        I have complained about delivery of wrong item. I have ordered a Strontium 32GB Pollex Pen Drive, but I received a Sandisc 16GB Micro SD Card, I have opted for a replacement. I want Sandisc 16GB Micro SD Card to be replaced with Strontium 32GB Pollex Pen Drive
        I have written several time also called on snapdeal customer care which doesn’t work at all. Pls give me a contact No. of some responsible person in snapdeal, if these guys really bother about customers. Or if snapdeal is in the market to cheat buyers and gobble their hard earned money then it’s okey with you guys.
        They always say that we will arrange the return pickup today. It has been 8 days but no response from snapdeal.

        I was told that return pick will be arranged in 3-4 days but no body turned up till date...you guys say something but never do it... I don't understand what's in your mind...when I received the parcel I didn't think anything but made the payment..without realizing what would be inside actually..for arranging a return pick up you guys feel very hard to do it...Pls let me know when is your courier boy coming for return pick up..

            I Have Purchased My asus Zenfone Max from Snapdeal.com It was delieverd on 17 feb 2016. and after that i found manufacturing defect .                   I am handicap person having polio in both the legs and it is very difficult for me to go otside.So I ordered "KS Vibra+sauna belt" from SnapDeal. But I got "SOBO vibra+sauna belt. I asked for replacement. I again got wrong & non-working product 2 times in replacement. Now SnapDeal CEO Mr Kunal Bahl is neither replacing nor refunding for the wrong & non-working product. I've sent 100s of mails to Mr Kunal Bahl. Also, in the revenge of my complaint SnapDeal CEO Mr Kunal Bahl has deactivated my FreeCharge account. I was having Rs 700 balance in my FreeCharge account.
                  My FreeCharge account should be activated immediately. Please help me.
                  SnapDeal CEO Mr Kuan Bahl is mentaly torchering and harassing to a handicap person with his team with an agenda and with very cleverness. They are troubling to me from last 2 months. Anybody can come & see that I am a middle class handicap person and 700 Rs matters a lot to me.
                  So, it is a humble request to you to please help me and activate my FreeCharge. Also, I request to please guide me in this matter that what can do now.
                  Hope you understand my problem & will help to a handicap person.

                              I had ordered the printer on 13th feb 2016 and paid the full amount. But after few hours later i canceled it due to some reasons.
                              till date i have not received my money back, and the order status shows status of "Readying for Dispatch" and " Order being canceled" both .
                              I have called numerous times to customer care, and they always say that they have forwarded the request to technical team and require 24 hrs .

                              Few days back one person finally called me from snapdeal and assured me of speedy solution and asked me to wait another 48 hrs., Now that time also gone, and still its seen as "Redyeing for Dispatch".

                              Please find the proof of my mistake of buying from snapdeal. I advise you to go for COD only for High Valued goods, as its becoming risky.

                                I ordered a steelbird helmet from snapdeal on 23 feb 2016, before ordering i called their customer care and asked them if there is any issue with the helmet, for example if the helmet doesn't fit my face shape or doesn't suit my face shape, will i be able to return and get a refund for the same ? They said YES, hamare yahan 7 days easy return policy hai ( i also have an audio recording of this conversation )

                                when i got the helmet i tried it and the shape of the helmet was such that i was having difficulty breathing because it was too close to my nose, so immediately i gave a return request

                                It has been 6 days now and the snapdeal team is making a fool out of me everyday, i have to call them daily, no one takes the responsibility to call me, these 6 days they have asked me to send images, bill copy, barcode etc. and there has been no pickup.

                                now today i get a call from their team and they blatantly refused to take the product back
                                i have been troubled so much over past few days because of this

                                Please get me my refund sir.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have received Item Ordered on 23rd Feb 2016. But due to wrong configuration in item I h ave cancel this order on same date immediately.

                                    Processor of ordered item is : i5-5200U and I received pc with CPU Core i55250U which is totally mismatch.

                                    Already today is 10th Day no body is picking my parcel. I can't keep this product in my office more then week.

                                    This is not fair treatment. I want to buy this laptop at the earliest. Daily I have to ring help line and same reply it will be replaced within 48 hours.


                                    I have already mail to :

                                    But till today no reply is their.


                                    On Monday 29th Feb 2016. technical person come to my office and check the product. He also realize mistake of Wrong configuration and give me copy of report.

                                    On 1st March After noon I again call help line, they told me to send scan copy so working will be faster. I scan copy of that report and send to them.

                                    On 2nd March just before half an hour I call they told me our team is working on that report.

                                    Now I really can't understand once engineer seal the product after physical verification of laptop and give report that product have wrong configuration. What is next step of again working on this report.

                                    Sir I am now really fed up with commitments.


                                    Today morning when I call your help line no. they told me. Today you will definitely get call from our team that which courier will pickup your parcel.

                                    But today also I am not getting call from them.

                                    Just now when I ask them when I get refund (before half an hour).


                                    They reply :

                                    1. 1st you received call from courier then pickup will be done with in two day after day of call (means 3 days)
                                    2. parcel with rich their by 2 days (2 days again)
                                    3. QC will be done from their them (2 to 3 days) (Even after checking from engineer and report of engineer is attached in this mail)

                                    already today 10th days is finished writing at (8.55 pm)

                                    Means 10 + 3 + 2 + 3 + 2 more days (saturday and sunday)
                                    Total 20+ days. (policy is 7 days replacement)

                                    Now it is really harassment by making my life miserable.

                                    My amount is 45900/= not 459/=.

                                    Sir please help me out for getting my refund at the earliest.

                                        I have ordered Blue Star 1.5 Ton 3 Star 3HW18FA1/FA3 Split Air Conditioner in the month of september and cash back amount "1500" expected to receive is end of november, . I have made innumerable calls since 3 months, got innumerable false promises that the amount will be credited to my credit card within 48 hrs, got confirmation emails but nothing happens. I have made calls almost every week with only false promises.The reference number is "15752774". Also along with cashback loss, all my time and mobile bill too loss.
