[Resolved] Snapdeal — Didn't get my refund amount | |||||
A wrong order was placed on 25 June and I cancelled the order on the same day within few minutes. Order ID- [protected] and reference No[protected]. it was not even dispatched. my snapdeal app shows that it is 'refunded successfully' but I have neither got my money back in my account nor I have got any sdcash. A women kurti of Rs499 was placed an order. I just want my money back so that I could continue shopping. And I definitely not want to have a bad experience with snapdeal.
