I bought a cell infocus m370 on 24.02.2016 after viewing snapdeal
website. There have marked that 2 sim + memory card when i received the
phone it used at 1sim+ 1 memory card or 2 sim so i replied for cancellation
request i.e Ticket Id: 20020214 on 25.02.2016 but they have no any
response after 7 days they replied it isn't cover in return policy so pls suggest me what can i do

    Hi,

    I have received Item Ordered on 23rd Feb 2016. But due to wrong configuration in item I h ave cancel this order on same date immediately.

    Processor of ordered item is : i5-5200U and I received pc with CPU Core i55250U which is totally mismatch.

    Already today is 10th Day no body is picking my parcel. I can't keep this product in my office more then week.

    This is not fair treatment. I want to buy this laptop at the earliest. Daily I have to ring help line and same reply it will be replaced within 48 hours.


    I have already mail to :

    But till today no reply is their.


    On Monday 29th Feb 2016. technical person come to my office and check the product. He also realize mistake of Wrong configuration and give me copy of report.

    On 1st March After noon I again call help line, they told me to send scan copy so working will be faster. I scan copy of that report and send to them.

    On 2nd March just before half an hour I call they told me our team is working on that report.

    Now I really can't understand once engineer seal the product after physical verification of laptop and give report that product have wrong configuration. What is next step of again working on this report.

    Sir I am now really fed up with commitments.


    Today morning when I call your help line no. they told me. Today you will definitely get call from our team that which courier will pickup your parcel.

    But today also I am not getting call from them.

    Just now when I ask them when I get refund (before half an hour).


    They reply :

    1. 1st you received call from courier then pickup will be done with in two day after day of call (means 3 days)
    2. parcel with rich their by 2 days (2 days again)
    3. QC will be done from their them (2 to 3 days) (Even after checking from engineer and report of engineer is attached in this mail)

    already today 10th days is finished writing at (8.55 pm)

    Means 10 + 3 + 2 + 3 + 2 more days (saturday and sunday)
    Total 20+ days. (policy is 7 days replacement)

    Now it is really harassment by making my life miserable.

    My amount is 45900/= not 459/=.

    Sir please help me out for getting my refund at the earliest.

        I have ordered Blue Star 1.5 Ton 3 Star 3HW18FA1/FA3 Split Air Conditioner in the month of september and cash back amount "1500" expected to receive is end of november, . I have made innumerable calls since 3 months, got innumerable false promises that the amount will be credited to my credit card within 48 hrs, got confirmation emails but nothing happens. I have made calls almost every week with only false promises.The reference number is "15752774". Also along with cashback loss, all my time and mobile bill too loss.

              Snapdeal is really doing fraud work, they have disable my account and they are saying due to any inappropriate activities. Where they dont have any reason and example.

              With one statement they have disabled. My money is stuck in FREECHARGE 1300 Rs. Its hardearned money and useless team is not giving satisfactory reply.

              Many times I have raised a complaint in snapdeal customer service. Why that has not been considered.

              Anyway send a mail from my ID. Expectation is nothing looking to file a complaint in consumer court against you.

                      When I am trying to login my account getting "SOMETHING WENT WRONG ERROR" or "UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR REQUEST"
                      Contacted Snapdeal Support for this issue and they just told me that System is not accepting my mail ID and so I cant login to my Snapdeal account anymore.
                      When I asked them the reason, they told me they can not disclose the reason and the internal communications.

                        I had ordered a USHA 1.5L Deep Fyer from SNAPDEAL Order #[protected] But after arrival of the product i checked it to found that it is not as intended as a Deep Fryer. The Frying base is touching the Oil Tank Base (like in KADHAI Frying). Also, the frying net is smaller in size for a Fryer consuming 1.5L Oil. So, i requested return of the product as i am not satisfied with what i brought. But, SNAPDEAL cancelled my Return request saying - once its delivered in good condition & for Electronics Product because of company policy, cannot be returned. The product dimensions (Frying Net) was not mentioned in details neither did any pictures was there showing tank & Frying net to check while buying. So, i would like to complain against SNAPDEAL for this issue, which they ended so easily leaving me behind to bear the loss. I have been a online shopper for quite sometime now & never ever something happened like this. So, if the product is not as per my expectation, is it compulsory for me to keep it? So, where is the Online Buying convenience & customer satisfaction?

                          Still I am receiving fake statements from snapdeal regarding my refund. They are keep on telling as refund has been initiated and will take 4 business days or some time 48 hours. For last 20 days they are giving fake statements. Purchasing anything in snapdeal.com is like wasting of money and time. I have learned this and will teach my experience to others to aware of online cheaters like snapdeal.

