This is regarding my purchase of a microwave oven from snapdeal which has a cashback offer of 10%. According to them the maximum cashback date is 28 December. So i started following up and they always told me to wait.

I waited for long but nothing happened. They always told me that they will take maximum 3 Days to resolve but it almost take 3 weeks and nothing happens. Now its been more than 4 months and my case is still pending and everytime i call customer care, they have No answers to answer me. Now i am frustated that nothing is going to happen. My case id for this is 11815737.

Regarding my complaint, i do got a call from the social Snapdeal customer support. To be honest, the person himself had no idea about my complaint and he told me the same thing to wait. He asked me to wait again for 48 hrs. I did wait and within 48 hrs i got another call from snapdeal (Lady this time). At very first moment i thought i'll get a resolution but she told me the exact same thing to wait as they are following up.

I have no more patience now and i need answers. How much time do your team need. I just want you to put me in a mail that was following up in my case. I need real time data what you (Snapdeal) are doing. I need a resolution.

    snapdeal said they arranged pickup for the product on 3rd march with tracking number of gati is[protected]. but i already called gati 5times they said they havn't recived any pickup regarding this tracking & order number.
    snapdeal is saying from 7 days that they will respond my query with in 24hrs but no response from them.
    now days snapdeal is cheater.

      Received a faulty and defective product . Defect is, auto-rotation is not working at all. Tried rebooting and restarting but didn't worked.

      I ordered Micromax CanvasA1 AQ4502 on[protected] order no [protected] and got my product delivered on[protected]. Phone is not undergoing auto-rotate mode at all. So i registered a complaint reference no:20413164 regarding this on[protected] at 12:35AM for replacement of my product.

      As per the company's terms of replacement that it initiate the complain within 48 hours of the registered complaint. But it's high time. I tried talking to customer support of snapdeal but didn't get more info of it.

      Thanks for your early reply. I am trying to get in touch with your customer support but they are not able to solve my issue.
      The matter of fact, which is worst to me is that i received an email from your side that my replacement can't be initiated because it crossed the time limit of 7 days. It was really a worst online shopping experience of mine with you. I ordered the product based on the believe of good customer support and quality product delivery, but it all goes vain.
      Now as a customer i kindly request you to please look at the delay from your side and try to solve my issue as soon as possible.

        My order number was [protected], where I had ordered a Klamotten Cool Jogging shorts. I had initiated a return of the product due to bad quality and the item was shipped back from me on 21st December 2015. But till date the company hasn't returned the amount on which I have been levied interest by my credit card day after day. Additionally, I have called the customer care almost 7-8 times costing me a lot of money. I would want that money refunded along with interest for this issue.

          I have purchased a mobile "XOLO Black 1X 3GB RAM/32 GB ROM" from snapdeal.com. Product website URL http://www.snapdeal.com/product/xolo-black-1x-32gb/[protected]. The mobile has some problems like
          1. Automatically Restart
          2. Heating when watching video
          3. Buuetooth not working properlly.


          Within 7 days I place return request to sanpdeal and the complain id is 20108444 and order id is [protected]. I called several time but they are not arrange any pickup request. They told us an engineer come to check the phone issue. But nobody came to check it. When again all them for refund request they told me "We forward the complain to concern department and can't give you any exact timing to resolve the issue". Every time they ignoring the issue.

            I ordered Panasonic PT- LS26EAS1 LCD Business Projector of rs. 21, 690/- .
            I have been delivered wrong product - Panasonic PT-LS26 DLP Projector.

            The product delivered and the product mentioned in the billing are different. Its a case of forgery. I would like immediate actions to be takes regarding the issue

            I would like a replacement. And if the actual product as mentioned on the site is not available then, a refund.

            I have lodged the complaint by calling the customer care. But the service provided has been annoying and disappointing.
            Trusting snapdeal with such a huge sum has reciprocated with the same amount of shock.

            The company who provided the product should be contacted for the same because such level of carelessness at such a high level send a real wrong message to the customers.

              This is regarding an online order I placed on snapdeal.com. The Order ID [protected]. The product VGuard VG 400 Voltage Stabilizer for AC upto 1.5 ton was faulty and I initially asked for a replacement. Following is the case history:

              1 Snapdeal team didnot agree to pick it up from home since per them it was outside coverage. My parents who were elderly couldnot and my request was turned down.
              2 Snapdeal sent two addresses for return causing confusion one of Delhi other of Hyderabad. We had to follow-up to get right address
              3 Sent the product back via ICL courier AWB 16495330
              4 The warehouse didn't accept and nobody knew the reason why it was returned back to ICL courier
              5 Asked again the Snapdeal to pick it up from ICL courier nobody did called multiple times and escalated but false promises of pickup in 48 hrs everytime
              6 Finally fed up I asked for refund which they said they will process via ticket 19443759
              7 No refund till date initiated the return on 14 Feb and till 9 March they expect us to call time and again with no resolution

                Hi,

                I have ordered on snapdeal.com on 29th Feb, 2016 for Pureit Marvella Ro+UV water purifier with order ID: [protected] and paid the amount of Rs 15360/- by debit card. But I got the delivery of the wrong product Prestige mist grinder on 7th March, 2016. Immediately I complained to snapdeal with the complaint reference number: 20463997. They asked for the images of the product. I also mailed them the images of the product Prestige mist grinder which I have received wrongly in place of Pureit Marvella Ro+UV water purifier. They told for arranging the reverse pickup of the product. But till now no communication I have received from them.

                Kindly do the needful to replace the wrong product which you have delivered with the product I have ordered (Pureit Marvella RO+UV water purifier).

