I order an product with order id [protected] on 3rd Feb which was delivered on time but the product was different and also the promised cashback of Rs 41 to my freecharge account was not provided. I raised a complaint regarding it on 6th Feb 2016 and after that sent almost 20-30 emails but no action was taken by the company and now they have stopped responding to my emails.

But I hv not received amount till date.i.e. 26th feb. No reply..no response frm Sd. I hv sent mail as well..bt not yet replied.

      My name is Ashish sharma i am a snapdeal customer. I have concern and big issue that i ordered one Ambrane Power Bank of 10000 mah black on 13 Feb 2016 which was delivered by delivery boy to me on 17 Feb 2016 and after that i found that power bank is so heavy in weight as well as i found that it takes time in charging i.e. i am not satisfied with product so i raise a return request (under 7 days return policy) on 21 Feb 2016 (Order ID: [protected], Reference no:[protected] but on 22 feb snapdeal refused to return the product which is not acceptable according to policy. Please help me. PFA mail received from snapdeal of refusing request.

        I've placed an order on Snapdeal for a Lenovo a6000 Black phone on 28th September, 2015.
        At the time of ordering there was a 10% offer. If I pay through SBI, after 3 months this
        amount (Rs. 600) would be credited to my bank account. Thinking that, we waited for more
        than 3 months. But till date, we have not received a single rupee. We made a 1000 phone
        calls and sent a enormous emails. But none of them did give a proper resolution and every
        just passed the buck. Every one just wanted to escape from us not trying to help. Even
        they played blame game and most of them did not have clue about this. Snapdeal informed
        us to contact the Bank. When contact the Bank (SBI). They told to contact Snapdeal. Finally,
        we're in a situation where we have not got any soultion. Snapdeal and SBI just ignored us.
        As futile, we stopped bother "Snapdeal". Everyone, at our family started hating Snapdeal
        because of this. This is a pure sheer of cheating. Snapdeal just wants to fob money off the
        customer. They do not want to give any service nor take care of the customer by keeping
        us happy. Till now, none from Snapdeal has contacted has. I think they're busy making money.

            I had placed an order on 26th Dec and product has not been received on estimated date. Later they cancelled the product and till now refund money has not been received. i have called up customer care more than 30 times to know the status. They just say issue has been escalated and will be resolved on HIGH priority. Please ban Snapdeal.com who are badly torturing the customers.

                Order# [protected] - Solitaire Sanitary Wares Prism Wall Hung Wash Basin 16x16 Inch

                When I received the package I could sense that its broken as its ceramic material and makes sound inside. so I requested courier person to take it back, but he was not accepting and forced us to accept it. He said if its damaged I have to contract the sender and then they would come and take it back in person. Accepted and opened the package, as expected its broken pieces. The product just arrived without any thermocol or coir in the packing.

                So placed a return pickup request to snapdeal on feb-20th. Today I got a message to drop off the package at Fedex Hub in Tirupur which is 30 KMs away from the delivery address which is not acceptable. My father is at the delivery address and he is aged person, he cannot travel to Tirupur to drop off. It would be great if its arranged to pickup or provide drop off within the delivery pin code - 638701. I am pretty sure there are lot couriers available in the delivery pin code.

                Please try to understand the customer's problem. Thanks.

                    I'v purchased surya honey 409 from snapdeal on 20/jan/2016 and received surya ash (different model ) on 28 jan 2016.
                    Its automatic 3 burner gas stove but fron day 1 it has some ignition issue.
                    But from last 15 days its auto ignition completely dead.. I complaint snapdeal but this they said call on costumer service as now product is in manufacturer warranty..                       I returned that via india post and shared the courier receipt same day with snapdeal on 16 feb 2016.
                      But still i didn't receive my refund.
                      When i called them they are saying that you have to wait. how much time i have to wait.

