Snapdeal — Faulty product and not processing for return or refund | |||||
I have ordered wrist watch through snapdeal (order no - [protected]) worth 1200 but i received a 5 rs. soap. i filed a return request and they have closed it saying that you will not get the refund as product sent to you was genuine. If they have sent correct product and i have received wrong product they should check on the matter with either seller or courier partner. Where the thing went wrong must be snapdeal's responsibility. This is the cheat they are doing and harassing the customer. Don't buy product from snapdeal if they cant resolve such issues.
