours the driver have called me stating that the vehicle have been stopped by police at the toll gate in bihar and uttar pradesh boarder, for that they asked me to get a document of l. O. C for the purpose of crossing the toll. For that i have paid the amount of rs. 7, 000 directly into the bank account of police naming by navin prasad singh, then the driver called me and said the car has been released by them and i'm on way back to delivery. After that snapdeal employee by name nithin kumar singh who called me first, said he is sending me the papers of vehicle, but i didn't received them at all, for that i have called him to send those documents, he said the server is down, so i will send them with in hour but i didn't received them. So i have called him again then he said" in any way i will send them by today i. E., sunday morning 8 o clock but when i called him today morning he said i will send with in half an hour, and again said today is sunday and the office will be closed. I'm not to know that this information is true or not, and demanding that the vehicle is stopped by police at again and now they leaving that vehicle in police station at uttar pradesh boarder toll gate. And now the employee is also not answering the call. So i'm afraid of losing the money, i need the help of the company in this issue, as is it true to won the car or it is fake, if it is fake how all my details are went to them. Company has to take the responsibility of this. I need quick response for this issue otherwise i'm here going to complain against the company.

      I submitted a complain agaist this order id. Months have been passed, no reply from snapdeal.
      "team is working on it". Not sure how much team is working that they are forgetting to respond. If you are not going to accept the return, they admit it in one line rather than providing all absurd reasons.
      How long does it normally takes to resolve to get into a conclusion?

      Snapdeal was able to resolve the issue. But they responded when I registered a new complain against the old complain. It took around one month to provide the resolution. The shoe got returned and I got my refund.

      There is an ongoing other complaint with this order id.
      Please tell the team to look into that first and resolve it rather than hanging it for months.
      The reason for posting another complain, as your team is not at all responding, just providing a generic statement "Team is working on it".

      I received a call today saying that i am the 2nd lucky winner of snapdeal..in which i have won maruti suzuki swift and i need to pay 7800 for tax services and either the car or market value of that car will be sent to me. And snapdeal is such a [censored]in app, there is no customer care support so that you can reach to them on call

        Someone call to me n saying that i m nikit kumar singh from snapdeal... He says that u have win rs 12500000 and have to pay rs 8000 for registration fee... After investigation i get to know that he is using id of others... He is frauding people... What the indian law is doing track him n punish him... As soon as possible.
        Documents he have sent to me adhar card., pan card, which i have uploaded..

          I have purchased 6 bottles of indulekha oil on 8 march 2019. I doubt the aroma, color, and consistency of the oil. After applying the oil skin started itching and i got rashes. I thought i might be having an allergy of a particular product but my friend faced the same problem who purchased the same on snapdeal.
          Please confirm the authenticity of the indulekha bhringa hair oil product sold by snapdeal as it is related to health.

            Snapdeal delivered me empty shipment means just send me brand box of company by arihant infocom, bangalore (Seller). When i reached to snapdeal they mailed me that kindly mail them snapshot of product which i received and i mailed all documents with signed undertaking indicates i received empty shipment from snapdeal though they were not ready to give me replacement of product or refund.                 Hi, i have bought the dell 3d, l702x laptop battery having capacity 7850mah equivalent to 87kh from snapdeal on[protected]. The seller 'saji computers, coimbatore' have clearly mentioned about the product that it is the right match for dell xps l702x laptop.
                The battery was delivered on 01st-april 2019. After opening the box, i found that the dell battery is not at all original, it has scratches on its surface, edges, with missing cushion rubber support on bottom with dust accumulated on two corners of battery. It was certainly refurbished battery & not original at all. On top of this the sticker on battery says it is having capacity 49wh equivalent to 4414mah. Which is half of the displayed product capacity of 7850mah. Due to this low capacity battery, my laptop does not boit/restart on delivered battery at all.

                Snapdeal have send me wrong, old, refurbished product & i requested immediately to return the product & requested to refund my payment, as the delivered battery does not suit my laptop.
                But snapdeal have send me a email to take the battery to nearest dell service centre & either get it serviced (As they claim it is under warranty) or else get a letter from them that why its not a right match battery & submit such letter/report along with service centre seal & sign within 15days or else the product will be considered sold.

