Hi I did the purchase for Onida Washing Machine on 10 Th Jan 2015 were it has clearly mentioned Onida 6.5 Kg Liliput 65 Semi Automatic but when i received the product it's not semi automatic it's fully automatic where i don't have the option for dryer now when i called to the customer care of snap deal they saying that refund is not possible we inform them that i don't want refund i want to exchange the product because without dryer i don't need this washing machine they are saying that we cannot exchange also, i just want to know if customer don't like the product and instead of asking refund asking for exchange is it wrong, called Onida guy also they are also not helping us, please look into this i want to exchange this product anyhow.

    For the following order no. till date I had not received any kind of courier charges and for this I am wrtiting to you regularly but my problem is not resolved till date and today I recevied a call from Snapdeal that we cannot commit to refund your entire amount due with snapdeal due to some issue. 1.[protected] (2 Items) 2.[protected] (2 Items) 3.[protected] (2 Items) 4.[protected] (1 item) 5 [protected].( Arrow Shirt ) And for Order number [protected] i have also not received my product amount as I have also called your service center for the same and they have promised me to refund the same within 24-48 hours and today they had denied me to transfer me the same.

    Today again I received a call from snapdeal and they completely denied to refund my entire pending amount for courier charges as well as one of the product charges.

    And They are also not supposed to give me the reason for not refunding my amount.

    So is this the way Online Giant are able to create such a huge fund?

      My order no from snapdeal is [protected] and I have placed order on 6th January and they give delivery date between 12 to 16 January 2016 but they did not deliver my order they are giving wrong information to customers. This leads to frustration in customers please file a case against snapdeal. please clarify my complaint soon.

        An email to Snapdeal CEO... Hello Kunal, Myself Pritish Parida from New Delhi and a regular customer of Snapdeal! I am writing this email to you to bring a matter of failure (poor services)in your knowledge as I am really very disappointed with the services I got this time! Actually I have ordered one Tata Sky HD Set Top Box + 1 Month DHAMAAL MIX HD PACK Order Id Order ID: [protected] (1 Item) DETAILS Placed on 10 Jan, 2016 To update you, I got the Voucher Serial No delivered at my place on Jan 13, 2016 but not the Set Top Box I raised a complaint in your Customer Service Department regarding the delivery of an incomplete order but didnt get any satisfactory response.They informed me to directly approach the Tata Sky helpline No for the Set top box and its installation which i did but they refused me saying that we are unable to process your request since we are not having your complete details of purchase of the set top box.Also i called the Seller Dish Bay 100 times in the last 3 days but no one is picking the call.Today evening i received a call from[protected] your Customer Service dept at 4:58Pm and the guy was talking very rudely to me.You know what he told.He told me that Snapdeal responsibility is over since the purchase has been completed.Now its my responsibility to collect the set top box from the seller and snapdeal can't help me in this matter.Are you hiring these kind of stupid people in your organization who are not at all customer centric and dont dont how to behave with the prospects.He is absolutely a stupid.Few more like him will close down your company.           On 15th January I placed an order for luminous inverter and at the time of purchase they showed me to select local delivery by which I will get the order max by 16th January from some local store but now it is 17th January 17:28:00 and the product is still not despatched and after calling them for more then 50-60 time and also after lot of emails also their is no resolution, as this time I got a long weekend from 15th to 17th I thought if I will get it by 16th I will install it by 17th but till now they didn't delivered, if they can't deliver they should have notified from the first by which I could have get it from some local shops but they didn't did that I lost all my trust from snapdeal. I just talked to one advocate to file a consumer case against them will update the hearing which can help others to take legal actions against unreliable companies like snapdeal.

          snapdeal is worst company according to sellers. This company always charged more logistic than actual which effect on customers. Because if seller get it charged extra money then seller will increase the rates and it effects on customers. So I will prefer not to purchase anything from snapdeal. Go for flipkart or paytm.

            I was a very happy customer of Snapdeal and had no opinion about your takeover of Freecharge but I faced a lot of grief when checking out today. As a person surfing the online who takes extra care of the data shared I felt immensely forced when checking out of Snapdeal. It was mandatory to signin for Freecharge which I felt I didn't want to but I did it anyways but I wanted to keep the Freecharge signup number different from the Snapdeal one, so I added a different number then what I use for Snapdeal. To my surprise, instead of the number I added to the input box above the "I agree with the terms & conditions" my other number received the Freecharge OTP. Please tell me why this is as I felt COERCED into giving my information and used another information in pretext of the terms and condition signup? If you are really a customer oriented firm you will correct this and act in a decent manner or I will have to unsubscribe from all your services as I feel violated. PS: The mandatory signup makes the user feel like they have less control over their website experience. On top of that Snapdeal shared my data with Freecharge against my will and knowledge. Bottom Line: I need my Freecharge account deleted completely as I don't want an account with Freecharge and I don't know what their policies are for data sharing.

