I ordered automatic night lamp and i got the delivery in one day but the item i got stops working propery in just 1 day of delivery so i requested for replacement and i got the the new product on time but the new product i received is in very poor condition and its packaging by seller is more than worst and the item is also in bad conditon but its outer snapdeal packet is in good condition.

I want a quick action against seller to cheat the coustomers by providing them bad condition product.

I ordered a myneev zippered bag from snapdeal due to defective issue i had retured the product on 19th july and requested for refund in the form of sd cash and now its has been two weeks and i have not received my refund back

    Dear national consumer helpline,
    My name is nimai meher. I am a victim of the harassment by snapdeal customer service. My order id is [protected] placed on 09 apr, 2016.

    Let me explain the whole incident.

    I placed order on 09 apr, 2016. Item was "ethnic india art solo 4 seater sheesham wood dining set with table".
    At that time, the price was rs. 14999/- including delivery.

    Delivery date was between 10th may 2016 to 14th may 2016. It was not delivered inspite of multiple calls between snapdeal and me. I raised the complaint for many times but there was no result. Finally on 14th may 2016, snapdeal called me and said that the product delivery date is delayed and it will be delivered between 16th may 2016 to 20th may 2016. The harassment did not stop here. Today i got a call from snapdeal saying that i have to cancel my order and place a new order. The cheating started here. Now, they have increased the price to rs. 19092/-. Dear national consumer helpline, this seems to be a well organized cheating process wherein snapdeal will nicely grab consumer's hard earned money.

    I do not want any refund. I want the product with same price which i had ordered.

    Also, please let me know weather i can send a reminder-cum-legal notice to snapdeal or not. If yes, please let me know the procedure. You can call me at[protected].

      Status shown on snapdeal account on 6th may - money successfully refunded
      Account details since 28th april - no money refunded
      Sir, i have called the snapdeal customer care 6 times. First time they informed me to upload a photo of my bank statement showing transactions from 28april to 6 may.
      I have done that and called them 5 times after that. Everytime i am told that i will get a call back in 24 hours but there has been no response. The costumer care executive always forward my complaint to his/her senior, who doesnt not picks up the call when my call is forwarded to them. Please guide me what to do.

      The costumer support called me everyday around fixed time updating about the status and requirements for the refund. Along with their final call, they also sent me a mail telling me reference no. to use in bank. I'm glad consumer complains here are listened to and acted upon by the companies responsible.

      I have been told 5 times that 'we are working on your problem and our representative will get in touch with you regarding this within next 24 hours'. I dont have any problem if my money is returned in form of freecharge balance too, if direct account transfer is causing so much of delay and neglect. Atleast inform me whether my complaint is even getting worked upon or not.

      Regarding transaction details after 6th may, this is to inform you that there has been no transaction after 7th may.
      Moreover that detail is not needed, since your period was 2-6 may (monday-friday) and there were no govt /bank holidays in that period. And saturday 7th may was not a holiday too, just in case the transaction got late.
      Please don't stick to this reason to delay the process.

      The only thing that disappointed me was that there was no response from your side even after i put up so many complaints and called so many times. It was only after i filed a complaint here, that you replied. Even if your job was over regarding the refund, its your duty to respond to your costumer if they need.
      I hope this won't be repeated with other costumers.

        My Order ID is [protected] placed on 13.05.2016. we placed order of Blue Star 1.5 Ton 3 Star 3HW18VC1 Split air conditioner white & delivery was expected between 16th - 20th May 2016.

        But today we received message from snapdeal that the order has been cancelled as the seller was unable to fulfill it.

        How come the seller accepts order if he cant fulfill the same. They are using our money i.e. Rs. 34175/- from 13.05.2016 & it'll be credited to our A/c. within 4 business days from today i.e. till 23.05.2016 (being Sunday non working day). for ten days my fund got blocked & my planning of AC installation also failed due to these delays. we ordered AC to make summer season pleasant. But due to such responses it seems summer season will be more annoying.

        Snapdeal must avoid such nasty things & stop harassing customers. Their Job ends by simply sending regret message but after effects (due to such last moment cancellation) are not as simple as sending messages.

        Now who will bear the rise in price for the same model & finance cost for blocked funds. Also the delay is irreparable & cant be compensate in any manner.

        I have had similar experience with Snapdeal twice. Good deals are never honoured. Flipkart and amazon are 1000 times better.

            Mr. Kunal,

            I never expected this kind of third class service from your snapdeal. I ordered jbl earphones on 30th april with order number [protected] and with sub order id [protected]. The same is delivered on 6th may 2016. Since i was not satisfied with your 3rd class service i placed return request on[protected]. If you have common sense.. Just let me know whether i placed return request within 7 days or did i exceeded the same?? I[censored] really have no idea.. Kindly ask 2 nd standard kid to explain him the number of gap days between 6th may and 8th may.

            To my confimation, i called to chargable customer care number and one executive told that i have placed return request successfully and i was told that return delivery will be picked within 1 -2 working days. And the puckup was not done. I was frustrated. With repeated emails regarding issue.. The only response i get from your executives is i tried calling you and the same was not answered. I dont understand how people can be free to take calls all the time n repeatedly sending mails stating just emails about not answered but wiithout content.

            I was continuously following up the same. And to my surprise, on 18th may i received a mail stating that sice 7 working days have been passed your return request was failed.

            Now mr. Kunal, you please say me whose fault is this,?

