I have ordered HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2645 All-in-One Printer (Product code [protected]) with order # [protected] & suborder # [protected] from Snapdeal. The order was placed on 22-Jan-2015 on Republic day offers.
My order was cancelled without my approval.
The Printer was order for price Rs 2908 and Snapdeal cancelled the order. (The reason could the current price is Rs 6000 for this printer- so they cancelled my order). The price was fixed my Snapdeal company and not by me, now they cancelled order. It is just like fooling the Indian people with offers.
I had long fought with Snapdeal customer care to deliver the printer which I order and it didn’t happen.
Finally after having long talk with Snapdeal customer care supervisor they agree to Offered the compensation of Rs.3000 / - for the SD cash. Below is message form Snapdeal customer care date 29-jan-2015.

Again, Snapdeal cheated me, they have not offered any compensation Rs 3000 / SD cash it’s been more than 4 days. I have sent two mail date 31-Jan & 01-Feb I have not got any reply or call from Snapdeal.
Note: I have the product ordered screen short and Email conversation with Snapdeal customer care, Do let me know if you need these details.
Hoping I will get my ordered printer.
