    I had purchased Panasonic Eluga Turbo through snapdeal on 12.02.16 and found low network issue & low battery backup.
    I informed snapdeal for this error on 14.02.16 and they replied to contact panasonic service center after 1 week. As per the instruction from panasonic we submit the phone twice first in Cochin and second in Banglore via Cochin centre.
    I was shocked when I received the phone from Panasonic service center yesterday. The error still remain the same and found some scratches on the sim slot.
    I have lost my precious time, money (Rs. 11, 000/-) due to buy this phone and I can't use this phone even a single day.
    After sale service from Snapdeal was horrible. They didn't respond properly for my complaints even I informed them through mail and phone.
    Regularly I used to shop with Flipcart, Ebay etc.. and I had experienced a fantastic support with them. But this is the first time I got a bitter experience through snap deal.
    As per my experience this is the worst phone I had ever used.

      I bought a phone "lenovo vibe x2' There was a freebie worth Rs.2000 along with the phone.This freebie is a charging battery case. One of the reasons for me to buy this phone was the freebie.I bought the phone but i didnt get the freebie.When i checked the invoice and email, i came to know that i will be receiving the freebie in a period of 15 days from delivery.But even after 15 days i didnt receve the freebie. I contacted the customer care and they offered me Rs.300 instead of the freebie which was actually worth Rs.2000. When i told them i wanted the freebie instead of Rs.300, they said they wont be able to help and they were closing the complaint. And all this communication took nearly 3 weeks. They could have atleast offered me Rs2000 which is actually the value of freebie.

        Dear Sir/madam,

        I ordered a induction based pressure cooker of pegeon from snapdeal on 04/02/2016. They sent me on 10th feb 2016 I returned it on 11 feb 2016 as The item which i had ordered was not the same as they sent. I made the payment COD. Again they sent me the same cooker which I returned.

        I sent mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com also to CEO Mr. Kunal Behl, But I have not received my refund yet. Their system is so much dull that it seems like they are making fool to Indian customers. I gave Mr. Kunal Behl suggestion to improve the suggestion but I had got just a phone call not my money refund. I had given them my Bank account details also.

        The serious action must be taken against snapdeal because they are making people fool they donot refund money.

        I had ordered the product on 04/02/2016 received it on 10/02/2016 and returned it on 11/02/2016. Snapdeal team took more than a month for refund. The products they send are different from we order and if we apply for refund their process takes so long time. Due to this delay their customer suffers a lot. Still I would say thank you snapdeal deam I have received my refund Thanks once again.

          Had the worst ever online shopping experience ever.

          I was to get my product i.e. Logitech X50 Bluetooth Speakers b/w 7th to 9th March, 2016 though it is 11th March, 2016 and I still haven't received the product. The complaint has been registered from my side thrice already namely Wednesday through Friday i.e. today morning. The complaint number being[protected].

          All the four representatives that I have had the "OPPORTUNITY" to deal with namely, Jayanth, Mridula, etc have all been repeating the same lines like tape recorder– "Ma'am we understand your problem. We will mark your complaint on High Priority to the seniors and you will receive a call as we keep the phone down." Guess what's happened, except for a feedback call once I have not received any call from any backend team member or supervisor at all.

          The gift was supposed to be a birthday gift and the birthday is well over now, thanks to you guys and your efficient and impeccable services the gift seems nowhere in the scene even now.

          Not only was the surprise spoiled thanks to you guys but I have also subjected to false assurances also for the past three days. The representatives repeating the same line– “Ma’am you will receive the order today maximum by 3 PM.”

          The number given to me by one of your representatives for the courier provider was– [protected]. Now will you please stop making a fool out of your customers please!! For one, the product was to be delivered in Delhi and the number given is of some other state only, and two, the number has been switched off since ages.