            Why am I still pissed?!!

            Not only did they not resolve the issue, they sent me promotional email even after being specifically told by their rep that they have unsubscribed me from all their mailing list.

            I think Snapdeal could be Indian retails Comcast. I sincerely hope it loses customers and becomes humble again, coz bullies like Snapdeal need a good kick in the gut to be & stay humble.

                    I ordered i7 4790k for worth Rs.19, 900 (latest price Rs.26, 000) on 9th jan 2016, the expected delivery was 14th to 18th but they auto cancelled my order because i bought the product in heavy discount, however they refund my money but my issue is why they don't inform me before cancelling and the reason they give is about my location, they told me that the product is not available and product in this price is not available to your location, this is the very silly reason they provide me, I ask them to provide me the new product if they don't have this one, but they don't want to provide me the product in this price they want I reorder so they charged me at latest price., This might be kind of fraudulent. If a customer gets heavy discount luck by chance on any product then they auto cancelled the product and demanding more price by suggesting re-order the product .what kind of this service provided by a such big eCommerce site. I kindly request snapdeal to provide me the product in this price, because they fraud me, "location is not available" is not a valid issue as well as item sold out is also not an issue, they might delya the delivery this is also not a problem, the problem is I want the product at rs 19, 900. I am attaching all the snapshot with bill and sms form 9th jan to 17th jan

                        I am a regular customer of snapdeal.com, but on the last order they deliver me a used product and the product box is also open, when i was complain about it within 7 days they asked me to provide the images of the product.and i did that.after 10 days after they told me that they can't take the product returned back.because they sure that they provide me the perfect product.And they also asked me that how can i prove that they provide me a un boxed item. product name - samsung galaxy gear fit.

                          Hello Sir I'm Hitendra here I placed an order on snapdeal @ 26th December 2015, and due to used product I received from snapdeal.com I returned the product and when I received replaced product on 12th January its totally different instead of 2 lens product they send me single lens product, I already raised complain with them my Reference no: 17624498 and Order ID: [protected] after 12th Of January they not replied and when I called them 2 times they just reply within 24 hours you will be get resolution same answered I heard from last 2 days. Product Name: Canon EOS 1200D with 18-55mm + 55-250mm Lens kindly do something needful.

                                I ordered xboz one worth 30 thousand and on seller page(screenshot attached) its written we get headset plug nd play nd media remote but I have not got those and in free market they are worth 7 thousand- 9 thousand . . they did not return the product as courier guy never came .. When I decided to retain the product they are not sending the promo code which they promised for free controller.

                                  We ordered "BioCare Face & Body Cream Almond 500 ml" from Snapdeal. I got the product 2 days back. When "I opened the product the bottle's seal packing was opened.and cream was out of it. I complaint at [protected]@snapdeal.com. They told me that they will provide return pickup.                                     I bought HP Laser jet M1005 printer from Snapdeal on 10th Jan 2016, I received printer on 12th Jan 2016, I initiated return on 15 Jan 2016. In the advert they mention 100% trust pay, no questions asked 7 day return policy, now when i have ignited return well with in 7 days of date i ordered, they are refusing to refund my money citing that I have crossed 7 day period. How is this valid? On the page where they are selling printer they say all this 7 day no questions asked return policy and now they are saying electronics are excluded... please this is cheating this is fraud they must be stopped from duping customers into this.                                       Pos no[protected] for rs 7102 on 9/1/16
                                      Pos no[protected] for rs 5869 on 9/1/16

                                      Kindly block the consignment and refund the same to the account i have also register fir in this regard.

                                        By looking complaint over this websites "consumercomplaints", it`s look like that snapdeal is one of the biggest Fraud Company. Same thing happened with me, they stopped my payment approx 8.5 Lakh., even if they are not ready to talk . Also they are not ready to show any evidence. My seller code is S83ACD. Please let me know what need to be done by me to recover my hard money from Big Cheater " Snapdeal". If somebody is listing me, request you to share the contact no..
