I booked dell wm126 wireless optical mouse (Black), paid by card, snapdeal did not sent any intimation or courier guy did not contacted me. There was a delay in delivery so i checked snapdeal website, there it was mentioning product delivered, but in fact there was no delivery. I tried to call snapdeal customer care, which is a highly unfriendly customer service there are no agents to pick the call only ivr is running. Then i sent an email to them regarding this, they will verify proof of delivery and after that there was no communication and they closed the ticket.
It is highly unethical they take money and don't deliver the product. Please look into the matter and help me get refund.
