I had order moringa pure herbal extract which cost rs.303 including delivery charge. But rsc/churachandpur delivered the item to me with cracking cap of the container and opening of the packed. And when delivered the courier boy charge me rs.310 that means i had paid more than which i am supposed to paid. Next time please do not send me items with broken/cracked and opening of the packed. And never charge me extra money.

    I ordered shoes from snapdeal and snapdeal delivered it on time on 14th feb at hapur address with order id [protected] - but shoes was bigger as expected so i placed a returned request and after 15 days same was picked from me by snapdeal but there is no information with snapdeal for the order pickup they ask everytime receipt with was not given and assure me that it will be resolved with in 48 hours but now 12 days has been passed there is no update as well. They send me sms every days by saying that it will be picked up today. Poor services from them. Customer care support does not have any information and they do not reply on emails as well.

            I had purchased a bayan (Left part of musical instrument tabla). But when i got it, i surprised that, it was substandard product as
            1. The top leather was of very poor quality and thin leather.
            2. The top was bind by polithine string (It should be bind by leather)
            3. It's area of the top is also smaller than normal size of tabla.
            4. It's hight is little bit higher than standard one.
            I requested thrice time to return the product and return my money but they denied saying that it has been delevered at good condition.

              I vikrant singh, mobile no [protected] hav ordered a shoes nike air presto from snapdeal bearing order id:[protected]and suborder code:[protected]t the product was not upto the mark, so i decided to return it but the company was denied to pick the item from the delivered address and ask us to courier it. When i courier it through prime trackon on 18jan2019 on the address mentioned on their return form, i also uploaded the courier receipt on the my order section of snapdeal but from that day they only reviewing my courier reciept and courier will be came back with the reason that the address was not right so i request them many times to change my pick up address or some customer care executive contact us but no reply was given by the company except with mail always written with wordings sorry for inconvenience, then again they mail us to courier the item with new return form but address was same from where once item came back, but i go to dtdc courier company to again courier it but they denied and told us that the particular address is not having courier facility, i[censored] again courier it, it will came back, afterwards many times, i mail snapdeal but they do not contact us. So please take some action against them. I'm uploading both return form, courier reciept and order detail.

              Actually i got various spam calls from various callers that we are calling from consumer forum and snapdeal.becoz i mentioned my no. by mistake. But i already file complaint against those phone calls as i know consumer forum and snapdeal will not contact u on phone, even dont need any bank or personal details.

                  I ordered "indulekha bringha hair oil" from snapdeal.
                  When i received the same, i found some difference from the earlier one which i had.
                  I am using this oil from last 4-5 years. First time i ordered the same from snapdeal.
                  I checked carefully, it was a duplicate /fake product.
                  Totally disappointed.
                  I was not expecting such a cheap thing/fraud from snapdeal.

                    The indulekha bringha oil that i bought from snapdeal is a duplicate product. It was advertised in their home page where pack of 3 bringha oil costed about 350rs. Although single original product costs 400rs. Claiming to be an offer. There are many other products as well on home page advertising price lower than the original price, some of which i wanted to purchase. But now i've realized snapdeal sales duplicate products in the name of offer. I want to return the product, they have said they would come and pick the product but haven't come so far. People here reading this i would request not to purchase any products form snapdeal costing lesser than original price. It's not offer. It's fake!

                      I ordered a nike brown thong flip flops from it... When i recieved the product it was dirty and duplicate nike product...
                      So i returned it, now they are saying i will not get refund because it is dirty...

                          I have ordered an wireless earphone from snapdeal recenlty, and it is not working as expected it is an fake product so when i placed return request and after some time snapdeal rejected it and i was not aware about the same, when i checked the app for the return status it was rejected,

                          First of all snapdeal should not deliver the fake products and this is not the first time i have received fake product from snapdeal.

                          And the worst part is that there is no means customer can talk to customer care executive of snap deal.

                          Last thing there is an customer support no which is of no use as it will make you round and just waste your time and there is no ivr option in that to speak to the human agent of snapdeal.

                          How can such a big brand fool customer so easily, this things should be stopped or an strict actions should be taken against snapdeal

                                They are cheater not refunding my money and 2 times all.4 item drone were not good. Company will shut down. Fraud they are cheater, customer care people says they are not return my product, they say the ratio of returning is 50%, all three product are not working, when I replace second time, then 3 items, that were helicopter and airgun pistal and drone, all are not working. I need my money back or I am complaining to consumer court. They are cheater fraud, giving tension to customer, there customer services people don't know how to talk. Return policy is bad.

                                  Issue - our registered numbers [protected], [protected] are sent as xpressbees courier service number to customers who have placed order with snapdeal.com.

                                  Date of incident: 26-february 2019.

                                  Snapdeal customers who contacted us are from [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].

                                  We expect this to be resolved asap. This wrong publication of our numbers are causing a lot of trouble to our business and is not appreciated.

                                  Request you to look into it on priority.

                                      This is regarding my order id [protected]. There was an inordinate delay in the delivery of the product. Kept getting messages both from snapdeal and fedex about delay in delivery with no clear date of delivery. So ended up cancelling the order. Snapdeal updated myoder status as cancellation accepted and process of refund would start after 6 days. After waiting attempting to call customer support for update, cannot speak with any representative. How am i to know the status of my refund if i am to get it or not at all?

                                      A pain i could have very well avoided. Don't know how to follow up.

                                        I have recently bought auto components from snapdeal online store. Its order id is [protected]. But unfortunately the product i received was very cheap quality from snapdeal. So i requested to replace the product as same. But there's no replacement available and the seller only provide refund option. So i have selected the refund option as provided by seller. After return request, i received message that, we will send you the confirmation within 24 hours for that return request. But still now there's no response from customer service and also from seller. Please help me to return that product to snapdeal and refund my money.
