Hi,

I have ordered a Tshirt on 16-may2016, still it has not been delivered. Today one of the person from snap deal called me and asked me the address as he was not aware of the area, I cleanly guided him the way to reach my address, he said ok sir I will b cuming in short while. I have been waiting for him and later on I received a mail from snap deal stating I have initiated to reschedule the delivery . I was shocked by seeing that bcoz I did not rescheduled for the delivery... I'm really unhappy what snapdeal has done, I have been using flip kart n Myntra they deliver the product on the said date... I'm really not satisfied with the service of snapdeal

Please take necessary action on the delivery boy for giving fake statements

Again today i received a call from snapdeal, a lady spoke to me stating your order will be delivered today evening but i did not receive my product yet. later on i got a message from snapdeal we unable to deliver your order we will attempt to deliver your order within 48 hrs.

i have been frustrated by this. very pathetic behavior from snapdeal...

SHAME ON YOU SNAPDEAL, if you can't deliver the order return my amount paid to my account...

    Hello,
    I bought helmet from snapdeal, it was used helmet, i asked for return they said i should return it manually, i requested them to arrange pick up, they refused it
    After that i bought beanie cap, i asked for return, they made my request, aftrr some days they send me message that return request was canceled by me. I never cancelled the request.

      I ordered maharaja whiteline 50L slim plus room cooler white, order no. [protected]. Total amount -Rs 7764. .

      I opt for cash on delivery .
      I received the product .I didn't like it.as it does not provide any cooling.so I put complain against for the same .(replace or refund)
      customer care person said that as they received the product they will work on refunding of amount .before refunding they will sent a mail on m e-mail account for taking bank account details...on 19-may 2016 they took back the product but I didn't received any mail. ( i waited 3-4 days for mail)
      .on 23 may 2016 ..i made a call to customer care number...there's an electronic answering that the refund is already been made .but i didn't provide any account details ..so how it could be possible. and when i checked m bank account ...there's no refunding amount received . and i called more than 30- 40 times ...it just provide with electronic answering machine . there's no one to answer expect that electronic answering machine.

            I ordered 2 qty of the product on 28 april 2016 and was not satisfied with the cloth material. I initiated the refund process and received refund of only 1 item on 4th may 2016. After this i contacted customer care and she said that she has started the process of refund for the other item but i didn't recd. The refund then i again contacted cc the person other end said that the amt is refunded and gave me the brn no. Of the first transaction ie. The refund process of second item was not yet started and i was given incorrect info. And she registered that the refund of the second item is completed. I contacted again and was informed of the mistake done by previous operators and was assured of getting refund in 48 hours on 20 may 2016 now today it is 23 may and i did not received any refund yet. Highly disappointed by the irresponsible behavior of customer service candidates. There is no way to track ticket id status. Don't know how i will get my refund.

              I have ordered voltas 1.5 ton 185 ey (R) model worth of 35023 rupees for my parents and they have delivered the wrong product of voltas 1.2 ton 155cy model worth of 26500 rupees my parents are not aware of model an gone for installation worth of 3000 rupees i informed them on the same day 9th may regarding the issue as suggested by them only i have agreed for the compensation amount worth of difference between the two products. On 13th may i have received a mail from snapdeal that refund is initiated but till today i haven't received any amount from them. I have been communicating via mail and calling them 3 times a day daily from 15 days. But the response from them was really unsatisfactory but now they didn't provided any resolution for my problem.

                I submitted the returned request, order no is [protected]. Even after more than 10 days of placing the request, nobody is coming to pick up the pack. Due to this I am not getting my refund of Rs.589. I called up their customer care number, they confirmed that it will be picked up before 20th, however today is 23rd and yet no sign of any information from their side

                  I bought a mobile phone micromax gc 313 which is dual sim cdma+sim from snapdeal.com via order id: [protected]. This phone does not support any kind of otp from any shopping website or any bank portal. But when i put my sim to another mobile phone, my sim is able to receive otp and other promotional messages as well.

                  So, i lodged a product return request to snapdeal.com via reference number: 23786078 dated 18 may 2016.

                  I also reported above mentioned defect to micromax customer care website via reference no. Ser[protected] dated 19 may 2016 and those people told me over the phone call that they cant resolve this problem.

                  Now snapdeal is denying to return the product.

                  I bought this phone as a backup phone because my old backup phone was broken and i don`t have time to get that repaired.

                  My iphone does not support cdma sim otherwise i ll never buy such a cheap phone.

                  I don`t know why snapdeal is selling online such a long time. They are not trust-able any more.

                  Now i want to return this product micromax gc 313 to snapdeal.

                    My 1st complained on 21/05/2016 on delivery date, customer care and snapdeal team assured that within 48 hours it will solve and they promised to refund my money back in my bank account, it already spend 4 days with sunday but again they take time of 48 hours and continuously tell the same words that there investigation is under process and as soon as they solved their problem my money will be refunded. I am in very tension, I can't eat and can't sleep from that day. I am mentally breakdown. please justice with me...

                      I had ordered this car emblem instead of which I got some nonsense bicycle lock, on top of this the courier guy refused to accept return twice. Courier guy was very rude and kind of gundas, we were surprise to see such cheap people where snap deal is dealing. In future we may not order from Snap deal and inform our circle about our bad experience.
                      First of all we received WRONG product and second HARRASMENT by courier people non acceptance due to incorrect description received by him.
                      We request to collect the wrong product and deliver correct product immediately.

                        This is the worst service that any online dealer would have provided.

                        I had ordered sandisk cruzer blade usb flash drive 32gb on 29th april 16 (Order id: [protected]) estimated delivery was 5th to 9 may.

