Snapdeal not refunded money

Hi,

I have placed an order in snap deal, of buy 1 high back executive chair get 1 free. Order id: [protected], placed on 14 feb, 2016.

Product delivered on 20 feb, 2016.

As wrong and damaged item delivered to us, i have requested for return & refund on the same day of 20 feb, 2016. Reference no: 19717309,

But till now reverse pick up not yet arranged and money also not refunded.

Called customer care and following them up daily since 20th feb 2016 but no use, they used to ask time of 24 hrs and but no further response in this regard from snap deal

Kindly ask you to look into this and solve, & refund my money of 9899 inr.

    I bought US Polo sock. There was freecharge cashback on the product for an amount of Rs 175 per three pair of socks. I bought the product and no freecharge cashback is received by me. I raised a complaint to Snapdeal with reference no 19117512 and no action has been taken even after more than 45 days. I called several time and they only say technical team is reviewing.

    Be careful from such frauds.

        I have ordered a Phone i.e Meizu MX5 on 25th Feb, 2061. I wanted to return the phone and have done all the procedure for return within 2 days of delivery. But I got a call from Snapdeal saying that product cant be refunded as there is no problem with the product. I explained them that i have not opened the seal of the box and even shared the pics of the same. Still they rejected my request. Whereas thier policy says that if the product is unboxed then the return can be done.

          Awesome Reply from Snapdeal.
          Now they are taking U turn from case, saying the email ID does not Match.
          When we install SD app it ask for Invitation code and then we enter our Login ID for purchasing a Product.
          And here they says the referred email ID is different.

          Good way to make Money. we need to Learn from Snapdeal.

              It is regarding my order placed[protected], as order no.[protected] (Maybelline Colossal 12H Black Kajal 0.35 gm), the product has not yet been received and though Snapdeal updated in its' status that it had already been delivered on 06/02/2016.

              I have made complain on Snapdeal customer care no.but not yet received any confirm detail on my product. I have even tried to contact their (Snapdeal) courier partner after being guided by one of their customer service member but the courier partner didn't responded to my request. I have called up their customer care number a no. of times for my complain status but every time I have been requested for extra days' starting from 8 days' then 4 days' then 2 then again 4, 8... likewise but after non of the days I have received a satisfactory answer.

              Now its' already a month crossed, yesterday on 05/03/2016 when I called same request was made for another 8 days, which is very unappropriated for a leading firm to make such a worthless request even after 1 month.

              Now I want my money back.

              yesterday snapdeal called and asked for 2 days' time to resolved the issue. Today I have received a mail from snapdeal from"[email protected]" in which they have confirm to initiate refund procedure. When I visited my snapdeal profile later, my refund was made but in their " free charge wallet" where on my next purchase same will be deducted, which is OK with me. thank you!!

                Snapdeal make a sale of mobile accessories where a power bank is listed at 11rs and shows maximum discount when I open it for purchasing and submit my info and when I go for place order and payment option it shows 998rs instead of 11rs. when they can make these deals so why they prompt them I am totally disappointed from it

                      I ordered for a pair of puma shoes on 14th of Feb 2016 having made payment by my debit card. I got delivery on 19th Feb. The shoe did not fit well so i requested for a replacement on the same day. I was asked to send the product by courier which i did. But till date there is no update / action. The courier company (DTDC) says that the courier is lying at their office as it has been asked to "HOLD".
                      Worst service experience. Expected much better from Snapdeal. Thinking of going to consumer court.

                          When i found orders of which their price decreased,
                          I placed order normally and paid.
                          But after sometime it get cancelled with message showing
                          "Verification failed, order cancelled"
                          This is present scenario in snapdeal

                          They cancelled so many of my orders and simply say
                          "Sorry its due to technical glitch"

                          There is no customer policy in this.

                          Please file a complaint against whole snapdeal team for not fullify customer orders and cheating customers and play with our feelings

                          They must be paid fine in the court of justice

                          Yes I did receive a phone call and it was a huge shock. I was informed that my account will be closed due to some internal checks. I asked him what is the issue but no further explanation was given !!! When I asked to refund the money lying in my Freecharge account with Snapdeal, he told me Sorry, this amount will be lapsed. What's going on guys. How can you refuse to give me my money. Have I committed any fraud by buying some things from your site ???

                            I ordered a toaster from Snapdeal and wasn't satisfied with the size. I called the customer care to check if the toaster can be returned. The executive told me that I can surely return it as I'm not happy with the size and guided me on the steps to follow to return it. I followed his instructions and logged a request to return. Also, since the executive had said that I can surely return, I placed an order for a bigger toaster from another website. But, within 48 hours, I received an e-mail from Snapdeal that my return request is cancelled as electronic items cannot be returned under the Snapdeal returns policy. I was confused and called the customer care again and this time, an executive told me that I should have read the return policy before buying the product. When I told her that the product detail page didn't mention anywhere that the product cannot be returned, she didn't have an answer and kept insisting that they cannot accept the product back. I raised this with Snapdeal's Facebook team as well and they called me the next day, apologising for the wrong information given by the first executive and very rudely telling me that NO WAY will they accept the product back no matter whose mistake it is. Now I have received the toaster from the other website too and have suffered a loss of two toasters because of misleading information given to me by Snapdeal's first customer care executive.
                            I had also ordered for a XXL bean bag and when it was delivered, I was not happy with the size as it was too small and everyone in my office as well said that it is way too small for a XXL claim. I placed a return order and once again my request got rejected for this product too without a valid reason.
                            Why is Snapdeal cheating people? Why should I suffer a loss because of wrong information provided to me by your customer care? He should have informed me on the first call itself that I cannot return the toaster. At least, I wouldn't have ordered another toaster from a different website because of the wrong information he provided.

                              I kuldeep singh purchased a sandisk pendrive from your shoping site snapdeal and unfortunatly its my last purchase from your site, it was a 64gb sandisk pendrive i purchased on 08/02/2016. Order id is [protected].

                              I loss my most improtant data which is very pericious for me becuase of your product, i called sandisk global custmer care for this issue of data loss because of sandisk company but they provide me the information that is pendrive is not tha original product its a fake product .

                              The sandisk global also send me the mail regarding this that the pendrive with serial no.this is not the one which is manufactured in there company and thus fake.
                              And the snapdeal executive is saying that replacemnt perioid is only 7days what are you saying you are giving me a fake product and saying that the product replacemnet period is over

                                    I had order Asus Zenfone 2 Laser 500KL from Snapdeal. I have received unpacked material and the handset was not found in the packing instead a piece of tile is found. Seal of mobile box is also opened already. After opening the box handset not found. Since date 29th Feb 16 i trying to reach to snapdeal regarding resolving my complaint but yet not received positive reply and refund of 9000/- is also not done by snapdeal. All the documents, photographs required are already submitted but still they are saying that it is in process. Daily they call and ask the same questions and also inquiry from snapdeal and courier people.

                                      This company is the worst company to have ever shopped with.
                                      they DO NOT even have an email id registered on their website for the consumers to contact them.
                                      This is not the first time I have spoken to them over the phone or asked them to pay attention.
                                      I placed an order with them and they cancelled it on their own saying the product was not available.
                                      they took so long to inform me it was not available and just cancelled the order on their own.
                                      the product was showing available on their website when i placed the order.
                                      They are not even trying to get the product back in stock or follow up.