                        I have received the defective mobile phone from snapdeal and I raised the issue and told about this to snapdeal but they are not responding.. In snapdeal website found the option for return and replacement within 7days. That's why I'm believe that and purchased the mobile in snapdeal, but they said go to service centre like this, instead of this type of cheating they have to beg and eat...                           I had purchased Transcend 2GB DDR2 RAM (JM800QLU-2G) from snapdeal at 14-July-2014 at price 1745 Rs., product has 10 year transcend warranty.

                          i got the problem in the ram so i contact transcend customer support via mail.
                          i give the 11 digit serial number which is printed on my ram, after they check the serial number they say me that this is fake product.

                          our original ram has 10 digit serial number, i send them the photo of ram to them, but they say we can not help with this fake or duplicate ram, contact your retailer for this ram.

                          so i contact snap deal, give the detail about order id and all stuff, they said me that give me the proof that transcend customer support said this duplicate product so i give them snapshot of all mail conversation with me and transcend customer support.

                          after my mail they said me that give me proof on paper, but i give them snapshot of all mail conversation with me and transcend support.

                          what i think that they actually do not want to help, just want to keep me busy, if i have to all the thing than what should you have to too even you guaranteed 100% original product.

                          even they guaranteed 100% genuine product how should i get this duplicate product..!!!

                          i want to get refund or replace my ram with original ram.

                              I ordered "KS Vibra+Sauna Belt" from snapdeal but I got "SOBO vibra+sauna belt". I requested for replacement but in replacement again I got the wrong product which was also not working properly. I again requested for replacement. Initially SnapDeal asked me that they are working on it but after that they totally refused to replace it.
                              Now Snapdeal have DISABLED my "SnapDeal Account" as neither they want to listen to my problem nor they want to resolve it. I can't access my account. Why should I pay for a wrong product which is also not working properly.
                              I am a handicap person having polio in my both the legs for which I've ordered this product. But I got a product which is not working. I am just saying that please replace my product so that I can use it. Please help me.

                                I orderd on snapdeal for Sony CP-V10/WHITE 10000 mAh Power Bank and snapdeal send me fake power bank. Power bank performing almost nothing than I went to sony authorised service centre for its under warranty service but they refused to series and told me it a entirely fake product. After that I complained to snapfeal . snapdeal customer executive tell me first you bring letter from Sony that this product is a fake.but is this fare ?why sony centre issue latter every fake product .it is duty of seller to check the complaint product.Sony service centre show me original sony cp v10 10000 mAh power bank .It is much heavier and class of finishing.inside of delivered fake power bank a steel rod piece inserted for creating the false filling of haviness of the battery.I think It is cheated by supplier not by snapdeal.but when I and others my type of consumers complaining against there suppliers than hard action should be taken.

                                    I purchased Aqua Grand water purifier order no. [protected]. There is no manual no prefilter. As I called the manufacturer i.e. AquaGrand, they are saying we are not selling on snapdeal, amazon or ebay.com. They sold you used or duplicate product purchased last month when i was in india. Now I am in Uganda and i opened my product here. Now what should I do ?

                                      Sir on jul 28 2015 i purchased a laptop from snapdeal hp15-r244tx laptop from snapdeal there was an option of 10% cashback on purchase through sbi debit card
                                      and condition was that cashback will be credited within 3 month .i.e on or before 30 september 2015

                                      but untill i have no receive my cashback i have also mailed them regarding this

                                      also complined on call through customer care 2 times but untill i have not receive any response mail through snapdeal neither cashback

                                      please i will request to forward my complian to snapdeal as sson as possible
                                      and help me regarding this problem very thanks to u

                                      i have no need of snapdeal or fc cash i need my cash back in my account chect your condition that cashback was on my account plz withdraw your sd cash and send it to my account bank account
                                      and plz dont try to cheat amount that u have provide i cant withdraw from it and i also i dont want to shop so plz provide it in my bank...

                                        Snapdeal is a cheap company it will never credit customers cashback after many reminder and never do callback ro customers i have made a mistake that i have purchased a product from Snapdeal till today cashback not credit last date is 07th January.My order no.[protected] on daily basis i have doing followup.
