You show that their is a 2tb hard disk but there is only case when i opened my order just i want moneyback take your item back as soon you can beacause its waste of money and its not good for you snapdeal.

      Respected sir,

      I have ordered micromax 50z9999uhd127cm (50) smart ultrahd (4k) led television with 1+2 year warranty on date 09-01-17 from snapdeal.com which was delivered on date 21-01-17.

      After unboxing the delivery box we found that the television screen was cracked and broken. Then i contacted snapdeal customer care number [protected]. The person on the call agreed to provide refund for the television.

      After talking to the customer care they agreed and asked me to provide bank account details to send the refund but the television has not been picked up and no refund has been provided till now. After that i have requested the customer care for more than 18 times for the pickup of the damaged television and asked for refund but there is no response.

        Received a phone call from snapdeal worker (Apparently) as well as an sms saying i've been chosen as a winner to win a new car which i have to collect at delhi by paying for the registration fees. However it is valid only till 7pm today. The caller asked me to submit my adhaar card details for making the car documents along with two passport sized photos. The caller also assured me the call is 100% not fake.

          Also they are asking if I need a car or cash.
          It seems to be totally fraud.
          The main issue is they are messaging from Snapdeal message site.
          That is, BX-Snapdeal.

              Snapdeal has been giving worst service ever. There's no way i'm able to talk to any of their customer care executives. I had placed an order for three fitness bands on 30-jan-2019. Payment was done online and the promised delivery date was 11-feb-2019. Order id: [protected]
              Now, the problem here is, the wrong item has been delivered, received only one fitness band and not three of them. The invoice mentions three items delivered, however received only one, that too the wrong product. I have been trying to contact the snapdeal customer care executive, but unable to do the same. I have sent an email to the customer care a week back, but haven't received any response yet. The total amount of rs. 1242 for all three fitness bands has not been refunded yet. Kindly resolve this issue.

                    I have ordered Nike air max shoes and wrong size got delivered. I have raised complaint and their escalation team asked me for replacement, but i replacement as well wrong size got delivered. As per the suggestion from escalation team i have placed new order and again wrong size was delivered when i again escalated they asked for replacement and in replacement as well wrong size was delivered. Per suggestion from escalation team they asked me to drop and email to [protected]@snapdeal.com, as per their suggestion i have dropped an email while place new order and got call from snapdeal team saying they will verify product before dispatching however this time again wrong product got delivered. I again escalated this issue then the escalation team requested replacement from the back end and as expected in replacement again wrong size was delivered. And when i raised a return request it got declined saying due to high rate of returns the product can not be returned. Now there are 3 points that is bothering -

                    1. First of all the replacement order was placed by escalation team from back end and i was not at all knowing that product will be not returnable. And guess what they delivered wrong size.

                    2. I have wrong size shoe with me and snapdeal is not returning and my money is stuck.

                    3. Before placing any order i explained the issue to their escalation team and they only suggested me to place orders and gave me assurance that i will get the correct product.

                    4. Customer care directly closed my complaint saying they can not do anything. Pooja from the customer care team was not even listening what i have to say she just had one line saying this product cannot be returned. Nothing can be done.

                    Please help me out with this poor service from Snapdeal. I can give all the order id if needed.

                                dont buy it, even snap deal is not telling anything for selling such cheap things and fooling customer.

                                As snap deal is also earning money by taking money and keeping money for few days and then returning it as customer return the produce as it Duplicate TITAN

                                  Dear concerned,

                                  Today i've received a call from the number[protected], name - nitin kumar singh offering the cash winning/car winning prize on my account - snapdeal.
                                  He had asked me to sahre the bank account details, ifsc code and all but i refused to share. I asked him to send his official email id and details... He said he don't have a company email id... I casked him how could that be possible not having an official email id working with such a big company... He is quite for sometime and again started poking me asking for the details.

                                  Kindly look into this matter. Here below i am also sharing the details that he shared saying that his id proof details...

                                    The product i received is not geniune, this information i received from the skullcandy when i claim them about the product that it has manufacturing defect. I already sent an email from the snapdeal app but unfortunately didn't receive any response. Here i request you to take action regarding this, other wise i have to take action against it in consumer forum.

                                      scratch and win scam

                                      Hi,
                                      My father has received a scratch and win coupon with prize win of 10 lakhs and t&c includes gst charges. We haven't responded to this yet, as it looked like a scam. When i searched online, i found several such cases where people have lost money on this. It would be really appreciated if you could take charge of this situation and proceed the matters legally and publish this through media.

                                      This is to inform that i a user of snapdeal dipali saha email: [protected]@27gmail.com place an order of a pair of nike air uptempo x supreme order id: [protected] shoes through your app which was delivered, but due to the quality not being upto the mark i requested for refund on 9th feb 2019 and the item was picked up on 10th feb 2019, but still i haven't received my refund of rs. 3826
                                      I want my refund to be initiated as soon as possible and it'd be kind of you if you can look into the matter as soon as possible.