          Wow!! Thanks a ton for such prompt delivery services and subjecting me to such mental agony.
          It was the first time I had ordered a product from you site Mr Rohit Bansal and Mr Kunal Bahl, and they say first impression last forever. And trust you have totally, completely and without an inch of doubt spoiled it for me. It may not matter to you to lose one customer when you have thousands, trust me continue such practice and such impeccable service and you would gradually loose all. Cause I for sure will not be recommending it to anyone ever.

          Please feel free to contact me in case you need any more elaboration cause I have plenty more to say but unfortunately I'm short of time today.

            I bought phone from snapdeal, zenfone, order id: [protected], but they routing me for refund! 33 days gone no one picked this up! No engineer came! No one responding me! Every day they telling me i send this complaint to concern team but no one call me! I have to call manually! Even day before yesterday i got a call and he told me engineer will come tomorrow (Yesterday), but no one came yesterday!! And few mins ago i got call, he said am sorry apka issue already complaint list me hai u have to wait 48 hours, i asked what will i do after 48 hours if i wont rcv any feedback? He said i dont know that, but i want you to wait. I asked why engineer didn't came yesterday, he said he dont know! Waoo!! Great! Cheater company! Flipkart and amazon is real ecommerce site! Snapdeal is just cheating company!! They just know how to take money by giving customers defective used alike phones!

            Ap log harass kiyun karte hain logo ko? Pahle hi bata dete ki ap log refund nahi dete replacement nahi dete even koi 7days k anar claim kare! Thats cool! Go to hell!!! Dont buy anything from this!!!

            From 8th mar, it showing refund initiated but product haven't picked up!! They know nothing except money! Cheaters money eaters!

                Snapdeal.com — No replacement

                After writing complaint in consumercomplaint also still no replacement...
                intex cloud 4g white its defective item and i pay full amount.
                13 days gone... i call them more than 20 times and email more than 5 times...

                    i am puchase a product from snapdeal on 28th feb. by online payment.after three days on the date of 1st march snapdeal automatic cancel my product and only 10/-- refunded in my freecharge wallet.

                    for this behaviour of automatic cancellation of paid product and refund only 10/- at the place of 30/-.that really a very bad behaviour of snapdeal.
                    regarding misbehave, i complaint no. of times but there is no good response from snapdeal.i complaint everyday on snapdeal. even they don't try to short out my issue.

                      I am pavan kumar, purchased a lloyd washing with Order number [protected].

                      As i got some problem in LLOyd Customer service, I had approached you people for solving the issue.

                      LLOyd customer support is denying service as i had purchased the product from snadeal. now snapdeal people are responsible to make that product take under warranty and get it serviced.

                      sanpdeal had almost time passed 15 days and giving me a foolish reply that the "seller who delivered the product to you is no more with us in this business."

                      Sanpdeal people had time passed my time by saying that they are in contact with seller for some time. after that they told me that they are in contact with lloyd Customer care for provision of service. also one of customer executive promised me that if lloyd fail to provide the company service, snapdeal will be providing me the refund or replacement of product.

                      Give me the right solution or accept that snapdeal is the cheater.

                      I had lost my money by calling snapdeal then and then and also lost my 10 year warranty of washing machine motor.

                      provide me the resolution.

I will compliant right Now on over Snapdeal site and call to customer care [protected] and compliant for this, than Customer care executive say to me, we will call to me sanpdeal team in 48 hour's. but i have no Receive any call for your company side than i will call again to customer care [protected] and compliant for this, after 60 hour's call to me your sanpdeal team and suggest to me that i will go to infouse service center and check the mobile and collect the job sheet and than mail to sanpdeal company than company will be replace your handset. Dear sir I will Ask to you Why is the customer online purchases.If you Agree with me so its answer is customer safe the your time. Dear Sir I have no Nearest any Service center in pali and over Nearest City is jodhpur and it's 80 km away for my city. So How can possible to i Will visit to Customer Care and Check the handset on Service center.                                   I brought a mobile phone in snapdeal on 02.032016. that transaction was successfully delver on 07.03.2016 by go javas couriers. but the mobile is damaged in inner part of ear peas. After i confirm that, same day i recognized to snapdeal.com. What was im telling to snapdeal that is i want to back my money. but they are not giving my money . they are suggested to me go to the service center.