                        Then on 9th may i received email that the delivery was delayed and now it would be delivered by 11th may.

                        After eagerly waiting on 11th may they communicated that they have cancelled my order (Great!) and would initiate refund in 4 working days.

                        Till 18th may money was not refunded, hence i wrote to their customer care.
                        I received an automated mailer "your request has been accepted with reference number 23780924. We are eager to resolve your request and will call you from [protected] within a maximum of 24 hours. Please receive the call to give us an opportunity to serve you and resolve your concerns quickly."

                        Now its more than more than 5 days i have neither received a call nor my money.

                        It is my sincere request that you take this complaints on priority and refund my money by tomorrow eod. Otherwise i would have to register a complaint on consumer forum

                            We bought voltas 1.5 ton 183v iy 3 star inverter split air conditioner on 21 april.

                            On technician visit, we found out that split ac cannot be installed in our house as there were pillars everywhere and since it is a rented house, we could not drill through pillars.

                            We discussed the same with snapdeal, placed a return request within 7 days and they promised to pick up the product and give us a refund.

                            We followed up to get the pick up done and each time they said pick up will be done soon. (Its still showing waiting for pick up in the orders panel)

                            We waited for a week for the pickup but no one came.

                            When we called back after 10 days snapdeal says pick up canot be done and thus they can't provide a refund for the ac.

                            With no choice left we then decided to install the ac on some other room and waited for the installation from voltas.


                            We called voltas several times for installation request but only got the same answer "technician will visit you soon" but never did.


                            This delayed the installation by more than 20 days.

                            So, then after almost a month we got the ac installed by third party service providers.

                            It worked for 8 hours and then ac stopped working.

                            Snapdeal delivered a faulty product and voltas say for online purchases from snapdeal they can’t help.

                            We called voltas again, they sent a voltas technician who first diagnosed that there is coolant gas issues and asked us to pay for gas refill of a brand new ac.

                            On his second visit technician came and this time detected that the pcb is not working, he then asked us to call his office asking for replacement. So, when we called his office, the person at the other end said pcb is not available currently and said since we bought the ac online from snapdeal he wont be able to provide replacement for the ac.


                            On notifying this to snapdeal, they now say that the return period is over and they can't help us.

                            Now we have a dead ac with neither snapdeal nor voltas helping us.

                            Close to rs. 40000 wasted and sleepless nights without an ac for almost a month now.

                            Kindly note that the AC is not working from the first moment itself.
                            For the 8 hours that we used it, the temperature never went below 30 degrees.
                            After 8 hours it stopped completely.
                            Hence, we request you to change not just the PCB(as detected with issues by Voltas technician) but the whole AC.
                            We don't want to go through the entire process again after PCB replacement as cooling was never happening with this AC.
                            We bought the AC on 21 April and today is its 23 May so kindly provide a solution ASAP.

                            Silly snapdeal, they don't know their own application, snapdeal would not have accepted the return request if request was not made within 7 days.
                            Now status says "return request recieved" and is stuck before picked up.

                            Is this how online marketplace deals with promises or was choosing snapdeal was a bad decision.

                            If this is it then snapdeal should be shut down as soon as possible.

                            AC bought 21 April 2016, installed on 14th May, stopped working on 14th evening.
                            PCB request registered on 16th, today is 25th and today voltas has called to say they need ONE WEEK more to sort this out.

                              BUT till now i.e 21 may 2016 i havent recieved any mail from snapdeal.Actually i was very much in need of the cell and this kind of service is causing me very much inconvinience and disappointment as well.At least please send the status or a an rmail so that if it is not booked i can buy some different mobile.
                              Please kindly do the needful as soon as possible and try that we dont loose faith in snapdeal..

                                This is regarding my intex aqua power hd mobile i purchased from snapdeal. This was the defective product i received. But still snapdeal is not sending any person to pickup the product. But i had informed them within 7 days of receiving the product, as per their 7 days policy. Engineer was sent by them and he checked the product which was found up to the mark and he mentioned product is not satisfactory. Even after that they are not arranging reverse pickup of the item. On the daily basis i am receiving mail, informing me to go to intex service centre to get the mobile repaired, also one another mail i received, in which they informed me that the reverse pickup is already arranged. So these 2 types of mails i am receiving. Today is the 6th days since i lodged complain in snapdeal customer care. Will see what will happen next or i will have to do something. This is my second complain lodging on this website, on first one, snapdeal just said we will forward the issue to the concerned department. But their department is not taking my case seriously.

                                  I had ordered air cooler on 30april and recieved the air cooler on 5 may...the air cooler was defective as it had a leakage... on the same day we initated refund of the order...since then no pick up is been initiated...the customer care guy we talked to said that courier company is sending fake email...as we always recieve that the pickup has been cancelled from our end...but noone has come once to pickup the cooler...i have been calling customer care since then...but my problem remains the same... please look into the Matter and solve my problem asap otherwise i have to resort to other measures

                                    We had booked the “coolpad dazen (8gb) “via order no [protected] on 15th april 2016. The order was damaged. Finally the order was cancelled on 23 april 2016. We had already registered our complaint by telephonically. They have provided us reference no. 22556104 on 23 april 2016. But sorry to say, till date fund i. E. Rs. 6358 was not refunded in my account. Many times i have called at customer care no [protected] but till now no action has been taken at your end and every time customer care executive asked me to wait for 48 hours and again given me the rrn number [protected]. Its now near about 1 month has been passed but no refund is received in my account. We request you to check at your end & take immediate action, accordingly.
