[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — No Refund, No return accepted. Fake promises. | |||||
I have purchased a mixer grinder, i order it on 19, Apr. Immediately on the next day morning i canceled the products. After Which, Snapdeal: 1. They dispatched the Goods. 2. The Courier persons did not accept the returns as he said. it will be dealt with different team. After that i tried and tried no refund, No reply to my mails and no one is caring what i says. All the online portal including Snapdeal are having return /refund policy. End Customer : Dont believe this snapdeal, Think twice and then purchase, If you really need it buy it. 2. You must instructed the courier to accept the cancellation, they aren't ready to accept.
3. more than 11 days i hold the products
Still no refund, no updates from collection agents.
