I purchased a battery shaver agaro wd651 from snap deal, when the box arrived the date of import shows july 2014, i called the customer care no to confirm if warranty will be given for 2 years from date of purchse, they said yes being 2 year old box i had a doubt so i asked them for the authorized servnce centre who will provide warrnty for 2 years. By sms they sent name of a engineering co, with great difficulty i found thier contact nos, when i asked them they said they have nothing to do with shavers & no dealings wahtsoever with snap deal.
I rasied a complaint with snap deal to return the item & refund my money [ i have not opended the pack it is as received in original packing] . After a couple of days they sent a automated mail as under
Your agaro wd651 battery shaver black, order no. [protected] is not covered under our trustpay returns policy

After several mails & calls after more than a week the reply from them is as under
Our return policy states that a return request must be raised within 7 days after the item is delivered. Hence, your return request cannot be accepted. Your purchase has a manufacturer warranty which requires you to visit brand's service center if you face any issues with your item. Make sure to carry a copy of the invoice with you.

After several calls again they sent the follg mail :

Basically they have sold a 2 year old product even that is fine but they are neither revealing the authorized servnce centre name who will service the product for the next 2 years, nor are they taking the product back nor refunding me my money hiding under come hidden clauses & sending automed mails about trut policy & then that 7 day return date has expired.
Bascialiy they have cheated me by givning wrong info of a compny who is not into service of shavers not they have any dealing with snap deal snap deal is one of the worst online selllers, i have been buying serveal products from other online cos no one has behaved like this cheat snap deal
