Ordered an item worth Rs 1490/- via snapdeal.com. Recieved the parcel via ecom express courier. Paid COD. Package was opened and found an empty box instead of the item. Lodged a complaint against the retailer on their website in 27th feb. They made 2 phone calls to me to see what can be done. Two men from ecom courier came to see the empty package which they found to be tampered with white tape. They took snaps of it and had it in writing the whole case on 4th march 2016. Today 8th march snapdeal.com sent me a massage that they cannot replace the product as it was delivered in good shape. Which is farce, deceptive and misleading. They sent the mail via automated sender which does not recieve mails. They are frauds and best be avoided.

    Myself bhagyasri, I had ordered HTC desire 210 mobile on-line through snap deal. when i received the product, it was found damaged. immediately i requested for return pick up on-line on 20.02.2016. till date the product is not picked up. in this matter, i called snap deal customer care but every time they will tell to wait for 48 hrs..

    snapdeal sent their warehouse address to my mail. i sent the damaged product to the ware house through courier.After few days, the amount got refunded along with courier amount. Thank u Snapdeal

    yesterday at 4:00pm, i got a mail from snap deal stating that "We attempted the reverse pickup of your package, but you cancelled it. We have closed your request for return/replacement. No refund/replacement will be initiated from our end".
    i had not cancelled the return pick up. i didn't got any call from courier person. the same thing is being done several times and everytime, i called the customer care and confimed that i had not cancelled the return pick up. almost, 20 days passed but whenever i call customer care, they will convince me to wait for 48hrs. after that, i get a mail that i had cancelled the return pick up.which is false.

      I have ordered 500sqft Kajaria tiles for 3300/- in snapdeal on 28th february(order ID: [protected], [protected]), but they cancelled the order and placed sub order themselves. But 2 days back they have cancelled sub order even though product is available. They says they are initiating refund but I need my product not refund.
      I have done two orders and each order value is 3300 rupees and each have 500square feet quantity.

        I order ultimate nutrition prostar 100% whey from snapdeal(price was 4180/-), and I found that product wasn't genuine. I asked snapdeal for a return and first they said that they will refund only in freecharge account ( which I am not sure would be able to transfer to my bank account or not. and its been more than a month they have not done pickup nor initiated any process. I have been calling snapdeal customer care every day they say request is in process and wait for 24- hours. Please help me!!

              My order id is [protected] and complaint reference no. is 20272758.

              The iBall Slide 6351 Q40i delivered to me has following issues:

              1. I ordered this product as it had HD screen as mentioned on the ad. Even the product box specifies the same. However, the tablet delivered to me has very poor display screen resolution/quality. It causes strain to eyes after using it for sometime. It is not HD.

              2. Wifi connectivity is poor. I have to literally go near the wifi router to have wifi network on the tablet.

              3. Backside of the tablet keeps on getting hot after about 10-15 mins o[censored]sage. It can be dangerous after prolonged usage. If the battery/processor blasts due to excessive heat, who will be responsible for health hazard?

              I have raised return request through app as I am not satisfied with the product (due to above-mentioned points) and I am not going to use it. I have not received the refund money till date.

              Basically, I had purchased it for my 5 yrs old daughter for gifting her on her b'day. I cannot give her this tablet to use as it will strain her eyes and can be dangerous for her.

              I got a call from Snapdeal Customer Care Executive Mr. Himanshu on Mon, 7th Mar'16 at 16:30 hrs stating that the tablet iBall Slide 6351 Q40i doesn't have HD display. He says that HD screen at the purchased cost is not possible. HD screen tablets are costly. I told him that I have purchased this product because ad mentioned as HD screen, else i would have not bought it. Moreover, product box also states HD. Also, check this product link: http://www.iball.co.in/Product/6351-Q40i/904. It clearly states HD.

              As per Himanshu, if the product doesnt't have HD screen and ad/box mentions it, that means I have been cheated.

              I request Snapdeal to immediately process the return request. I need the refund at the earliest.

              I have attached image snapshot of Snapdeal app iBall slide 6351 Q40i product description wherein it clearly states that product has HD screen.

                these message was send by snapdeal after calling almost 15times for the refund of returned product
                and now i called them again on 8th march again the same statement "yes we are on it" it has already been two months how much more time s its going to take

                  I placed an order on Snapdeal for Corfit Mattress and Prestige Pressure Cooker bearing order id [protected] on 2nd Nov 2015. At that time, there was an offer running on HDFC Bank credit card that on paying through HDFC bank credit card, customer will get 10% cash back which will be processed in coming days. But even after 5 months of order, I have not received any cashback from them. I raised a complain around 20 days back and they called me up and let me know that it will be done in 3 to 4 days, but they have not done. After that I have raised complain 3-4 times but now even snapdeal is not bother to reply me. It seems that that offer was a fake one and they are not willing to process my cashback. Now I am looking to file a case in consumer court if they don;t process it because it's all about breaching trust of customers.

