I bought mobile(Infocus 370i) on 22-Feb-2016 and I have raised request for return my mobile because the quality is not good and other reasons too and color also. I have sent an email to snapdeal and calling every day for solution for the same. but I didn't get any response for this request from snapdeal apart from the formal mail. Till now(15-Mar-2016) they didn't call me for understanding the customer problem. I am only calling to them getting status. Called on 7-Mar, 8-mar, 9-mar, 15-March. Below responses I got from snapdeal whenever I call or mailed to them: 1. formal mail : as per the trust policy we cannt take return 2. We will call you within 24/48 hours but I didn't get single call ya ya:) I got call for collecting snapdeal feedback not on this issue. 3. We will update the status of the issue within 24/48 hours but I didn't get mails as per their(snapdeal customers). Was this information helpful? | |||||

I am having a return request pending. I ordered a iPod touch 32 GB and I was delivered a old worn out box with data cable and earpods inside and today they have closed my complaint saying that they have delivered product in good condition. I want refund for it. I have been waiting since 5 days and now they are telling me to wait for 1 day again

Why snapdeal team giving quick responses/reacting here not over snapdeal mails([protected]@snapdeal.com) or calls(customer care number) whenever we send an official mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com or for our calls?

Your team supposed to drop an email to me about yesterday call(15-Mar, time:12:30) and conversation which I had for more than 1 hr on my issue.
Your team statement in yesterday call after long discussion(more than 1 hr):
"Sir, My snapdeal person will come and pick your mobile from you and you will get a confirmation mail within 24 hours for the same!!!"
As of now I have not received single call or mail even!!!
Same thing happened to me more than 4 times on this issue...
I hope this is enough proof to go to consumer court...
This is last attempt I am doing here for solution later my solution is consumer court!!
