I purchased one kitchen kraft jar stands 16 nos its totally broken and its not manufacture defect but snapdeal sent me the broken stands i cannot use also i am very upset about it. it is all broken product and so many things i purchased from snapdeal one also not good snapdeal is not a good shoppping website they are froud. please my request is dont go for snapdeal Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have received damaged product on 23 april 2016, product id([protected]) and I also have registered a
complaint for return this product(Micromax canvas ) by this complaint number[protected]. by this cell number([protected]) on 25 April, 2016 and till now did not get any pick up service for item. I called
customer care of snapdeal 5-6 times in past 1 week for getting arranged pick up service but I get fake
promises every time .and I was informed that technical executive will visit my home before taking
mobile back but no one visited till now.and after some day when i called at customer care of snap
deal, their employee are telling me an engineer had already made report that phone is in right
condition even no one employee did come for check this phone and then we go with micromax service
center and they did issue his bad report of phone tht we send mail to snapdeal. and now your employee
is telling us that our commplaint report had been closed. We have made multiple call but every time I
got assurance but no action is made.
Highly disappoint with snapdeal services and wants to get it resolved .I really feel cheated by
snapdeal and made big mistake by buying product from snapdeal. and now we have only option to go
consumer court.. i just want to tell you about that by mail may be at your senior is unknown of this
issue. so plz if you can help me for this . i will be thankful to you. thanks.
