I m Mr. Dipan Nandi,
I was buying a mobile Meizu mx 5 mobile phone Rs.15, 999/-. snapdeal delivered a defective item on 27/02/2016. after then i use the phone i have face many problems from the phone like touch screen not working perfectly, many time phone on off automatically, mobile network signals shows no networks, after two days on 29/01/2016 i complain a request to snapdeal for replaced or refund my phone, i cannot use the phone for these types of prolems.
Many times i calling to snapdeal customer care for my request, every time snapdeal's customers assistant replying me solve my issue within 24hours. But still they not pickup my defective mobile phone.
Today Snapdeal send a mail to me " Unable to accept Return for your Meizu MX5 16GB
Your Meizu MX5 16GB, Order no. [protected] is not covered under our return policy.
Your item cannot be returned/replaced for the any reason."
But Snapdeal ad there side any product returned under within 7days easy return.
.why i dnt replaced or refund my
product.? Its nt fare.
. i face the difficulty with the product after then i returned the product, i compared with the same other device, then i see defected my device.
I requested to you please solve my problem as soon as possible.
Its my humble request.
