With reference of your reply in consumercomplaint.in

I had purchased the asus laptop from your site.Now i have some problem in laptop(hardware). So i reached out the authorized service center in Bangalore. when they checked out for the warranty they found that the laptop has only 1 year warranty and it warranty got over. At the time of purchase its clearly mention that the laptop has the 3 years of global warranty in the bill from Snapdeal also says the same. After the purchase i have also registered the product in the ASUS website.

Am providing the details of my laptop.

even i had send with the same mail three times, with the proof of invoice slip to [protected]@snapdeal.com . But still I didn't get any reply from your team, and so sorry to say i have to go for next step if you peoples cant give a reply . even i had registered with a compliant in snapdeal customer care .
