I got a call from snapdeal telling about a prize i got from snapdeal online lucky draw. I paid a sum of rs 6500. Account paid namely snapdeal online pvt ltd at sbi. Is it genuine or fraud. They r also asking for my pan or aadhar details for registration. If i want my money back can i get it. Plz suggest me the best possible way to get the refund. And also confirm whether it is genuine or fraud

    Hi i shopped from snapdeal n' bought jbl go 2 but i got an old and already used product n' its part r also missing. When i unboxed it then i saw the condition of box was very dirty and it was already broken. So i mn't happy with this product i started return process but the track order is showing (Return request closed) n' there wasn't any warranty card even if it was mentioned in items description. Why it's not returning.

      I buy m2 band it comes with different color and missing parts... So i replace it but again it comes with same problem and then I will refund it but they say return request closed!!!             I have not received my refund yet since I have sent the product before 15 days kindly help me to receive my refund.
            I have purchased the product but same was damaged then I raised a return request the company accepted the product back and told me that they will initiate refund but till date I have not received any refund.

              This is to inform you that Ticket id is closed without given any resolution We also share image where outer packing of product bear mark for Purchase date, Product item -WD2tb, Dist Name and we also share Original bill copy but forcefully it is conveyed by Ms Mansi(Help desk) that customer is right, courier comapny is right .where seller is sending all used items to customer because we are in drop ship mode, this is very sad that is why seller is not selling on Snapdeal any more . But if all Original Invoice evidence are wrong than we do not have option but raise compliant to police for FIR loged because these activity shows that snapdeal also supporting all these activity .They are even not checking the evidence images given by seller

                    24 hrs already over where is your feedback. I have been bluffed by the seller. Paid for 2 nos. Watches and received 1 no. Watch where in the invoice the quantity shown is 2 nos. I will take this matter to concerned heads if i dont get my money back.
                    I am very dissapointed to inform you that for my order id - [protected] i have ordered 2 same watches. I got sms that the item of raga watch+1 more product will be delivered by today. It was a prepaid order. I collected the parcel and i doubted as the parcel size was too small. I opened it infront of the delivery boy from vulcan olp ds. To my surprise in the invoice attached to the parcel it was printed 2 nos. Of watches. But when i opened the parcel infront of the delivery boy i found only 1 watch is present in the box. I confirmed it with the delivery boy from vulcan courrier (Ranjit mondal - [protected]). I was just shocked. He then called his executive from the spot and told bout the incident, that in invoice 2 nos. Is mentioned but physically inside the box there is only 1 no. Watch. Then the executive talked to me over phone (His no. - [protected]) and suggested me to return the item and go for refund.

And the other item is return request processed. I have paid for 2 watches. Why should i get 1 watch and the invoice it is mentioned 2 watches. What is happening with snapdeal. I am very much dissappointed.

                    I am attaching the required pictures so that refund rs. 1568/- is being transfered to my bank account.

                    Snap Deal has taken care of the complaint and acted very fast and I got my refund back within 5 days of the undelivered item which was showing delivered in the order status.But I have to follow up a lot in their mail ids.Being a customer why I should go for a followup when I am paying money that also a prepaid order. Suggestion to Snap Deal:- Before sending product to customer do check the packaging and confirm the quality and the quantity so that the customers don't get bad product or missed product which affects the reputation of the company

                              I purchased a boat 225 earphone from snapdeal.com at inr 489 /-. I got a fake product and also the accessories are missing with the headphones. I requested a replacement for my shipment and snapdeal rejected my replacement request. Snapdeal said that the product cannot be replaced or it cannot be refunded. They said they can only give a compensation of 80 rupees.

                                  I had ordered this item through snapdeal. The seller name is kosmic square, frontier colony, jaipur. The snapdeal packing was intact but the inner box of philips was open, torn and damaged. I wonder if the seller has shipped a used product to me. There are no quality checks done by snapdeal or their delivery partners. While picking up a returned products, if the product is properly checked why can't the same be done at the time of packing and delivery? Shocking experience!

                                    I want my moneyback its just unexpected from snapdeal even i never ordered again in snapdeal again if this was happen again. I meani dont want pay 500rs for a # case man. You show that their is a 2tb hard disk but there is only case when i opened my order just i want moneyback take your item back as soon you can beacause its waste of money and its not good for you snapdeal.

                                      My issue is regarding customer service not responding my call and not replying on mail because i have already sent mail to help center but still not get any response from their.
                                      So i'm requesting to snapdeal answer my question which i already sent mail or call me back

                                        Respected sir,

                                        I have ordered micromax 50z9999uhd127cm (50) smart ultrahd (4k) led television with 1+2 year warranty on date 09-01-17 from snapdeal.com which was delivered on date 21-01-17.

                                        After unboxing the delivery box we found that the television screen was cracked and broken. Then i contacted snapdeal customer care number [protected]. The person on the call agreed to provide refund for the television.

                                        After talking to the customer care they agreed and asked me to provide bank account details to send the refund but the television has not been picked up and no refund has been provided till now. After that i have requested the customer care for more than 18 times for the pickup of the damaged television and asked for refund but there is no response.
