Sir. I ordered for 1item. Bearing order[protected]. Still the order not delivered. The above item delivered message coming. Nobody contacted me.in snap deal item delivered. Request to confirm whom they deliver and whose signatures they taken. After complaining no body response. Then these all issue will raise to higher authority for further action. Request to resolve

    Hii sir, i was received a call and he said that they are from snapdeal and my refund was in process but due to technical process i have to give all the information again about my debit card and i don't know what he had done and i was looted all my money from the debit card...

        Hi team,
        I placed an order (No.[protected]) for seagate harddisk. I yace received a defective item. On 30th jan 2019, i have raised a return request but they converted to replacent request. For that also i agreed. First they sent a mail it will be pricessed in 2days. After 1 day they sent a mail to get it repaired in service center and gave wrong contact number.in a mai they mentioned to get it repaired if not resolved reply in 15 days. But after that they a mail and closed the request in 7 days. When called the customer cate there is no option to talk with customer care person only voice stating replacement in progress. After return request is closed i have sent almost 10 mails describing the issue the standard reply i got is return request closed. But in the app still the return is in process. But when mailed them contact at least only reply i receive is return request closed. For return request why should i go to service center which is not mentioned in the return policy. Please help me with this bad service of snapdeal and help me get my return or replacement done.

        I purchase a shoes worth rs 999. They charged extra for delivery. They give a invoice in which they mentioned that is shipping charge. When i ask about that they reply me in mail that is dispatch charge.

            Return request not processed. I have raised a return request but they converted it as replacement request and they said cpurier representative will come and pick the item in thr first mail.
            In the second mail they asked me to visit serive center too get it repaired. If it has reached the replacemnt or return policy dradline then I should go to service center to get it repired . I have raised a return requesy immeditely after receiving . They sent me 15 days time to get it repaired after that sent me to rept all teh detaisl withon 7 days. They provided me wrong service center number. But I dont underatand for replcemnrt or return reqiest why shpuld O go to service center. Please help me with the issue and get it my refund done.

            have visited service center also but they were unable to get it repaired. One thing I dont understand why should I visit service center and get it repiared for replacement request. Can You please tell me how to connect with customer care executive. i tried to call so many times there is no option to talk with customer care executive. Irrespevtive of mail subject the only reply I got from snapdeal is request closed, though request was closed mistakenly. I have sent so many mails and attched the copy of comments from service center standard reply from snapdeal is request closed. But still the request is open in app. Please process my refund for the product. Now I dont want replacement also beacuse i dont want to waste time again if I receive the defective item again.

                  I ordered purchase on[protected] still now 7-2-2019. Yet i didn't receive my product.

                  There is no update are proper tracking in website also. If we raised complaint, u guys just replying like #... Not even proper response are call from u guys.

                  If you guys not able to runup the show better u can show down u guys are irritating people like this.

                  Very very very worst in delivery part... After raise ennumber of complaint also they won't respond s at all.

                  I really have a doubt. R u guys using automaiced reply sorry for the inconveniences.

                  Irritating service. I need the product today else. I will upload all your emails and courier complaint emails call recording everything in social website. Dont pull me into that level.

                  Am running behind you people almost 15days.
                  Dont make me to do some hard decisions.

                  I need immediate call back. And product must have deliver today.

                    My refunded amount is not come till date. It is worstest service i have ever deal with. I will never purchase or order anything from your site because your promises are fake.                         I have purchased a smart watch which costs rs 469 with order id [protected]. The product delivered was a used one and the charging adapter was not there in the pack. I requested for a replacement and got a reply that it can't be picked up from my address. I have sent the product to the warehouse via dtdc. They told me to give the account details so that the money and the courier charges will be refunded. Till now i didn't get my money. I have ordered the item on dec 23rd. Now snapdeal is not responding to my mail.

                          I ([protected]@yahoo.com) had ordered (Order id: [protected]) for a new mobile phone moto e4 plus 32 gb rom 3gb ram on 24-jan 2019 and have received the product but refurbished one, with 3rd party tempered glass on screen, without company seal in box and without user manual and in tampered box, therefore i had requested for a replacement immediately online and was allotted a ticket number :54050992, but there is no pickup or response from snapdeal till now, kindly arrange for immediate replacement or refund. Really disappointed with the service of snapdeal.

                          Just eyewash reasons mentioned for a simple product replacement. What kind of process you have???. Even mail to co-founder and CEO of Snapdeal Mr.Kunal regarding this issue have not given any result. Expected Action not consolation.

                            I have a complained reference 51896233 kindly go through that. On the same day of receivimg of the order i placed a return request which was not acknowledged as the so called efficient engineers of snapdeal could not found any defect in the device and rejected my return request. Later i could not follow up the issue as was busy in other things and again contacted snapdeal for seller warranty as i thought it could be taken care by the seller. But the seller as well not responded to my query and snapdeal though promised that the issue will be taken care of them but ultimately they are also not accepting their responsibility.

                                I have recd the order just now & i have paid the money for the same. After opening the box, i found that it does not contain the power cord in the box. The image shows clearly the adapter & the power cord on the website.

                                I have been communicating with the seller & the seller has accepted also that the same was not sent by mistake at the time of packing but i have not recd the power cord till date.

                                I have ordered for an offer package of kajal that is pack of 5 Mahal of maybellin loreal and lakme with 2 baby lips but i got only 4 kajal with 2 baby lips ..didnot get one more kajal.

                                    They are not taking my watch back. And they are saying the return request has been closed. Please help me in returning the product back. Snap deal courier didn't take my product back and has incorrectly closed the request, got a message stating 'as informed by our courier, you do not wish to return your speed time upgrades'.                                         I have cancelled the order Order ID: [protected] (1 Item) on 31st jan 2019
                                        i got message from snapdeal that your pickup is scheduled and when i call this delivery person [protected] he says i dont know that address and status is being updated as delivery failed . today again pickup was scheduled i called that person from morning it was coming switched off and now when i call him he is saying i dont know anything about that you contact customer care..

                                        show me call log of delivery person nobody has contacted me and simply you are updating in website as delivery failed . this delivery is causing me mental agony .
                                        escalate the issue with higher official and this product has to taken back and refund my amount back .
