I had ordered LG Nexus 5 16GB. I got a mobile 15.2.15 evening afterthat i will checking the mobile and accessories within hour from delivery time. Mobile is okay but Earphone is not working. At those immediately i said snapdeal and raise the complaint request as on 15.02.2015.But yet now not considered for my complaints.My request is Replacement the product after that will send the NEW LG Google Nexus 5 16 GB (Black) mobile.     Dear sir/madam, I am on online ordered Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (Black) quantity 2, with a good deal of 8652, which mean total cost of product is Rs 17304. But I have not received anything in past 6 days. And when i have called the customer care they told us the order is failed. And I have received the message in his own website is "the order is processing". Now I need help of you to save other people with that type of fake deal. And I am 100% sure that there is no one are received the phone in that price Guaranteed. I have also attached three images which proof that I am right.

      My order number is [protected].I received product SONY PS4 on 17-feb with broken seal.when i have open it i have seen: a)tore up warranty paper(yellow page). b)first page o[censored]ser manual is detach. c)inner packing is messed-up and broken d)dust on the console.it looks like, someone has played it for months and sell it to me just like that.Supplier is ATB Electronics-VOI.I have raised compliant(no:[protected] regarding this. They have told me to refund the money for which they asked me send the images o[censored]sed product.I have already sent them sufficient images but they are asking for more.I don't know what they want.Their customer services is worst and not a user friendly services.I have heard different status every time i called to their customer care.Its really frustrating when you get this kind of by paying hard-earned money.

        I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with a recent purchase from Snapdeal Snapdeal had displayed offer as 77% off for the occasion of valentine day for (Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 Grey mobiles and Dell 15R 5537 Touchscreen Laptop). so impressed and I ordered Three (Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 Grey mobiles) and one (Dell 15R 5537 Touchscreen Laptop) through (https://www.snapdeal.com) on 13th Feb 2015. but on the next day snapdeal canceled the order. I have placed my order for “ mall 4 all combo of black & white full sleeves shirts” and my order no:[protected] dated on 22/01/15 through snapdeal website and I received confirmation mail also. My EST delivery date 31/01/15. Second time I received confirmed mail from snapdeal that is “Our promised dispatched date 23/01/15, will be dispatched within 3 working days of promised date” and also I got sms alert on 26/01/15 via my mobile no:[protected]. In that also mentioned it will be shipped within 3 business days. But 29/01/15 I received one mail from snapdeal your order is cancelled. It totally disappointed and mentally is depressed to me for waiting/excepting my goods. It’s really cheating to me. Its totally waste my time to search snapdeal website for available product and place my order and waste of cost & time too. Please answer me the following: 1) How it’s possible to cancel the already shipped /dispatched goods(within 3 days)? 2) It’s not your problem to delay of shipment? Its mine only. I am not worried/complaint about to delay in shipment to you okey. I am totally and mentally depressed about your cheating/dealing like this, you must compensate me for my mentally depressed else you must replacement of my goods what I ordered.                   I brought karbonn titanium octane plus from snapdeal. The smartphone works great but the charger and the charging slot are a headache as the mobile is not getting charged from karbonn original charger(S). I cannot make the best use of my smartphone which shows deep negligence in the hardware built of karbonn mobiles and lack of awareness from snapdeal. Completely frustrated.                     Hi, I order Dell laptop on 11/ 2/2015 at 16:09: for Rs.26, 950 and the order is 22/02/2014 confirmed and they gave the delivery date is is 22/02/2014 and now they cancelled my product without informing me. Actually they gave this product with 68% off so the total product cost is Rs 26, 950 as I book the product on their site for less amount intentionally they cancelled my product and they are telling that due to the technical issue the product price is displayed incorrectly. If it is a Technical issue why they approved my product and why they gave the confirmation email, if its their issue its their problem, they have to gave a penalty for their team who made the mistake and they have to check and its clearly saying that their mistake so they have to gave my product at any cost. Intentionally they made the mistake because if the products are very less amount most of the people will watch the site so that they can get more profits. Could anyone please check on this issue and the order number is [protected] and please let me what I have to do to get my product Can I file a case on the consumer forum or can I go and inform to the news channel?

                              On[protected] at morning 10:00 am I see a samsung galaxy note 3 black mobile on snapdeal very attractive price, I shows only Rs-8652 . So I ordered one mobile for my nephew against cash on delivery payment via my mobile. Snapdeal send me a mail & SMS with order number [protected], after some time snapdeal confirm sub order number [protected], but now snapdeal says that it was wrong price. I can’t get this mobile on this price. I want to ask snapdeal that, what is my fault if I see this kind of offer? How can I understand that this is fake price ? you say that you are India’s no 1 online selling platform. Is this your responsibility ? My nephew was very joyous & interested that she going to be a good quality mobile owner. But now she too much upset & angry with me. She now can not concentrate her study.                                 Sir i ordered mtg swanky round watch on feb 8 2015 rs 284 here snapdeal give me a coupon code 200 rs for my birthday gift send to my mail with this coupon i ordered watch. When i received the order the watch was damage as per snapdeal trust pay i put for a replacement then i clearly mention that i don't want refund and i want only replacement without any intimation snapdeal send me refund to my snapdeal wallet 84 rupees then i call to customer care is hopeless then i put a mail they said that within 48 hours they will solve my problem afer 2 days again i will call to the customer care again i tell the complaint they said that we didn't have the stock of that watch that's why we sent the refund i asked them why u didn't refund the promocode they said that as soon as possible we put a complaint for ur promocode and we sent it to ur email when today feb 17 i call to the customer care they said that the complaint is closed without sending any promocode see how they are playing to the customers please take action for this sir my order id is ([protected]) sub order id is ([protected]).

MY order is up proved and i received a conformation mail and a SMS from the snap deal. On 14th February i received a mail from snap deal that my order get cancelled. When i asked the snap deal regarding this issue they didn't gave me any valid response. May be i think there is some kind of fraud is happening in snap deal, can you please look in to this issue.                                     I would like to lodge a complaint regarding Order ID: [protected] which seems more likely to be cancelled as I successfully placed an order & cracked a good deal on the product. I placed an order for Samsung Galaxy note 3 on[protected]:30:11. I received an SMS from snapdeal saying that order has been placed successfully. Please refer to the supporting attachments. Now the question is that in this era of online shopping and loot deals when a customer successfully places an order; SNAPDEAL cancels the order saying wrong price was uploaded. This is really insane as customers spend hell lot of time surfing websites to get such good deals. It is disgraceful for a brand like SNAPDEAL which has made such a reputation in market doing such things to so called "VALUED" customers. Expecting a resolution
