I have complained about delivery of wrong item. I have ordered a Strontium 32GB Pollex Pen Drive, but I received a Sandisc 16GB Micro SD Card, I have opted for a replacement. I want Sandisc 16GB Micro SD Card to be replaced with Strontium 32GB Pollex Pen Drive I have written several time also called on snapdeal customer care which doesn’t work at all. Pls give me a contact No. of some responsible person in snapdeal, if these guys really bother about customers. Or if snapdeal is in the market to cheat buyers and gobble their hard earned money then it’s okey with you guys. They always say that we will arrange the return pickup today. It has been 8 days but no response from snapdeal. I was told that return pick will be arranged in 3-4 days but no body turned up till date...you guys say something but never do it... I don't understand what's in your mind...when I received the parcel I didn't think anything but made the payment..without realizing what would be inside actually..for arranging a return pick up you guys feel very hard to do it...Pls let me know when is your courier boy coming for return pick up..
