Snapdeal.com — Order cancelled and no refund received for more than two months. | |||||
I had placed an order on 26th Dec and product has not been received on estimated date. Later they cancelled the product and till now refund money has not been received. i have called up customer care more than 30 times to know the status. They just say issue has been escalated and will be resolved on HIGH priority. Please ban Snapdeal.com who are badly torturing the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
