I recently purchased an expensive phone from Snapdeal. The phone did arrive quickly, but didn't meet my expectations. That's when my ordeal started! I realized two problems - a) The phone was available cheaper somewhere else b) The cash back offer advertised by Snapdeal was nothing but a cheat tactics where a 5% cash back on almost Rs. 50000 was limited to just 500 rupees. Snap deal simply refused to take back the phone and plainly denied to refund the excess money charged. Is this customer friendliness? The experience of speaking to customer care was horrible to say the least. My advice friends - stay away from Snapdeal; they simply steal your money. Experience with competitors have been much better.

I have similar experience with Snapdeal and I thought it was some exceptional missing in supply chain. I see a lot of similar complaints here, one thing is clear they are well aware of this tracking issues and purposefully just acknowledging and assuring action within 24 hours to all. They will acknowledge each complaint and continue cheating customers. I think it would be great to form a group of snapdeal cheated customers and move towards legal actions against company:

I have very bad experiance with snapdeal
I was having Rs 1540 in snapdeal account
And now i am not able to login in my account by entering correct password and username
When i contacted customer care they are saying they do not know why my account is not opening.
