this is my order id [protected]. i returned my product near about 15january on cod mode but due to issue of womens watch i returned it but this is 20 feb i didn't get me refund balance. i called many times and mailed it to. but i unable to get my refund balance this is my first bad experience with returning snapdeal

    i have placed an order of Kemei KM-6166 Washable Professional Series Trimmer and paid rs 550 from sd cash in my account . the order id genrated was [protected] . but due to bad internet reason my order was not completed. and after relogin again the sd cash amount showing is zero rupees. please refund my sd cash balance back .

      I book the following order Order No. : [protected] Order Placed On :[protected]:57:01 Order delivery date is 19th Feb 2015, after they have some issue with delivery and they changed the estimated delivery date from 19th Feb to 25th feb 2015. I cancelled 19th Feb 2015 as per the delivery issue But they put the ASAP delivery for that one. Once again I called them then only they took the cancellation request. Very Worst delivery for all order in my case and again & again they are sending appology mail that's it. They are not worrying about customer satisfication and concern.         I placed an order for Samsung Galaxy Core 2 4GB on 8th Jan 2015... I received an defective handset, then I requested for an replacement.. After requesting for an replacement, they gave me completely different Smartphone which was Samsung Duos... Then, I raised a REFUND request.. They receive the returned product on 29th Jan.. However, till now they have not credited the amount in my bank account. I have emailed them my bank details three or five times.. I am calling their customer service centre almost alternate day to check the refund status, every time I get a response that it is Going to Credit in 24 hours.. Today is 20th Feb 2015, still the amount is not credited. I have waste my time, money on phone calls, energy to enquire about the refund.. Their customer service is rude, I also informed that i would raise a complaint in consumer court, if they don't give my money back... Still of no use. I want Snapdeal to be fined for such mental harassment and keeping customer money for so long.. I want to be fined for harassing me mentally. And this is not the first order i have placed..

            De myaror sir, I mohan I ordered samsung galaxy 2 through online in sanpdeal.my order was 3 mobiles cash on delivery and 2 mobiles I have opted for Emi conversion through credit card and the amount ₹8006 has been deducted from my card account and credited in sanpdeal accout, but the order is cancelled without proper intimation and reversed the amount.the bank has charged fees for Emi conversion my Emi has been effected.I need my order of 5 mobiles or they need bear my losses kindly.iamiam very much irritated and upset with snapdeal company service..kindly take necessary action against snapdeal and do the needful.                   On feb 17 2015, snapdeal was giving huge discount on samsung galaxy note 3, sony xperia z3 and xperia z2..i have ordered 3 handset, two samsung galaxy note 3 and one sony xperia z2..but snapdeal cancelled all my orders by telling the reason of technical problem and problem of adrees... which is totally fake reason.. .. Due to cancelled orders i am suffering from mental harassment... I have proof of my orders..

                    I placed an order on 25th november, 2014 and the order was not delivered on time thus it was returned back to snapdeal and they recieved it on 9th december, 2014 and i was assured that i would receive a refund in a weeks time but i did not. i received mails thrice from them that my refund has been processed and i will receive the refund within 5-7 days but i haven't. There has been no refund till yet. i even requested several times that i want the refund in form of sd cash as the account through which i had placed the order is closed now. Though the oonline payment had some problem and it did not happen properly, a promo code that I got ffor my birthday got expired. 2. Online payment through debit card is not happening successfully from snapdeal app while trying from phone. As the same phone is used to get the OTP and the payment is getting unsuccessful for the authentication reason.

                          I have made a transaction with Snap Deal on 07-Feb-2015 at 00:32 AM Early morning bearing Snap Deal Order No. [protected]. The amount has been deducted from the bank account the transaction reference no. is IG00OOVMM5. Snap Deal customer care executives say that the order has been canceled and I should wait for the refund for about 5 to 7 days and now its been 13 days still I have not got the refund amount. When I call the Snap Deal customer care executives for the status they again say the same that I should wait for another 5 to 7 working days. The transaction was done for an amount of 2960/- INR [ Two thousand nine hundred and sixty rupees]. Imagine if I had done a transaction of rupees 40, 000/- and the same thing happens to such high amount transaction we just cant imagine the situation. I just don't want to wait for again 7 more days because they say the same thing even after that 7 days. I lost hopes on Snap Deal. Here on, I don't trust Snap Deal when it comes to online transaction. I request you to take a necessary action against the transaction gateway failure and make them to compensate me. I have a proof of my bank account statement as a proof.

