This is to inform that i a user of snapdeal dipali saha email: [protected]@27gmail.com place an order of a pair of nike air uptempo x supreme order id: [protected] shoes through your app which was delivered, but due to the quality not being upto the mark i requested for refund on 9th feb 2019 and the item was picked up on 10th feb 2019, but still i haven't received my refund of rs. 3826
I want my refund to be initiated as soon as possible and it'd be kind of you if you can look into the matter as soon as possible.

    I have ordered a speed time ng6078sm04c women’s watch showing the logo of fastrack for rs 841 from snapdeal shop on 03 jan 2019. Soon i realized that the product is fake so i have cancelled my order on the same day i. E. 03 jan 2019. After cancelling the product the snapdeal customer care team told me that they will give me a refund on my bank account within 7-10 days but i didn’t got my refund within time so i called the snapdeal customer care team on their number & again they said that they will give my refund in next 7 days and the same process goes on. It’s been more than a month over and today is 12 feb. 2019 but they didn’t give me my refund of rs 841. Now i am fed up & feeling helpless so kindly do the needful and solve this matter.

    The day i have registered complaint, next day i got call from 01244735300. This time they guided me properly what to be done and how i can get my money. After 4 days i got my money back.

        I received a certificate of achievement stating that i won rs 1, 00, 000/- (Rs one lakh) alongwith scratch card coupon and a letter with the terms and conditions for claiming the prize of 1 lakh rupees via post. It is stated in the letter that all the prize related information will only be available on the prize helpline number [protected] and not on the company's customer care number. They have requested rs 22000/- for gst and other charges to be send earlier.
        I have credited the amount of rs 16000 to the given a/c no: after that accidentally i have search the site of snap deal and found that 11000 more complaints registered.

          The watch i ordered is a duplicate and is defective. I have scheduled a pick up again and again since one day after the delivery. Now they are not picking up the product even after rescheduling the pick up several times.

          If this complaint is not resolved we will take this matter to consumer court. I am tired of calling the customer care which doesn't have any executive.

              I have just received a mail and message that i have cancelled my return request for the purchase order id [protected] on 1st february. I have been mailing continuously for my issue as no body is coming for the pickup as wrong product has been delivered to me for which i have raised my complaint on first day but nothing is happening from your end to help me out. I have been given various date for pick of my product now snapdeal care team is messaging me that as per my request they have cancelled my return request on my instruction which i never asked for. I have been trying to call oncustomer care but no call is connectibg to speak directly to team. Even requsted in mail to speak to me for my issue but no body is taking care of me.

              kindly arrange to pick up my shoes at earliest as wrong shoes has been delivered to me as per my request. Below is my previous mail.

              Hope to hear from you soon and quickest solution.

              I have been confirmed for pickup of my nike shoes purchase order id [protected] on 1st february. But till date nothing is happening till date and only date is extending for pickup. Trying to call customer care but unable to talk to care no given and only computerised call is attended. No response further. I am frustrated with the services now and unable to move out of home as everyday expecting pickup.

              Kindly confirm pickup status and do give a call urgently. Why 11th february date extended.

                  I ordered davidoff cool water and mac lipstick pack of 5 on 28th jan 2019... I paid by cash for both the orders... After i opened the davidoff cool water pack i realised that its duplicate so i asked for return and gave my bank details...
                  Then i received mac lipstick pack... Even that was duplicate moreover one lipstick waa broken and only 4 were delivered instead of 5... I went on the app and requested for return and gave my bank details...
                  Now i m receiving messages that my bank details are incomplete and when i m trying to fill the details again its not accepting and saying the return is in progress so we cannot update the details...
                  I have been trying to reach snapdeal customer care through emails but there is no reply... There is no executive to sort out the issues...

                  I am attaching the required pictures with the conplaint...
                  Firstly they are selling duplicate stuff and secondly they are not even refunding the money...
                  How can they sell dulpucate stuff by saying its discounted and then harass the customers by not refunding the money????

