Sir,
I had ordered a nike slippers last week. But it was not in good quality. So had returned it. I ordered it as cash on delivery and i had paid the money. After return they said they will refund my money immediately. But it is since 1 week i'm waiting for the refund. There is no response from snapdeal. So please take further action and refund my amount immediately.

    I have ordered vivo earphones which is of rs.600 in december 2018 and now i'm facing sound problem and its jack is not working properly, it is damage product, i have requested for replacement for this product, but snapdeal doing nothing for my request... It means all its fake about warranty on given products. I hate this site now onwards.
    In snapdeal provide only 7days return and replacement policy then what about those products who has applicable for warranty period then what should we do if within warranty period we face such damage problems.
    Snapdeal is not worth for electronic expensive product anymore.

      I ordered 1 product on snapdeal with order number [protected] on 14th feb 2019. I made online transaction on site as well immediately. I did not received any order but from 18th feb 2019 order status on site is delivered. I lodged a complain with reference id 54593793 with snapdeal help team but looks like they are not i mood to resolve. Plz help.
      Snapdeal have mailed me their delivery partner fedex receipt where they are claiming that order is delivered but on receipt there is no sign. Looks like that receipt is fake or inappropriate.

        Particularly pained because I have been shopping with you since long. Other than this complaint, that too for such a low value item, no such thing happened!

        It was delivered me yesterday. When i open it i was just stunned it was totaly fake item and its cost very much as a nike shoe

          I have received a letter saying i'm one of a lucky customer to win the lucky draw contest. I called the helpline number and i found something weird in their talk. They are just asking the account details without answering my queries. I found it could be fake. Please don't try to cheat people with these silly prize letters. Directly asking the bank account details is itself fake. The person sitting in helpline is bothered only about the account details. When i ask queries regarding this prize details, he was getting angry for no reason. Through that behaviour itself it was sure that they are fraud. Stop cheating people and i have lost confidence in snapdeal as well.

              Hello team,

              I had ordered jibronics m2 smart fitness band cash on delivery with the sub order id no [protected]. I returned the product on friday that is 22nd feb 2019. I checked the refund status on snapdeal app which is showing the refund amount is initiated. When i received call from snapdeal they say the payment is putted on hold, i asked them the reason but mr nitish floor manager was not able to tell me the reason. Giving me false statements such as back end team working on it, give us 24-48 more working hours. Really these guys has fooled many people by sending unbranded stuff.

              Please help me to solve this case. Please mark kunal. [protected]@snapdeal.com the ceo in this case as well.

                I placed an order on 4th feb. It was shocking for me after 10 days of placing my order snapdeal has cancelled my order due to unavailability of stock! And initiated refund to be processed within 10 days. Today is 25th feb and i haven't received any update from team.

                Surprisingly i have got one message saying your order has reached to your city and will be delivered by tomorrow! Is this the professionalism you guys work on?

                After reaching again and again to snapdeal team to cancel my order and to refund my payment i am clueless that what is going to happen with my refund!

                The Indulekha oil I've received is not the original one but it's duplicate. Some other oil is poured into the bottle which resembles Indulekha oil. As I've discovered that Snapdeal advertises and sales fake products in the name of offers, I will never purchase from Snapdeal.

                        I booked dell wm126 wireless optical mouse (Black), paid by card, snapdeal did not sent any intimation or courier guy did not contacted me. There was a delay in delivery so i checked snapdeal website, there it was mentioning product delivered, but in fact there was no delivery. I tried to call snapdeal customer care, which is a highly unfriendly customer service there are no agents to pick the call only ivr is running. Then i sent an email to them regarding this, they will verify proof of delivery and after that there was no communication and they closed the ticket.

                        It is highly unethical they take money and don't deliver the product. Please look into the matter and help me get refund.

                                  I paid 507.00 i want full amount u r saying u will give only 254 rs. First, u check my order status after that u send sms. U r saying 1 order not picked up its unsuccessful. U have sent only one cover in that cover u sent only 1 usb cable. And its also not original. Anyone pls don't buy any products from snapdeal shopcj peachmode

                                    I have receive the product since last few week ago.. M3 bank is not working properly i have face many problems related the product.
                                    I have face the problem like charging issue and sensor is also not working properly... And the customer care executive says you have to registered the complaint within 7 working days. But how can i registered my complaint
                                    Because the m3 band not working after 7 days when i received the product.

                                      I shopped from snapdeal at 18th of february 2019 i ordered jbl go 2 but i got an fake or old product. Then i decided to return it but as i did the order track has stopped at one condition at showing that return request closed even i filled all account information rightly i want to return it but i can't don't it and customer care isn't telling anything

                                        In august i got a call saying i won a car worth ₹12lakhs. I transferred them ₹6000 then as advance payment. Then they asked for more money, which i refused to give and asked for a refund. They said after 3 months i will get that. So i contacted them again and after that they kept me hanging till feb.in feb on 6th feb they demanded ₹1500 more so that they could give me they ₹6000. I did the said transfer of 1500₹ still didnt get that. And today (21 feb) they asked me to transfer ₹765 to recover all the money. I spent a total of ₹8265 and im in a huge mess now. That man has been harrasing me over the call and making unwanted conversations and just because i want the money back i have to forcefully entertain him. Please help me. I am just 20 years old and a student. I really want my money back.
