Snapdeal.com — broken & non-working Water dispenser received | |||
I have purchased USHA water dispenser through snapdeal model no. USHA INSTAFRESH SERIS - HNCCC21V9S Item code - 155285 Invoice no. SD1B0A/14-15/53 Retailer - Vishal Interiors, Rewari Haryana booked on 14th of FEB 2015. After getting the product, i had problems with it. Some part of the product is not available with the service centre. I have made almost 100 calls to customer care o[censored]sha regarding that. but there is no response from your side. Since the product is under warranty, but the your company is not providing any services & i am not able to use the product. Moreover, the service centre persons are charging for providing services as they are saying you have purchased the product online, so we will not be able to give you any services. I dont think this the company policy. If the part is not present with the company, the product should be replaced. Kindly provide the resolution for the same, otherwise i have to got to the consumer court at nagpur city for the same relating both USHA International & SNAPDEAL Was this information helpful? | |||
