Snapdeal.com — Faulty item sent back but no refund till now

I have placed an order "Ambrane P-1000 (STAR) 10400 mAh Power Bank (Made in India) With Samsung Lithium ion cells" on -Jan-15 and the same was delivered to me on 23-Jan-15, which I found faulty and asked Snapdeal to refund my money. The reverse pick up was done on 28-Jan-15. But till date I have not received any money or anything against that. I have heard lots of people suffered for Snapdeal's reluctant behavior towards the faulty product they deliver, and I personally feel this company should be banned from selling online products My reverse pick up receipt no. 45840391 / Snapdeal [protected], by JV Express.

Somebody called me up asking the details of my account number, debit card number and the CVV no., Claiming that he is from "Snapdeal" - as usual I was not comfortable to share all these details - so he used slang and dirty languages. I don't know he is actually from Snapdeal or not - but I am surprised how he behaved.
