I am order a laptop but box was empty
i am complaint on 18/03/2016 but 14/04/2016 they refused refund/replacement
i have all mail from snapdeal which they time to time send me
they tell me that your amount are covered our protection policy
but yesterday they refuse
when i received empty box what is my fault i pay 21000/- and i am in job you understand that what is the value for me

i am continuously call or mail from 18/03/2016 but not any reply from snapdeal side and 12/04/2016 i call customer care one of the executive tell me that your refund is initiated and reflect in your bank account in next 3-4 days but on 13/04/2016 i call again customer care and then one of the executive tell me that your refund refused

You did not received but i was lucky that i received but it was found duplicate. I just got misguided by their nation TV ad campaign lower price. Duplicate items are sold.

Software installation date found earlier than manufacture date.
While checking Bar code online no listing found.

When i shared the info with my circle, i found that reputation in the public is very low and there is public opinion that Snapdeal sell used article as new under discounted price.

Order not shipped even after 15 days

I ordered a product from Snapdeal on 1st october. The shipping date mentioned was 7 october, yet they didnt ship my order.Even after complaining to Snapdeal about the matter, there is no response.

    I have ordered and Desktop PC from Snapdeal website and within 2 days it stopped working. Then i have returned the product and waiting for my refund from 1 month, but its not happening. I have been calling them from 3 weeks literally everyday. They say that the money will be refunded within 4 days but they are not doing that. And finally yesterday they told me that they didnt receive the product and also told me that its not my headache and they will look afterthat because they can track the product. Then why are they not doing it from 3 weeks. I know it wont happen time soon until I get some serious Help. Thank You

      Dear concern
      I bought this singer dx-76 electric iron and i am very unhappy with it.My order no. [protected]  & my invoice no. :b7c988/14-15/4851. It is unsafe and dangerous. When it is upright, it easily tips over and falls. I have had the iron for 10 months and i am more upset because it fell on the floor when i accidentally hit my ironing board last week. This is the second time it has fallen on the floor while. I know i should have returned the iron from the beginning, but it is now apparent that is unsafe. Please give me appropriate reply of this mail.

        I had placed order [protected] on 08.04.16. Till now it is showing ready for despatch. Supposed to be delivered by 14.04.16. Delivery changed to 19.04.16. In the web site customer care details not displayed. Afraid of facing customers ?. Only standard questions and answers are kept . Not even email id is available. I called their customer care number by searching from net ( what a pity). They are also clueless.

          I have purchased an item Birdy Water Spray Gun 10 meters from snapdeal, firstly it was delivered a defective item then I requested for replacement and now it is replaced from different item which I never ordered.
          I again requested for replacement since last five days but instead of replacement they blamed on courier company that they did not delivering the item and again I called to courier company they said that snapdeal is not made a email to us for return.
          Meanwhile I have made many calls to snapdeal customer care number and courier partner NUVOEX but all gone to vein.

            I purchased a dell vostro 2520 laptop having order id- ([protected]) worth rs 26, 320 with 3 years warranty through snapdeal.However, my warranty ended on 4th february 2016.Ideally my warranty should have lasted till 21st may 2016 however since i was delivered a old stock of the laptop whose warranty started 3.5 months before my purchase date, hence the warranty ended up on 4th february 2016.When i complained to snapdeal customer service team regarding this on 13th february 2016 and since then i am only given fake assurance by their customer service team to resolve my concern i have called them atleast 50 times and spent rs 500 as my phone bill just to speak to supervisors in the customer service team who come on the call after you have spent at least 25 to 30 mins on the call.At least 5 supervisors have given me fake assurance to resolve my concern however it has been two months and my warranty has still not been extended till now.Two months of my extended warranty has already been wasted in this case.My request number no is 19401749 which has not been resolved since 3 months.This post is for my friends who think that snapdeal is a very good company in the ecommerce industry.Please don't buy anything from this fraud, liar and cheater company friends otherwise they will stole your money and when you will call them for any issue then they will make you cry for resolving your concern.There customer service is worst and horrible.Please go for amazon since their customer service is best in the market right now.

