Hi, i am writing this to submit a complain against two companies here regarding their behavior (Harassment) issue with their customers. This is regarding a product (Order id :[protected]) which i bought from snap deal (An e commerce company) and gojavas (A courier company). Actually what happened, i have ordered a product from snapdeal and it was delivered on 28/10/2015 via gojavas people. I have received my order in the morning time and paid them rs. 992 from my citibank credit card ending with 5022. However, i had an issue with the product because of that, i have requested for a return of that particular product and return my money back from snapdeal in my sbi savings account. An other courier boy came in the afternoon and picked up my parcel and gave me the receipt of it, however, the same courier boy came in the afternoon around 4 pm as if i was going to my office, told me that the payment i paid today was not through and i had to pay that money again. I then called my bank again and being told that it was a successful transaction, i told the same to him, also sent him the same transaction message on his personal number, but then he called someone who told me that i had to pay that money again as it was not a successful transaction, i told him again that it is a successful transaction as my bank has already verified it twice but he tried to threaten me and insulted me alot, i then went for my office as i was getting late for my office.In the evening i got a call from [protected] and person identified himself from snapdeal told me that the issue has been resolved and we have initiated your refund. I told him that i have received the paymnt in my sbi sacings account. Then on the next day on 29/10/2015, these courier boy started calling me in the afternoon as i was sleeping and finally i woke up and answered his call, told me that he was waiting at my gate. I went to my doorstep and saw that he was not alone, there was an other guy with him who didn't identify himself and forced me to make a payment once again, i tried to explain him all the things and sent him an email also which i received from snapdeal and his email id was [protected]@gmail.com but then he called someone named ashish tripathi, told me that he was also from snapdeal. He then forced me to make a payment but i told him that i have all the proofs and the request is already been closed but he told me that we will go legal, called me from [protected] and insulted me that said i am a bad customer who do not want to pay, i felt very insulted then these both guys left my place. I called snapdeal again, told them about the same and they have registered my request but nothing is happend yet. I want you to please take a strict action against these people as they have wasted my time and threatened me and because of this, i got a warning letter from my organization for coming late to the office, i need your help to do something on this.

My question to you is...who is responsible for the deficit??
You guys are unbelievable. .today i have received an other call from two person stating that when will you pay this money 992rs.i spoke to the c.c.e., she transferred me to her floor supervisor, she also didn't help and hung up my phone.this guy Ashish tripathi again called me today from [protected] no. And told me that we will go legal. I am not able to understand, wtf going on?you guys are threatening your customer.an other call received from [protected].please do the needfull.