                    I have recived prize coupen of your company which having reg. Code - t1197, which is having 11.00 lac amount on 07/02/2019, then i concerned your company man his name is - abhishek mnadel who is assistent sales manager in your company working in bombay head office. Then he told me to pay first rs - 35000/- to nabakumar nayak with his ac/no sbi - [protected], then i have paid online to his account, then he send me the message that you have to pay 9% for the amount of 11.35 lacs as rbi tax to nilofer javed sheikh who has having the ac no in sbi - [protected], then i have paid this also ie rs 99000/-to his account number, then he send the message that you have to pay 30% income tax amount to release your prize amount, then i have paid total 220000/- to same nilofer account, as intialy abhishek as told me that remaining tax amount paid by the company but company tax amount is not paid, so that totally i lost 3.5 lacs amount to get the 11lac prize amount, but still i dont get the prize amount and my paid amount to nilofer account.
                    I am very poor man please see that my amount will be made refund hy abhishek mandel with prize money. Ie 11lacs +3.52 lacs (My paid money), pls see this seriosly and settle the issue as early as possible. And my m no-[protected] and the abhishak mandar m no -[protected]

                      I was present at my address at the date of delivery the whole day. The person by phone no. [protected] informed me that my order has arrived my town. I told him that i would be present at my address and that he could deliver it
                      To which he hesitatingly agreed as though expecting me to come get it. This happens almost every time and most of the time i get it picked up from the courier
                      Company but i was not having it this time. I was later texted that me being unavailable at the address they had to reschedule the delivery or cancel it. This may not seem to be a big issue but when something of this sort happens almost every time it becomes furstrating.

                          I have raised a complaint regarding my orthopedic heating pad but they told me to send the product myself and i sent them the product then they told me to send the images of the courier receipt after sending the courier receipt they are saying they can't initiate refund i m very much depressed by their acts.                           This is really disgusting on part of the snapdeal.since I shop first time from their website and they are saying I have some transactions of which they are not even giving me the proper details this is really dissapointing me... Snapdeal has even sent me the messages and mails on which they told me to send the product myself to them and they will initiate refund but now saying that this was a technical error.they have closed and reopened my return request twice of which I have all the screenshots saved and then Snapdeal say it is some automatic error.i fail to understand if Snapdeal is all about errors then why the hell they are wasting our money as well as our valuable time..

                              Today i received a certificate of achievement stating that i won rs 1, 00, 000/- (Rs one lakh) alongwith scratch card coupon and a letter with the terms and conditions for claiming the prize of 1 lakh rupees via post. It is stated in the letter that all the prize related information will only be available on the prize helpline number i. E [protected] and not on the company's customer care number.

                              Do not trust these # they will ask you bank service charges and ext. Do not transfer any amount to their account daily bases they are cheating new new person while sending envelope with the symbol o[censored]rgent and online shopping lucky draw contest.

                                I ordered nike flip flops on snapdeal from bangalore. The shipment was from surat, gujrat. They sent me fake slippers with not even a trademark and original cover. It was in a snapdeal cover but when opened it was covered with a normal transparent cover which are used for storage of mutton. And in case of slippers, a fake swoosh symbol of nike was present on it and there was no registered trademark on it.

                                  I have ordered micromax 50z9999uhd127cm (50) smart ultrahd (4k) led television with 1+2 year warranty on date 09-01-17 from snapdeal.com which was delivered on date 21-01-17.

                                  After unboxing the delivery box we found that the telivision screen was cracked and broken. Then i contacted snapdeal customer care number [protected]. The person on the call agreed to provide refund for the telivision.

                                  After talking to the customer care they agreed and asked me to provide bank account details to send the refund but the television has not been picked up and no refund has been provided till now. After that i have requested the customer care for more than 18 times for the pickup of the damaged telivision and asked for refund but there is no response.