                        In apple store it showed us clear that on 14th Dec 2015 this I phone 6 bearing IMEI NO. [protected] was switchen on with a sim card.Soo kindly change my phone asap, or i would have no other option thn to File a case in Consumer court of fraudery.
                        I had no idea that such a renowened would do this with there customers.
                        If your company wants to re check, they can visit any Apple store nearby there place & recheck with them from above IMEI Number.

                            I had ordered Jindal 3 Burner Automatic Gas stove from Sanpdeal on February 2nd 2016. However I received the manual variant of jindal 3 burner gas stove and I immediately raised for the replacement stating wrong product was delivered. But to my astonishment, the same product was wrong delivered and that too after a much delay. They could not keep up to their words of replacing the product by 3-4 days at the first place. Now that I'd lost trust in them, I requested for the refund on February 24th. However till this date, they havent even arranged for the reverse pick-up. Now if I call the customer care, the customer care executive fails to understand the gravity of the problem and gives an irresponsible answer. I am fed with with answers like "They will come when they come" and that "The courier person shall call me". I have had worst of nightmares with Snapdeal. It's been the worst experience of all time. From being a loyal customer, I feel so sorry for choosing Snapdeal this time. I have lost hopes in their so called customer-centric service.

                              Hi, I have placed an order for "Casio ED437 Edifice Robust Chronograph Watch" from snapdeal, order ID - [protected], sub order id - [protected], i was shocked to see that a fake, used and rusted watch being delivered to my address even after paying the money upfront. As usual the customer service was pathetic and asked me to go to nearest Casio showroom and have a written acknowledgement collected from them. Its either the customer care executive was dumb or snapdeal has started a fleet of cheating its customers with fake replica as a Casio watch comes with a stainless steel belt and which never rusts. Never buy from such cheaters. Worst shopping experience Flipkart is far better and never cheats its customer with fake items.

                              I dont understand what the hell your stupid team is working on, after calling me everyday and asking for photos and invoice copy details for almost a week, i get a call from a customer service executive (Karan sood and priyanka) who confirms and acknowledges that "snapdeal has send a fake and rusted product but still he cant take the return as he is not authorized to replace nor refund for the product".

                              I will be filling a consumer forum complaint if i dont get a proper response from your team on this and i wont really appreciate a call from someone who has sense to talk to their customers.

                              Your Team is as horrible as your service, what do you check internally about a fake product delivered, i have a written confirmation from the casio that the watch delivered to me is a fake. I dont really understand what kinda bloody company you guys are running and what kind of fake products you ship to customer and harass them. On top of it you send me this bloody mail stating my issue is resolved. Please let me know what are the internal checks your team has performed.

                              Snapdeal has a bunch of brainless and spineless team who dont know anything apart from apologizing and cheating people of their money. I am frustrated with your customer and resolution team. I am filling a case against your firm and your CEO.

                                I have ordered crazies multicolor frok order id [protected] placed on 6 feb 2016 suborder id is [protected]. Delivered on 11 feb 2016. Then I want to change the froks so I booked replacement order .courier pick the froks and gave the replace ticket.replace ticket id is 19296941. Bt still I didn't receive my replacement order.snapdeal didn't response my queries. I want my replacement immediately or refund my money.please solve my problem

                                  Ordered an item worth Rs 1490/- via snapdeal.com. Recieved the parcel via ecom express courier. Paid COD. Package was opened and found an empty box instead of the item. Lodged a complaint against the retailer on their website in 27th feb. They made 2 phone calls to me to see what can be done. Two men from ecom courier came to see the empty package which they found to be tampered with white tape. They took snaps of it and had it in writing the whole case on 4th march 2016. Today 8th march snapdeal.com sent me a massage that they cannot replace the product as it was delivered in good shape. Which is farce, deceptive and misleading. They sent the mail via automated sender which does not recieve mails. They are frauds and best be avoided.

                                    Myself bhagyasri, I had ordered HTC desire 210 mobile on-line through snap deal. when i received the product, it was found damaged. immediately i requested for return pick up on-line on 20.02.2016. till date the product is not picked up. in this matter, i called snap deal customer care but every time they will tell to wait for 48 hrs..

                                    snapdeal sent their warehouse address to my mail. i sent the damaged product to the ware house through courier.After few days, the amount got refunded along with courier amount. Thank u Snapdeal

                                    yesterday at 4:00pm, i got a mail from snap deal stating that "We attempted the reverse pickup of your package, but you cancelled it. We have closed your request for return/replacement. No refund/replacement will be initiated from our end".
                                    i had not cancelled the return pick up. i didn't got any call from courier person. the same thing is being done several times and everytime, i called the customer care and confimed that i had not cancelled the return pick up. almost, 20 days passed but whenever i call customer care, they will convince me to wait for 48hrs. after that, i get a mail that i had cancelled the return pick up.which is false.

                                      I have ordered 500sqft Kajaria tiles for 3300/- in snapdeal on 28th february(order ID: [protected], [protected]), but they cancelled the order and placed sub order themselves. But 2 days back they have cancelled sub order even though product is available. They says they are initiating refund but I need my product not refund.
                                      I have done two orders and each order value is 3300 rupees and each have 500square feet quantity.

                                        I order ultimate nutrition prostar 100% whey from snapdeal(price was 4180/-), and I found that product wasn't genuine. I asked snapdeal for a return and first they said that they will refund only in freecharge account ( which I am not sure would be able to transfer to my bank account or not. and its been more than a month they have not done pickup nor initiated any process. I have been calling snapdeal customer care every day they say request is in process and wait for 24- hours. Please help me!!