                                I ordered a product from Snapdeal, my product was dispatched on 7 February 2015 but not arrived till 18 February 2015. Snapdeal trust pay policy says that if product is not arrive to costumer with in 10 days after dispatching, they'll return all paid amount. But still they didn't initialized refund process. It is clear that the trust pay policy of Snapdeal is fake which shown on there website. They are cheating with customers.                                 snapdeal is a fraud e-commerce firm, their sellers send people with missing parts accessories and old used sealed tampered products and snapdeal provides no resolution for the same. i ordered a mobile phone from snapdeal, the seller delivered me an box open with only charger and headphone, and no cell phone inside. now its being like two years but still no resolution provided to me by snapdeal. i ordered products worth thousands feom snapdeal and was a big fan of snapdeal but that day when i was cheated, i had full faith in snapdeal that it would resolve my issue but i lost all my money, it was not refunded neither a replacement was provided to me, my whole family has stopped shopping from snapdeal. i lost my trust in them. I raised my complaints but of no use at all, being a student back then dint know how to approach them and raise a judicial complaint regarding this matter but its of no use now. Never ever shop from snapdeal its a fraud site

                                i had ordered moto g turbo edition from snapdeal on 15 october 2016 order id -[protected] Suborder Id: [protected] [Ticket Id: 33464138]. prepaid order which i received on 21st october, on unboxing the package i found that the mobile phone box sealed was tempered and it was opened, when i opened the box mobile handset was missing from the box, i immediately lodged an complaint regarding the same by calling snapdeal customer care, an i was given false assurances that my problem will be resolved and i will receive a call from snapdeal within an hour, but i waited the whole day but got no call from anyone. on the same day i even sent snapdeal an email detailing all about my complaint and how i received an empty box. i got a reply from them that they were looking into the issue and it will take time but 4 days passed i still got no reply from them, i repeatedly called customer care and they deliberately cut my callin between without even hearing me out and after about seven days a received an email from snapdeal saying that they wont refund my money back and neither will they provide me a with a replacement. their courier partners called me many times and i told them everything what happened but none even bothered to come to my house to even check the tampered box seal or anything. i repeatedly mailed them them and called after which they sent me a threatening mail stating that my snapdeal account will be closed and wont be able to do any transactions and they wont provide me any solution for the same. is this the way snapdeal deals with its old customers. i have been trusting snapdeal and buying all products online from them, my whole family used to order from them, but now i think i have lost all my trust in snapdeal and all their trust pay policies and money assured policies are just to fool innocent indian customers and robb them off their hard earned money. IS this the price you pay to trust snapdeal for many years ordering products worth thousands from them an in the end they blame the customer and called me a thief.i lost my money, my time and peace of mind and face a lot of harassment.

                                No reply from snapdeal .Never ever buy anything from them. i not only lost my money but my peace of mind as well.. hopeless company, they lost genuine buyers, i used to buy products worth lakhs from them but i have not placed even a single order now till date my whole family shopped from snapdeal but after this incident we moved to flipkart and amazon. shame on you snapdeal

                                  Online shopping Snap Deal advertising Price list Error. After ordering it they just simply send a message as we tried many time to verify your address details but you didn't pick up your phone. When asking to Customer care person simply they said that is price list error so we will cancel the order. My friend have same problem for last week. Customer care people said the same reason.

                                    Had booked Philips Mixer Grinder 7720 on February 12, 2015. The website mentioned that the mixer grinder is packed and ready to be dispatched since February 13. The website mentioned that Courier details will get updated by February 16, 2015. Today is February 18, 2015 and still my product has not been dispatched. Havr spoken to customer service officer and registered my complaint but they only give assurances that it will be dispatched within 24 hours but still no update on the Courier dispatch details.
                                    Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I will give 0 Zero rating to Snapdeal. Worse service. Worse Customer Care handling. They take customers for granted and have lethargic attitude towards customer grievance.