            Is this the customers fault?? In trusting for fake reviews of delivery which compares itself with flipkart and amazon, stating fastest delivery within 3.9 days which is good for nothing on your part??

            I dont mind with your return pickup. I just can throw your useless product in dust bin. But i need my money!

            In case if your company doesnt meet to that standard in providing pick up delivery.. Please open a charity account and share with customers. Ill be the happiest first one in depositing the delivery charges for pick up my delivery and please note including taxes.

            Mr. Kunal, if you are not capable of handling such ecom service. I request you to kindly open a bangle store and sit in that!!

            Plese ensure your representatives not to take stupid acts like cancelling the return order since i did not picked your calls. I will be at work and could not pick calls. If much needed call in between 2 to 3 pm. And 6 to 7 pm.
            And accept this as my confirmation, and proceed for return with refund.

                This is the first time i ordered something from clothing line from snapdeal.com.
                I was shocked to see the quality of the t-shirt i purchased. It's old, colors are faded.
                I can get a better t-shirt for rs 200 than this stuff. The product shown in the image is completely different from the product what i have received. Tags fell on the floor as i opened the packet. Not expected from company like snapdeal.com.

                        Hi, i ordered for ruchi houseware blue plastic 4 compartment square plate set on 4th may, 2016. I have received it on 11th may, 2016. Order id: [protected] upon opening the product i noticed, the color i was given is orange! At the same time, price written at the back of the product is rs.320, however, i was charged rs.499 for it. I asked for a replacement. Today (17th may, 2016) i received the replaced product and this time it is yellow! What kind of a service is this when you are actually robbing people of their money? It is still printed rs.320, whereas i was charged rs.499.

                              Its been very bad that i had to write this email.

                              Let me start with timeline story:
                              May 03:
                              1) i placed a redmi order ([protected]) for some exigency
                              2) snapdeal offered a delivery date between may 05 - may 07. It was an extremely urgent schedule for me and i had to have this phone by may 08 otherwise it was of no use for me.
                              3) i did not receive this product in scheduled time and delivery was delayed by 2 days.

                              May 09:
                              4) i got it on may 09. I accepted that and placed a return request on the go.

                              Here starts the bad experience

                              May 12:
                              5) customer support told me (After 3 days - may 12) that they can't accept it because of late delivery and you have to use it. They said its not their policy.
                              6) i agreed and opened the box and set up for use

                              Things got worse

                              May 12:
                              7) phone was defective and showing some orange lines on home screen, lock screen, phone call screen.
                              8) i immediately called snapdeal support team for this defective piece on may 12
                              9) i captured some photos and prepared a video.
                              10) engineer visit was scheduled within 24 hrs, by may 13. But that didn't happen

                              May 13:
                              11) i called snapdeal customer support again for update*
                              12) customer support asked that engineer visit will happen in next 24 hrs.

                              May 14:
                              13) finally, on may 14 engineer visited and confirmed that this device is having manufacturer issues. He confirmed that pickup will happen in next 24 hrs

                              Things got worst

                              May 16:
                              14) product was not picked up even after 48 hrs, may 16, and i had to call customer support again for update*. They said that it'll be resolved in next 24 hrs

                              May 17:
                              15) after 24 hrs, means today may 17, i called customer support again* and they said that job card has not been uploaded by engineer. So pick up has not been scheduled. They asked me to talk to engineer and request him to upload the same.
                              (Its not a solution guys)
                              16) i called engineer and said that he can't upload job card as its already been more than 24 hrs. He guided me to raise request again and then he'll get call from snapdeal for another review and whole process will be restarted.
                              (Its not a solution guys)
                              17) i called customer support team and they again had fake promise for a resolution in 24 hrs.

                              Its getting over me now and i am thinking about other options for the same (Social media, consumer court etc)

                              Its my long relationship and good faith in snapdeal that i am raising request again for its immediate solution (Within next 24 hrs and update within next 2 hrs).

                              * = (Please note that everytime i had to call customer support for update. If there was some issue, then customer support should call me and update for another schedule.)

                              I am also attaching screenshots + video of faulty product (At that time also i was having discussion with snapdeal customer support)

                                W have purchased a sari from snapdeal.com (Order id: [protected]). But when we received the delivery, the quality was not as per picture produced during order. So we had initiated for return at the same day, a representative came at same day and collected the item. But refund is not been done yet. We had complaint on snapdeal.com website and customer telephone numbers but all have been assuring for 24 hours/one day. Its almost 4weeks since we returned but the refund is not been done.
                                Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

We have received our order on 14th april 2016 and on the same day, we have requested for the return as we are not satisfied with the product.

                                  But the return has not been picked till now.

                                      Panel for led was broken at the time of installation the concerned person who came to install has given me the job sheet also. I am calling daily and there is no response from any of the call center people, they say only one thing within 2 days they will resolve the issue.

                                      One of the worst service i have ever seen, i am attaching the job letter given to me along with led and invoice.

                                        I have ordered two 32 gb usb 3.0 pendrives from snapdeal. Co. M. The pendrive have been delivered. Both the pendrives were not working properly. So we asked for a refund. They have send the refund for one pendrive. And have not send the refund for second pendrive and have taken the pendrive with them. The reason for non refund that they gave was unsuccesful pickup. But the item was pickup succesfully. I have the receipt of pickup. I have mailed several times to their websites and even mail them yet they have not given any response. I want you to take strict steps against them. I am attaching the suitable receipts.