                            I had ordered an Apple Iphone 16 GB on 3rd Feb but cancelled it with few minutes asking for a refund. I have already shared my NEFT details with the concerned team still its been already more than a month still refund has not been initiated. Every time I call the Customer care, they say our back end team is working on it.
                            They are not even telling telling you why it is getting delayed. I am calling them daily but getting the same answer, "We have escalated to the concerned team and they are working on it". I have mailed them several times too but no reply from there also. All they is " Well will get back to you within 48 hours" but they never revert back.Please resolve this as soon as possible.

                              I m Mr. Dipan Nandi,
                              I was buying a mobile Meizu mx 5 mobile phone Rs.15, 999/-. snapdeal delivered a defective item on 27/02/2016. after then i use the phone i have face many problems from the phone like touch screen not working perfectly, many time phone on off automatically, mobile network signals shows no networks, after two days on 29/01/2016 i complain a request to snapdeal for replaced or refund my phone, i cannot use the phone for these types of prolems.
                              Many times i calling to snapdeal customer care for my request, every time snapdeal's customers assistant replying me solve my issue within 24hours. But still they not pickup my defective mobile phone.
                              Today Snapdeal send a mail to me " Unable to accept Return for your Meizu MX5 16GB
                              Your Meizu MX5 16GB, Order no. [protected] is not covered under our return policy.
                              Your item cannot be returned/replaced for the any reason."
                              But Snapdeal ad there side any product returned under within 7days easy return.
                              .why i dnt replaced or refund my
                              product.? Its nt fare.
                              . i face the difficulty with the product after then i returned the product, i compared with the same other device, then i see defected my device.

                                  Hi,

                                  I have a bought a LG Nexus 5X Mobile with Order No [protected].I received the product on 29th Feb and found the product defective with right side of the screen not working properly and the issue with SIM ejection tool.I raised for the Refund request on the same day 29th Feb. I followed up with customer care 3 times to get a call back from the back end team. Back end team is telling he will take another 2 days to come and check the product.

                                  The issue is simply getting postponed and im left without a phone to use it.

                                  Snapdeal changes their policy according to their wish and whims and there is no standard in their process or response.

                                  the issue was resolved after multiple follow ups(17 times) with snapdeal customer service and reporting the issue in consumer forum, social media and tweeting in their CEO page. if this is the way issue is resolved by snapdeal then customers will not come back and buy again in Snapdeal.

                                  I'm really surprised they way the issue is handled. for the past 6 times when i called and told that im available before 9 AM and after 7 PM none of the customer service person informed that the engineers will not be available during this time.

                                  When i called for the 7th time the Supervisor is telling engineer is available only during working hours and have confirmed that he will make engineer available tomorrow 4th march at 10:00 AM without fail.

                                  Im not going to call you guys anymore let me see what happens.

                                    Allow me to express my disappointment at Snapdeal service. Last week I ordered glamour sandals size 41 which were delivered well in time and I pay cash on delivery. 2 minutes after trying to check them their left zip broke and I asked for return and they came to collect them in which I had asked for replacement.

                                    After that they sent me a message that they were unable to replace them due to unforeseen circumstances. Ok that I understood and waited for them to bring back my money which till now I have not received. You guys are playing silly cards because you keep demanding NEFT details when I made a cash payment. I even told you that I am not an Indian I am a tourist how do you expect me to open an account in order for you to refund me. You keep saying Ishould check my emails which I check every minute and you have not sent even a single email.

                                    Now my question is do you want me to loose my money as well as what I had ordered? Do you think I am not noticing the poor game you are playing. For your own information this will go a long way I will make sure I work on it even after I am gone so that you do not repeat it to other customers.

                                        when I check my bank account there is no refund. attaching the last message they sent me in February 2016... still no refund.

                                        when I call the CSR's are more arrogant than the company owner's

                                        They are just here to run scams.
                                        its been almost more than 1 year and another 20 days even after promising the refund, but no refund yet. and he wants me not to be judgemental.
                                        I have sent the bank statements already on their stupid help section which does not allow to select an older order from a year ago, so I have to use some latest order as they do not accept mails on [protected]@snapdeal .com and no one replies if you send direct mails.

                                        Everyone can provide online services with a good channel nowadays but the only ones which customers would like to shop with is who listen to customer issues when something unusual happens.
                                        You courier partner disowned you while collecting the package... but just cause you asked me I sent it to you bearing the costs.
                                        Now when I ask the money back you are making me go in circles.