                                  Sanpdeal clearly mention at there web page, " Our 7 Day Easy Returns policy makes it very easy to return or replace an item. Just log into your account on our website/ app/ mobile website within 7 days of delivery of item. Choose the item on the MY ORDERS page, click on 'Return' or 'Replace' and that's it. Please return your item in its original packaging..

                                  Now this day there customer care service agent call to me and he said the mobile is not return are not exchange. in case if you have a complaint with the phone then you go to the mobile servicing center they choose a solution to you.

                                  this is my problem sir.

                                    I had received a faulty handset (micromax canvas a1 order ID: [protected]) on 01/03/2016 and submitted for a replacement on the same day, the reason being the phone was not picking up network signals properly. I had even received a call from them on 06/03/16 stating that they would be sending someone to pick it up for replacement, but no one has showed up until now as on 10/03/16.

                                    When i opened up the website to check for the replacement status it said there that the seven days replacement policy has ended and i would not be able to replace it now even though i asked for a replacement on the very day it was delivered.

                                    I would like them to atleast respond after so many days and kindly replace or refund my order.

                                      This is something serious case I want to raise and I have no other option left.
                                      Coming straight to the point I purchased a Dell Laptop at the month of June and the warranty period was of 1 year. So recently my windows got corrupt and the hard drive too. A big problem again.
                                      So I called to Dell regarding this but they refused to repair this thing in free until and unless I provide them proper invoice.Else they will be charging 8K for this small thing. Now you must be wondering why the hell they are charging me this amount as it should be repaired in free right?
                                      But the problem is that they want the proper invoice then only they will update that thing on their system and finally I will get everything in free.
                                      Now coming to invoice which is very important and I want to discuss this thing.
                                      See I got the invoice from Snapdeal but that was improper as there was no Service tag mentioned on it of the laptop which is the most important thing. Despite of calling them hundred times finally they sent me the invoice and guess what? There is no stamp on it. Wow! How brainless they are . No one is ready to help me . I raised so much complained regarding this small issue but is sorry enough?
                                      Why so much complicated?
                                      Bhai mujhe mera invoice dedo baat khatam then only I can claim warranty . Otherwise Dell people will not start their work.
                                      This system is totally corrupt.
                                      Imagine when you purchase anything from the seller do they give you the invoice for warranty thing without their sign or stamp. No right? Just check the picture again then.
                                      No positive response.Everytime they are asking to wait for 48 hrs and no result. ANd this is how Snapdeal is working.
                                      Brainless people. Lazy soul.And fake people.Now next what Kunal Bahl?

                                        I am Siddharth Dalabehera, of Bhubaneswar and i placed an order of Philips Qt 4006 Trimmers Black And Red (Order ID: [protected]) on 2nd November'15 which I received on 9th November'15. Being unsatisfied with the product i placed a request for return on 13th November'15 where it was promised that their courier partner will pick up the item in the next 3 business days. But even after repeated calls there was no pick up even though every time the pick up was assured to me.These false assurances continued for a span of two months which also includes a number of phone calls which weren't toll-free either that really led me to spend a huge amount of money.After losing my patience, I took the pain and couriered the product on my own finally on 8th Jan'15. I got the refund of the trimmer to my bank account but didn't get the promised amount i spent on courier. I have called a thousand times for initiating the refund but i only got false assurances.

                                        After tirelessly pursuing them, I have lost all hopes from them to resolve my grievance so I would like that you refund Rs. 200/- for courier expenses, Rs 200/- for the phone calls I had to made and an compensation amount worth Rs 1000/- for the mental pain and agony caused. I also seek an apology letter for the same.
