Dear Respected sirmam,
I’m Thiyagarajan from Chennai, Yesterday I had ordered Samsung galaxy 2 grey and Note 3 neo (they given offer 77% of both). But they said, once you have received confirmation call after that your ordered would be confirmed. As well I have received the call from Snapdeal at Delhi and I spoken them, at the same time that’s ordered have been confirmed also I received SMS with mentioned delivery date on Feb 28th 2015. Even today morning (Feb 14th 2015) I have received SMS from Snapdeal as that you’re ordered has been cancelled. After that I called and spoke with customer care regarding my order, but they said as it has technical problem so we can’t give any compensation, and said please neglected this ordered or will give 200 rupees compensation for it. When I spoke with them after that I fed up
also I can’t concentration on my work.
