Snapdeal.com — Return pickup not completed | |||
Dear sir, I have purchased a tablet on february month 2016. But it is defective i have call logged in snapdeal for replacement. But the courier company takes the parcel for return, at that time snapdeal cancel return process. So that the ecom courier not able to send the tablet. I called snapdeal 6 times but they tell everytime they will clear procedure and return the amount or replace the tablet. Please do the needful.
