Purchased videocon led tv on 16/2/16. videocon refused free installation and warranty as purchases made from snapdeal is not valid. cancelled order and asked for pick up and refund of payment. snapdeal issued return ticket no. 19943938 dated 25/02/16. nothing happended since then. no pick up and refund of payment till writing....

I bought US Polo sock. There was freecharge cashback on the product for an amount of Rs 175 per three pair of socks. I bought the product and no freecharge cashback is received by me. I raised a complaint to Snapdeal with reference no 19117512 and no action has been taken even after more than 45 days. I called several time and they only say technical team is reviewing.