                I have replied by email to snapdeal that i'm not going to take the peice of crap to any service centre & go for servicing because they claim it is under warranty. Why should customer suffer if the product delivered is faulty, incorrect model?? What will dell do, if i'm trying to use a 50%capacity battery?
                I have requested snapdeal to refund, but from past 5days now, they are just sending me same msg that the return of product is 'under review' & mention that they will contact me in 24hrs, but nothing is progressed.
                Snapdeal & it's associate party seller saji computers, both are cheats. They have cheated me by sending wrong, unmatched, old, refurbished battery & are now not responding to any emails.
                Neither snapdeal nor saji computers have any phone number to call them & complain.

                All new customers pls be well informed that snapdeal doesn't have any call centre number, you cannot talk to any person in snapdeal on their customer care number. I have spend ₹6030/- to buy this laptop battery from snapdeal as it wasn't available on amazon/flipcart. I made a big mistake in believing snapdeal. Never buy anything from them. They are cheats & loot our hard earned money.

                          I have ordered a watch from snapdeal order id [protected] i recieved it on 05/04/19 from vulcan courier boy name Gorakh patil his mobile no. Is [protected].when i open the parcel i found empty box. There is no watch in it. Snapdeal makes me fool. Anybody who is responsible in it should be punished

                            Dear sir,

                            I have purchased rayban sunglasses over snapdeal on 27th march 2019 for rs.531. The item was received on 1st april 2019 which was found to be fake hence applied for refund.

                            Order no.[protected]

                            Th item was picked up from my place on 2nd april 2019 and from that time there is no update from snap deal.

                            I am not able to reach customer care as there is no option to speak with their executive.

                            And when send an email they are not responding.

                            Please help as this miss selling and refund not credited to my account and nobody is listen or reverted back to me with resolution.

                              I purchase puma sneaker from snapdeal but the product i actually received during delivery time is small damage so when i pick the product and brought to my home then i open the package i found used puma black shoes after that i file a return request which was cancelled by snapdeal i want resolution of my product as soon as possible otherwise i will file case against snapdeal

                                1. I ordered 2 kurtas from Snapdeal.
                                Got it within time. Good!
                                But the Men's sleeveless jackets are defective pieces.
                                The sleeves are wrongly cut. I'd been out station for few days, so could not return it as the time for returning was over.

                                The size though 38 it's smaller than the days size. Because I use 38 no: jacket.

                                2. I also ordered a lip cream which was totally different colour than what I ordered.

                                3. The Mac combo pack of Eye make is dry.

                                It is completely cheating the customer.
                                I need my money back.
                                If you are a genuine dealer you will pay back or I'll have to sort for legal support.

                                Do not cheat ! You will not prosper!

                                  I had ordered a fossil watch on 25th march from snapdeal and the payment option was cod. When the product arrived it was wrong item instead on the one i had ordered. By mistake while returning i chose 'quality not as expected', instead of 'wrong product'. The man who came for pickup did not take the item and not even cancelled the pickup. Now i am trying to return but it's showing no option available. Snapdeal has a return policy of 7days. 5days are over and today is the 6th one. I request you sir to take an immediate step.

                                      I received a different product of puma shoes at the time of delivery the product which i received is internally damaged and when i open it and saw the product was totally different and snapdeal not takes any action regarding resolution plzz resolve my problem other wise i will file a case on snapdeal as well as on seller for cheated me i request to snapdeal as well as the seller to concern about my product im in very troublell plzz initiated my refund and pick up ur fake product its a humble request to snapdeal as well as the seller

                                        I had placed an order for OMRON BP MONITOR HEM-7130L on 22/3/2019.The probable delivery date was between 31st-2nd April. However we received it on the 3rd of April (7.30pm). But although the invoice has the correct details but the product is OMRON BP MONITOR HEM-7130, which not the desired model. It is not at all expected for such a reputed company like Snapdeal to indulge in such misuse of trust of the customers. We are looking forward to an early replacement otherwise we would have to take help of the consumer forum.
