Snapdeal.com — They didn't fulfill customer orders

When i found orders of which their price decreased,
I placed order normally and paid.
But after sometime it get cancelled with message showing
"Verification failed, order cancelled"
This is present scenario in snapdeal

They cancelled so many of my orders and simply say
"Sorry its due to technical glitch"

There is no customer policy in this.

Please file a complaint against whole snapdeal team for not fullify customer orders and cheating customers and play with our feelings

They must be paid fine in the court of justice

first i tell you i love it snapdeal very much before some time i
placed my order in snapdeal website i place my order at night with
payment mode net banking my order sucessfully placed but in your side
i received message in mobile and email to my mail id your order is
cancelled so i shock and i contact multiple times your custumer care
team your team tell me your account blocked you may create new account
and new mail id so i use this account lifetime so please sir i request
you please unblock my account i love it snapdeal so much

Yes I did receive a phone call and it was a huge shock. I was informed that my account will be closed due to some internal checks. I asked him what is the issue but no further explanation was given !!! When I asked to refund the money lying in my Freecharge account with Snapdeal, he told me Sorry, this amount will be lapsed. What's going on guys. How can you refuse to give me my money. Have I committed any fraud by buying some things from your site ???
