I purchased a smartphone fron snapdeal.com as below As per Offer spec sheet : internal memory 8 gb Connectivity : GSM 900/1800 Mhz 3g/wcdma 1900/2100 mhz As per offered picture : Main manu icon at middle of People & Messaging icon Actually received a phone :- Showing from setting : Internal Storage showing 4 gb free 3.5 gb but actual Phone storage space is too low When load any thing of about 20 mb size Android System is showing ... Phone storage space is going low. Please remove some data to ensure the stability of the phone. the system shows below System 87 mb, free 2 mb, applications 27 mb, mail 316 kb, sms/mms 8 kb. How this device is a 8gb internal memory phone? Never get 3g connectivity by using Aircel & Airtel 3G enable sim. Internet is too week play store is not opening, being timed out. At the same time, by using same 3g sim, other smarts phone is working satisfactorily. In computer through USB modem the both sim showing 3g connection. I had tried to load a game from my friend's device via Bluetooth. But Android System showing above massage regarding internal space problem. I make complain at Snapdeal.Com for for return money/replacement of defective product. Snapdeal.com sent a mail to me for visit service centre for repair as the phone is with in warranty. My question is why a defective phone is delivered? Moreover there are no Service centre in my City i.e. Durgapur, Dist- Burdwan, West Bengal, PIN - 713206.
