I ordered an McAfee Total Protection 2013: 1 User from snapdeal.com on 2015 02 03 and got the product with order no: [protected] and sub order no:[protected], of rupees 1229 on 2015 02 07.. I installed this total protection and when I tried to enter the product key it said "this product is out of version"...now i have only 12 days remaining to activate this protection ... I don't understand why snapdeal people sold to me a product which is out of version... please take the required action to this and help me sort it out...

    I have place an order for 1.5 ton panasonic ac Model UC18QKY3 on snapdeal on dated 06.02.2015. On dated 11.02.2015 snapdeal has delivered a wrong product UC18QKY3-2 instead o[censored]C18QKY3. I am following up for replacement since 12.02.2015 and snapdeal peopel asking for this and that no solution till date.

      I am regular customer of snapdeal and frequently i do visit their website for any offers and product details. One fine day i had seen that Samsung note 3 phone price has been placed n their site as 8652 and i liked the same hence put that order. However the same has been canceled by snapdeal on next day with no prior information and worry about the customers.I used my credit card to place the order and knowingly i placed it for over limit since i like the product and its price. I was ready bear that any extra charge from my card issuer. Now, i had been paying penalty to card issuer and the product also cancelled by snapdeal which leads me 4000 INR loss.I need that order to get successfully delivered or ready to file case with your help.       I have purchased a saree on oct 7 .after 2 days when i got that product there is some issue with my saree .after 1 day i replace that saree through DTDC courier .after 3 day checking my courier status i got to know that snapdeal didn't received my courier showing message "Shipment Returned due to RECEIVER REFUSE DELIVERY" . I want to know why did not you receive my courier .2nd thing is Too much times i have sent my bank details along with courier receipt snapshot . 10 days gone still not received my courier charge . for complaining in your customer no they again sent me new return form to replace that product . finally checking my snapdeal order showing that "no replacement/return".

              I had ordered Samsung Note 3 on 13th of February but the ordered was cancelled automatically from their end without informing me. When I called the customer care to know the status of my order, they said that there was some technical glitch because of which the price was wrongly updated. Being one of the premium e-commerce giant in India, such response was totally unexpected.

                  I ordered this phone (http://www.snapdeal.com/product/lg-a390-silver/[protected] as I thought this is a metal body phone. But the quality of phone is very very cheap.. It look like a 500/- phone.. And snapdeal mentioned that it has call recodring facility. But is not there. They are saving it has video recording.. I cant believe that snap deal is making fraud.. They are saying mobile phone are not covered under refund policy. its clearly mentioned on the product page that this Product Covered Under Trustpay.. BUT still they are saying they will not give refund.I will file a dispute with consumer court.. I am also a educated person, whn its clearly written over the page Product Covered Under Trustpay then I have right to return the UNUSED product.. and get refund.. IF I didnt like the quality of product.. I will never ever use snapdeal..

                    Two days back, they had given 70% offer for this mobile in snapdeal site. So that i have placed the order(Order ID [protected]) for the same mobile. but today(15/02.14) i got message says, your order got cancelled due to some technical issues, and your money will be refunded to your account with in 4 to 5 days. So people, Be aware of this kind of offers given by cheating vendor. they are purposely doing this for interest amount, which we have paid for product.

                      I had ordered a Anarkali suit from snap deal but instead of a delivering a Anarkali suit the product was a semi stitched Lahanga. I had made a request of replacement and I send the product via courier but they only refund me the courier charges(200) but the product cost(Rs 1611) still not refunded.They have only asked my bank account details but still no amount received in that account and also they are not replying and giving me any update related to my refund.                         I have checked the status of my product on[protected] in snapdeal.com. They mentioned that "The product can't be cancelled as it has already been shipped". Then i call to customer care to know my delivery date. But they told that my order has been canceled.

                        Without my confirmation my product order has been canceled and i have cheated by snapdeal.com.

                        Due to this i have fed up more.

                        I am requesting you to take a necessary action and recover my product.

                          After initiation of the refund Snapdeal taking so long time to refund. After calling them for 6-7 times finally they initiate the refund (when they already received the returned product 2-3 days before) on 8th Feb 2015 and today is almost 16th of Feb... But still they didn't provide the refund. These are the type of serice snapdeal providing. Don't know how many times I need to call them still to get my refund.                                 I hardly use websites to buy products and this was my worst experience Snap deal provides fake deals. Today i.e. on 13th Feb 2015 they were offering Note 3 black coloured in Rs.8652(HUGE [censored]ING DISCOUNT). I thought it sounds good and seems to be legit, thinking snap deal is huge ECommerce website why would they lie.The order got placed and even got message and a call confirming the shipment for my order. I tried tracking my order later in evening and it was showing N/A (aka not applicable). I called the customer care and this guy told me that there engineers are and there website does not works properly sometimes . And my order got cancelled due to some technical glitch and it is there mistake . I asked him if I can complain and suddenly his tone changed and he said "ah ha... ya you can place complaints at our website " as if he just never cared like what ever I might do . I want to make a complain against the company as they not only lost a potential customer but I am going to tell every one of my friend about my incident and tell them never to go to "snapdeal.com" to buy any product . Seriously if there website can't handle some error then why the hell are they even promoting fake stuffs online . It is not my problem, its your lazy programmers who forgot to handle some exception . Still even if the system is not that robust, some call or sorry alert should come to user for the inconvenience caused. I do hope they make this right or I would never stop defaming and tell this story to every one .

                                  Dear Respected sirmam, I’m Thiyagarajan from Chennai, Yesterday I had ordered Samsung galaxy 2 grey and Note 3 neo (they given offer 77% of both). But they said, once you have received confirmation call after that your ordered would be confirmed. As well I have received the call from Snapdeal at Delhi and I spoken them, at the same time that’s ordered have been confirmed also I received SMS with mentioned delivery date on Feb 28th 2015. Even today morning (Feb 14th 2015) I have received SMS from Snapdeal as that you’re ordered has been cancelled. After that I called and spoke with customer care regarding my order, but they said as it has technical problem so we can’t give any compensation, and said please neglected this ordered or will give 200 rupees compensation for it. When I spoke with them after that I fed up also I can’t concentration on my work.