              Sir I have ordered intex aqua young phone online through Snapdeal([protected]) trusting on their 7 day easy return policy.when I have received the product so many issues we have faced like touch is not working properly, hanging issue, battery draining issue so for all these I have raised return request but Snapdeal told me that in their return policy it is also mentioned that u have to take in written from intex service centre. So I have reached there with in 7 days. They have checked and after two hours told me that phone is good from my side we can't give in written because if I give intex would claim that money from me after that at same time I filed complaint with intex([protected]zqywg).then Snapdeal informed that our engineer would visit to your address and he will once verify the issue then we will process it since last 25 days we are waiting but no body arrived. Now when I have contacted Snapdeal they informed that no body will come you have to go to service centre and take in written we can't do anything, then I talked to intex service centre he refused to give any such when I approached there senior they told me that " it is already more than 7 days " so we can not give you non repairable jobsheet or any written document it is mistake of Snapdeal that he delayed it so we can not do anything " sir I have trapped between the policies of intex and Snapdeal. What my fault in this situation I am very much frustrated from last one month. In between I registered several complaints with Snapdeal but no action taken so far.please help me I am a common man and can not fight with all these big companies. Please

                I purchased Meizu M2 mobile from snap-deal on 27 March 2016.
                and I got heating issue on this mobile beside that battery backup drain of this mobile just 2 hour from 100 %. It takes 3.5 hour to charged this mobile up to 100%. So Snapdeal having 7 days return policy, I registered my complaint there.
                I am following up them from last 15 days continuously. But no one listening me.They are saying they will pick this mobile within 24 hour. why they are giving 7 days return policy
                Please help me on this.

                  Snapdeal simply violate to give 1 year service warranty. As per attached i brought the product on 21.05.15 but service warranty expire on october 2015. The warranty should be upto 20.05.2016. Therefore i was not able to repair my laptop (breakage the screen) within warranty period on Feb 2016.

                    I recently ordered an fan named "usha 1270 fontana lotus ceiling fan ivory" order id:[protected] pricing rs6000 on 3rd april and got delivered on 8th of april but one of four ceramic glass the order contain is damaged and i requested for replacement at complaint reference no:21970912 snapdeal registered my complaint successfully and promised that it would take appox. 72 hours for conformation replacement product but still after 72 hours not a single text or e-mail received regarding the conformation. Every time i used to call snapdeal regarding this they promised that the conformation will send today but till now no conformation there today yet not come.

                    Finally Snapdeal contacted me and Cancelled my order as they says due to some technical issue they are Unable to process replacement of the Product.I requested for the replacement but unfortunately I didn't got. But although I My Problem is resolved finally I am getting refund of the whole amount Rs6000 in the same mode of payment in My Debit card. I am very thankful to Consumer Complaint for highlighting my issue and working on consumers behalf.

                      Hi,

                      I ordered for Preethi Blue Leaf Platinum MG-139 Mixer Grinder from Snapdeal on 9th March 2016 ( Order ID: [protected] ). I received the wrong product ( Pure It ) on 11th March 2016.

                      As soon as I received the wrong product, I communicated/mailed to Snapdeal with the wrong product pics and bar code. I was assured that within 48 hours wrong product will be replaced. But instead I received mail stating : Your item was delivered in good condition and hence, cannot be returned or replaced

                      How can just looking at the Bar Code one can say its the correct product?

                      Again I had to make a call to Snadeal Customer Care for re-escalating this issue. Since then I am following with Snapdeal daily but no action has been taken.

                      I have been told today that snapdeal won't be able to take back the product as it was delivered in good condition ( even if it is not the product that I ordered for ).

                      Could you please take some serious action regarding this issue.

                          I have placed a order with snapdeal on 2 nd april .A quechua bag of rs 279 total payed from my mastercard .
                          Then after with in 1 hour i have cancelled the order. Then i wait for about 2-3 days for refund in my account.
                          I check my account there is no refund from snapdeal.
                          I have complaint whole matter with customer executive of snapdeal. They advised me to waiting period of refund.
                          Again after few day again complaint to their customer executive.
                          They told me that refund is initiated in my account. But i didn't see refunded amount on my account. Till now my refund is not initiated.
                          I feel great hassle with snapdeal & i spent 100 rs on calling in snapdeal.
                          Yesterday i have updated passbook from my bank. But there is no reflect of refund amount.

                                I bought a phone from snapdeal.com which was having manufacturing defect in the microphone that i came to know within a month. We went to lenovo service center and got it repaired which took 20 days to return my phone. Again within 15 days the same problem reoccurred. Now again snapdeal and lenovo service center people are saying that give the phone for repair which will again take 15- 20 days. So either snapdeal should provide me a alternate phone to use for those 20 days or refund me for the damaged piece or give me a replacement.

                                We already had many calls with snapdeal person and sent many emails too. But I think snapdeal is not interested in helping customers. For them the duty is just to sell the faulty/damaged pieces for lower cost not to sell a genuine product.

                                I don't understand how can snapdeal expect customer to go to service center waste 20 days for the same issue which could not be resolved properly by the lenovo service center.

                                Why should I waste my time and money for this manufacturing defect.

                                Attached are the two job sheets from service center.

                                I think now I don't have any other choice than to say good words for snapdeal on the social media if snapdeal is not interested in having a genuine communication and problem resolution.
