Snapdeal.com — Cashback offer from snapdeal through SBI bank card | |||||
This is regarding my purchase of a microwave oven from snapdeal which has a cashback offer of 10%. According to them the maximum cashback date is 28 December. So i started following up and they always told me to wait. I waited for long but nothing happened. They always told me that they will take maximum 3 Days to resolve but it almost take 3 weeks and nothing happens. Now its been more than 4 months and my case is still pending and everytime i call customer care, they have No answers to answer me. Now i am frustated that nothing is going to happen. Regarding my complaint, i do got a call from the social Snapdeal customer support. To be honest, the person himself had no idea about my complaint and he told me the same thing to wait. He asked me to wait again for 48 hrs. I did wait and within 48 hrs i got another call from snapdeal (Lady this time). At very first moment i thought i'll get a resolution but she told me the exact same thing to wait as they are following up.
I have no more patience now and i need answers. How much time do your team need. I just want you to put me in a mail that was following up in my case. I need real time data what you (Snapdeal) are doing. I need a resolution.
