Snapdeal.com — Replacement not initiated | |||||
Received a faulty and defective product . Defect is, auto-rotation is not working at all. Tried rebooting and restarting but didn't worked. I ordered Micromax CanvasA1 AQ4502 on[protected] order no [protected] and got my product delivered on[protected]. Phone is not undergoing auto-rotate mode at all. So i registered a complaint reference no:20413164 regarding this on[protected] at 12:35AM for replacement of my product. As per the company's terms of replacement that it initiate the complain within 48 hours of the registered complaint. But it's high time. I tried talking to customer support of snapdeal but didn't get more info of it. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Thanks for your early reply. I am trying to get in touch with your customer support but they are not able to solve my issue.
The matter of fact, which is worst to me is that i received an email from your side that my replacement can't be initiated because it crossed the time limit of 7 days. It was really a worst online shopping experience of mine with you. I ordered the product based on the believe of good customer support and quality product delivery, but it all goes vain.
Now as a customer i kindly request you to please look at the delay from your side and try to solve my issue as soon as possible.

From your side it has been told of engineer visit up to this monday, but its more than that your time limit. There is no reply whether engineer is visiting or not. It's really harassing for me as i am fed up with your customer service. Please look up the matter concerned and resolve my issue.
