I have make a request to return my item. Courier person never visited my place but i received many times sms saying attempted for pick up was unsuccessful.
I never expect it from snapdeal. I submit return request on 19th march, 2019 but item didn't picked up till now. I ordered three items but after received found that all the items were damaged and old.

Snapdeal is very very fraud, don't purchase any single product from them.selling old items and not even giving return policy and just saying 7 days return policy but not providing return.worst and fraud service.dont ever purchase in Snapdeal, just ban Snapdeal, curse them, hitting people's stomach in name of online shopping site.

    On 27 sept 2018 i got my ordered indulekha oil from snapdeal. It was ok but after using that product i again ordered it from snapdeal. I got indulekha same oil bottle and its covering. But as i open the bottle. The smell and color was so much different from the last indulekha oil i ordered from snapdeal. After checking i come to know that this product which i ordered is totally fake.
    How could they do this to anyone? I trusted snapďeal but i won't say anyone to use snapdeal anymore. This is really disgusting.

      Please ban Snapdeal from online shopping site because they are cheating customers by sending used prroducts.Saying that they have 7 days return policy but simply closing return request, very very very fraud.People who are studying my complaint please stop buying anything from Snapdeal and pass this message to all your neighbors and I will to definitely pass this message to all my neighbors and ask them to do the same by passing the fraudster of Snapdeal. Not providing my refund and totally RS.2226 is gone.hereby I share all evidences about cheating of snapdeal.please share this as much as you can.

        Today i received a certificate of achievement stating that i won rs 1, 00, 000/- (Rs one lakh) alongwith scratch card coupon and a letter with the terms and conditions for claiming the prize of 1 lakh rupees via post. It is stated in the letter that all the prize related information will only be available on the prize helpline number i. E [protected] and not on the company's customer care number.

                  We got a letter with coupon prize worth 4, 50000and they asked me to pay 2% for government tax and sent one account number. After paying that they asked me to pay noc charge tds, irs, rbi charge etc.. I have paid almost 3lakhs but still they asking to pay 58500.. But i refused.. I asked them to cancel and return the money but they refused. Please do the needful how can i get my money it almost 3lakhs.

                    They send me damaged product and i had requested for return in the same day when i received the product. They are not pick up my order.. They are saying your return request has been closed. Please immediately doing an action and start your refund process.                           I was ordered g shock mud master watch in snapdeal for the price of rs2850. I received a duplicate product, so that i returned that item for my refund amount. Then the snap deal person came and collect the watch. After 3-4 days i got a message from snap-deal in that "they mentioned mismatch issue so we can't give the refund amount" then i replied helpdesk snapdeal reg that issue. Then i got a call from snapdeal customer care person and he explaining that "instead of g shock mudmaster watch we received ladies watch" and i replied how is it possible and your person (Snapdeal) check that watch and send back to your place. But he told me that they will send a product what they get (Ladies watch) and i explaining that issue many more times but he is not even listen up my query.
                          Finally they cheated me and i didn't get my amount

                            Snapdeal is selling the fake products. Unfortunately i ordered one set of mac products and after researching i came to know that are fake so immediate next day i cancelled the order. But the order status shows shipped and they took 8 days to deliver and they mentioned in a message saying since you cancelled please deny the courier so i did the same. After denying courier also they didn't initiate the refund process.

                                    I have ordered a sari on 14th march 2019 with order id [protected] but too my surprise the product was nowhere close to what it looked on the website moreover border colour was completely different from what it was in the website. I immediately issued a return but after passing of 3days no action has been taken. All they are doing is just asking for product pictures which i have given nearly 4 to 5 times through email and whenever i try to know the status of my refund everytime i am getting same answer that our internal team is reviewing the product

                                      Dear snapdeal,
                                      I've been your regular customer and i do rely on your products. Whenever a delivery boy arrived and whenever i didn't had any change, they gave me the change. Recently i ordered the product mac professional liquid foundation, the delivery boy arrived but refused to give change. It never happened before infact i also tried to cooperate but it was not expected at all and his behavior was unacceptable.
                                      I would be highly obliged if you look after this matter and can get back to me as soon as possible.

                                        I am a regular customer of yours, this time i have ordered an orion watch order no.[protected] but for the first time i have received an empty box in my order. This is really very disappointing. I still have a pending order which is expected to deliver by this evening but i will refuse this delivery as i am really very much disappointed with your service and in future am not going to place any order.
