Hi Team, I Purchased Mobile phone on Snapdeal.com which is not working properly and in informed snapdeal that i don't what this product anymore and placed a refund request for the same. According to their policy if a customer don't want the product they just take it back and refund the money withen 7 days its just that simple and i did they same. Now they are asking me to get a job sheet from YU (Mobile phone co.) but when tried YU's customer care no.[protected] it is always busy so i am not at fault then also snapdeal is not ready to listen anything from customer. Please help me to get my refund processed from Snapdeal. Regards, Dishant - [protected]