                      We purchased a pair of reebok shoes from snapdeal on 7th Oct'15, these shoes have not been worn out many times but mesh fabric is tethered due to poor quality and we doubt that it is not an authentic reebok product since we have been using reebok shoes for long time now and never faced such problem, snapdeal has been contacted in this context but there is no concrete response to sort out this matter, I WANT REPLACEMENT WITH AN ORIGINAL PRODUCT FROM REEBOK STORE NOW as I do not have faith in other alternatives, looking forward for urgent response here.

                        This Company claimed to return the product & refund the complete purchase amount if customer is facing problem in the product, I have done the same within specified taglines & have been following up for more than 29 days whereas they claimed to resolve the issue within 48 hrs from the date of complaint. I am calling them every time they make excuses and no positive response is coming. Brand Warranty is not covered under the product whereas when I purchased from Snapdeal, it's clearly mentioned that it is covered & Picture quality is very poor.

                          Hi,
                          I am Ramesh, I booked Voltas 1.2 Ton 5 star 155 CY Split Air conditioner through Snapdeal, at the time of booking the product in online it says the product delivery is free to my home town (517526), I booked the product on 25th Feb 2016, the product is reached to Tirupathi by 5th March 2016. Delar called me on 5th March 2016 and said, come to his place and collect the product, but it supposed to deliver to my home. I tolled him it is free delivery to my home and he said, If you didn't come and collect I will return it to snapdeal by saying "we try to deliver the product but none at customer home" finally after two days he did the same, for the same issue I raised the complaint to Snapdeal (complaint no:[protected], they said they will resolve it in 48 hours but no one contacted.
                          Finally on 7th March 2016 I got a message from Snapdeal saying, your order was canceled with your request, even I didn't requested to cancle the order, I bookd this product through EMI and one EMI also generated in my Credit card bill.
                          In this way snapdeal cheating the customers, Please take a right action on them and ask them to don't repeat the same problems. And I need my order else Snapdeal wants to pay EMI with 13.5 interest to my credit card issued bank.

                                Hi all

                                This is nischal makar

                                I had placed an order on 17th feb
                                Order id: [protected] (1 item) details
                                Placed on 17 feb, 2016

                                Burberry london for women by burberry 100ml 3.3oz

                                Status: order cancelled

                                As it delivered on 19th feb to my residence by go javas courier company, i had made the payment on line of rs 2649.

                                I received a empty parcel as i had opened infront of courier guy only . I straight away placed a complaint regarding the same to snapdeal help line no.[protected]

                                They first apologies and said the refund will price be process by 4 working dates excluding saturday and sunday,

                                But today is 5 th march still i have no information for the same

                                Whenever i called them they always give same excuses as it is already in processed on 24th feb 2016.

                                I am very disappointed with this
                                As i was a very valuable customer of snap deal

                                Please look in to it if possible .

                                  I order Swipe Konnect 5.1 8GB Sand Stone Black 3G Limited Edition form online through snap deal and the delivery of the items was done on 29 February 2016. on the same date i request a return request for above said items due to the reason the back camera of phone is so bad and the touch of the phone is slow and headphone connector is also not working. i requested you from the date of delivery of the item to return it. even i call to the costumer care of snapedeal on[protected] but till now not get any satisfactory response

                                    Hi I bought Nikon en-el9a battery from snapdeal. The product was delivered to me is not in working condition, Even it is not being charged in nikon charger, and not capable to switch on the camera as well. On the same day of delivery I raised request to return this battery and i mention the address to pick up the reverse. but till now there is action taken on this. I got the call from customer care department then the person was asking that you have to take printout of the mail what I received in my register mail id. Please do the needful and refund my money. If you are not able to provide right product to customer then please stop services.

                                      Nova NGS 2455 3 in 1 Panini Grill, 2150/- rupee, & received damaged as per snapdeal we returned in his ahmedabad center. All tracking details are already share with snapdeal but they are not accept for receiving product & they are not returning money.

                                        I had ordered a product on 22nd of Feb
                                        Order ID: [protected].

                                        The order placed was of nearly 20K and today after the shipment was supposed to reach me by 2nd March it was delayed and I received it today. After Opening the Snapdeal plastic cover I checked the item that was shipped to me was an item which was priced at 15k to 16K because I read about the product before hand and I knew about the product before purchase as I had done a lot of research when buying home theatre system.
                                        I didn't even open the Cartoon cover.
                                        I would suggest please check the seller who you do business with because it was nearly 7 days it was saying awaiting courier pickup. Ultimately they shipped an underpriced product, and taking the full money.
                                        I am very disappointed, as my money is blocked for nearly 15 days already. Please send your person here ASAP for sure tomorrow at my place and refund my money in 2 days.
                                        Why should i block my funds because of your bad business strategy?

                                        Note: It was obvious the seller might not have stock because he was just sitting there and not shipping the item. If you check records then you will find I had already called regarding the same.

                                        When will you pick up product and process my refund. Its long time i have blocked 20 K for no reason.
                                        Got a call from Snap Deal, they wanted the images of the box, which is unopen. I have sent those images.
