Hi, I have recently purchased a product from Snapdeal, an set of 3 azeem door mat but I got different design from website description during delivery and I don't like the delivered design, so, I raised for return.Snapdeal gave me simple reason and cancelled my return and closed it, so, please help me with this and accept my return since it's also like an misplaced by someone.

We got a letter with coupon prize worth 4, 50000and they asked me to pay 2% for government tax and sent one account number. After paying that they asked me to pay noc charge tds, irs, rbi charge etc.. I have paid almost 3lakhs but still they asking to pay 58500.. But i refused.. I asked them to cancel and return the money but they refused. Please do the needful how can i get my money it almost 3lakhs....

I was ordered g shock mud master watch in snapdeal for the price of rs2850. I received a duplicate product, so that i returned that item for my refund amount. Then the snap deal person came and collect the watch. Snapdeal is selling the fake products. Unfortunately i ordered one set of mac products and after researching i came to know that are fake so immediate next day i cancelled the order. But the order status shows shipped and they took 8 days to deliver and they mentioned in a message saying since you cancelled please deny the courier so i did the same. After denying courier also they didn't initiate the refund process....

My issues is that in Snapdeal your bank offer for Bank of Baroda credit card 15% instant discount and as per your this scheem on max up to 3000 rs less payable by BOB credit card like[protected]= 19799)
Show for payable amount 19799 but actually deducted from my bank /bob credit card 22799 so please my valuable money of 3000 is also return to me
