I Have Purchased My asus Zenfone Max from Snapdeal.com It was delieverd on 17 feb 2016. and after that i found manufacturing defect . I have gone for replacement.atechanical person from snapdeal visited and tested it and packed it for further process. after that my phone has not been picked yet. i am making daily call to there cutomer care service. ihave done all the steps but they are talking there job very lightly . now they are giving...

I returned a item to snapdeal on 16 feb but still i didn't receive my refund. they are asking for POD but when i went to post office they refused to give me POD now snapdeal saying that without POD they will not give me my refund. I mean that;s not right. I didn't expect this from snapdeal. Plz provide me my refund if you really didn't disappoint your customer....

Hi Sir,

Snapdeal is really doing fraud work, they have disable my account and they are saying due to any inappropriate activities. Where they dont have any reason and example.

With one statement they have disabled. My money is stuck in FREECHARGE 1300 Rs. Its hardearned money and useless team is not giving satisfactory reply.
