I placed an order on 25th november, 2014 and the order was not delivered on time thus it was returned back to snapdeal and they recieved it on 9th december, 2014 and i was assured that i would receive a refund in a weeks time but i did not. i received mails thrice from them that my refund has been processed and i will receive the refund within 5-7 days but i haven't. There has been no refund till yet. i even requested several times that i want the refund in form of sd cash as the account through which i had placed the order is closed now.