                                        Some lady from Snapdeal Social team called me asking for the courier reciepts again. Telling me that she has sent me a mail and wants me to reply on that. when I checked it was from [protected]@snapdeal.com again

                                        This time I sent everything from bank statements to courier receipts to bank details, its been 24 hours and still no reply.
                                        Yet again I got a call from the Snapdeal team, it was a guy this time, he asked me the same things all over again, I am not sure if they are even maintaining details of their customers.
                                        He then said dont worry your money is safe with us... I know that is why I have been calling for a year.
                                        He said he would forward the concern to the refund team.

                                        Now I see an email which asks for the courier receipts... back to beginning.
                                        its like they just want to trouble me so that the customers get fed up and they get the easy money.
                                        Now they say

                                        We have not received your returned item and are unable to initiate the refund/replacement as per your preference. In case you have a proof of delivery (POD) of the item at our warehouse, please send it to us by replying to this email. You can get the POD from the courier through which you sent the item to our warehouse.

                                        Once we receive the document, we will verify the same and immediately initiate the refund/replacement.


                                        How can the Courier company give me a POD of a year old delay from your side?
                                        If you did not receive the item, how come you initiated the refund for the 3 items?
                                        Stop fooling the customers with this nonsense and please refund me the courier charges soon.

                                        For one year you told "Provide bank details we are refunding the amount"
                                        Now when I raised a Comsumer Complaint you want me to go to the courier people and ask proof of delivery?
                                        Do you think they will be giving this to me free of charge.. they will again charge me for such an old transaction.

                                        Snapdeal did not recieve the product and they have been quite for one year and also refunded me the amount for the products for 3000 rupees.

                                        Look at how they will play with our money once they mess up things..

                                        Snapdeal I need my courier charges refunded, I have given you the courier receipts, it has the Name, Address and Number to the courier services, GO CALL YOURSELVES and ask your PODs.
                                        Its not my responsibility, that for one year you say the amount will be refunded and after a year you lie that you need POD. This is the professionalism I was pointing out to initially.

                                        I have already peacefully managed for this long with all your stupidity.

                                        Even after raising this complaint I recieved a message that the amount will be credited and now after a week you are saying you never recieved the product.

                                        I pasted the whole email they sent me for the POD and asked in a previous message

                                        "How can the Courier company give me a POD of a year old delay from your side?

                                        Respected Sir/Madam that is what I pasted on the comment, you dont have to arogantly repeat the same thing as if your doing me a favour.

                                        I asked you a couple of questions, it would be great help if you could reply to those and not show off.
                                        Snapdeal, I do not wish to but you leave me no option.
                                        I want this forum to be a proof of all the trouble you are putting me through.

                                        I give you till next Monday to actually help me out here, and not show off your arogance at a consumer forum by lying and blaming that I never returned the product and show the a year old POD.
                                        And let me tell you... I am not worried if the amount is small... its the ethics that you guys follow, which I have an issue with.

                                        A person from Snapdeal called me saying that the Courier slip is not valid as there is no date and cannot be tracked on their website.

                                        Lady, stop lying I just checked the courier and there is a date and address.
                                        They dont mention the full address as it is mentioned on the from tags on our parcels.
                                        Dont give reasons to blame the customers.
                                        Also I called the head office of First Flight, the courier company, they said we don't maintain the courier details for more than 3 months unless there is an issue raised.
                                        This is more than a year and a half old.
                                        He asked me why did Snapdeal not raise an issue immediately?

                                        Its your mistakes that your trying to blame on both the courier company and me.
                                        You also do not let us raise complaints on an order a year old on your help section, how do you expect the rest of the world to maintain all of Jasper Infortech's courier receipts.

                                        If you have any other issues call and discuss with First Flight and may be you can educate them that you are very slow people and need every record related to you to be maintained for atleast a 100 years and how to write dates to suit your requirements, so that you can easily put the blame on the customers
                                        You are there to help customers. Not sit there and show off by lying and saying that you cancel the complaint because you did not raise the issue at the right time.

                                        For one year you have been asking courier receipts and bank statement and saying the refund will be processed in 4-7 days.
                                        Yesterday you wanted POD, Today the Date is not there, Tomorrow when you clear your database, You will say I never ordered anything in the month of November 2014

                                        If the date was an issue, you could have checked which year I made a purchase of these products which I am discussing about, if you really wanted to help. It is not my control what the service providers write on the courier slips, I aint a courier person to confirm faults. He handed me the slip, I forwarded it to you the very same month.

                                        Why dont you go to your older mails and see when I had sent these receipts, since this a one of kind issue, I hope you could put your effort to help resolve and give me what you owe me. That would have been a better customer service or social team.

                                        Not just sit there and lie every single day.

                                        Everything is coming down to your delay, if you would have checked the courier receipts and asked me to POD the same month I could have straightaway gone to their headoffice.
                                        I am not willing to take the blame for your delay and neither is firstflight.
