I had ordered an Apple Iphone 16 GB on 3rd Feb but cancelled it with few minutes asking for a refund. I have already shared my NEFT details with the concerned team still its been already more than a month still refund has not been initiated. Every time I call the Customer care, they say our back end team is working on it. They are not even telling telling you why it is getting delayed. I am calling them daily but getting the same answer, "We have escalated to the concerned team and they are working on it". I have mailed them several times too but no reply from there also. All they is " Well will get back to you within 48 hours" but they never revert back.Please resolve this as soon as possible. It's been more than 40 days now. Still I haven't received my refund back yet. Now I am paying for a product which I have cancelled. There have been no progress yet. Only update I get from is that" My issue has been escalated to high priority". Could you please let me know how long does Snapdeal takes to resolve a high priority issue.
