I orders a product in snapdeal on 11/10/15.. but the product was cancelled by them .. They are saying that the refund has been sent.. but i haven't received money in my account.. Order ID: [protected] Yesterday when i sent the copy of bank pass book to them, they are saying as the dates are shown differently in passbook.. The transaction has been made on 11/10/15, bank has made the entry on 12/10/15 in the pass book. This is because the transaction has been done through debit card, so the debit date would have been delayed.. please refund for the cancelled product to my state bank account, accnt num :[protected], if the refund is not possible to previous account..

This is in reference tomy request no 08952240 against Order number [protected].

I had return my product to Snapdeal on 10th October becuse product is different & quality not good of INR 900. I had submitted my NEFT details to Snapdeal for refund. Snapdeal confirm to me on 12th they will give me refund within 4days.
however when I was not received payment then I called to Sanpdeal customer service about the matter, they had said to me they will trying to give me refund asap. after that i again called to customer service. Then they had say to me they did not revived my NEFT details. Then again I submitted my NEFT details on 25th October 2015. they was confirm to me they will give me refund within 48 hours. However still I am waiting for the my AMT.
Further I was marks more than 8 to 10 email to snapdeal customer service & refund service. They was not replay me & also they don't call me.

I am request to you kindly go through the matter & push to snadeal for refund as soon as possible.

I have ordered a laptop in snapdeal.com. I received a faulty product. As snapdeal providing 7 days easy return. Its not easy. They are cheating us. They are using simple trick. When I try to create a return or replacement request from website or mobile app, there an error showing contact customer care. But when I call their helpline, no option to talk with representative. Just some other option in IVR. My Order ID: [protected]. My registered mobile number [protected].

I had purchased the Vox V93 4GB tablet in snapdeal.com. Later i had issues in this tablet. So that i returned it with as it comes. After i got the tablet, i shocked because the tablet cover and keyboard is missing. I raised complaint and they told for neft the amount Rs200 but that link is not working for me. So that i sent the bank details and the customer care called me to confirm the refund. But still there is no response from their side, i am so much angry with this type of intolerant behavior from snapdeal, i already purchased 15 tablets from snapdeal but this is the first time i had experience this type of things from snapdeal.

I have purched one product from snapdeal company order no is [protected] on 28/10/2015. But I have found sender product was defective so refund request send on them system and I found reply from them they will process for refund in 3-4 days but after 5 days I have no any feed back received request no is 10870893

This is to our great surprise that popular sites like snapdeal cheated us by delivering an empty box an taking away rs 41K. I ordered an Iphone 6 16gb Gold approx. 41k, since it was my 1st shop on snapdeal so we never had the idea that they are frauds..!! we either want the refund or the ordered product .. not expected this frm such sites plz see to our complaint and help resolve it soon.I have already loged the complaint against the same issue but when agent from snapdeal customer complaint team called me & informed me that I have already investigate against you complaint. Verified from Snapdeal that the product was delivered to me but I always tell him that I haven’t received Iphone in box but he is always told me that snapdeal cannot help hyou on this because it was delivered from our FC, tell me where is the customer fault you mean to say I am raising a fake complaint, if you didn’t trust on your customer, your should have to give us open delivery.

I had 20 july 2015 micromax Q380 canvas spark bought but 45 days later the battery was full then I Micromks Care (Durg Bhilai Supela cg) for a second battery, but 2 months after being ordered by the battery Repls While he was not given by the battery will come in 15-20. Problem is I suffer due to which the post. The time will come care of twisting by battery, but the battery is not coming

I have Ordered a product(Order ID: [protected] ) on Snapdeal.com on 28 Oct, 2015 and as I have done online payment for the same via debit card I should have got the freecharge coupons worth Rs.500 under FCOFFER promo code.
Its now 5-6 days but I haven't received the same.
I have reported this issue to snapdeal care but no reply yet.
Also there is not any sign of getting it though my order meets criteria to avail that offer.
So I am expecting a refund as soon as possible OR should I consider snapdeal.com is fooling customers with such unrealised offers?

I had ordered Urban Living-Vegetable-Nicer-Cutter-Multi-Chopper-Dicer at Rs. 470 order_id [protected]. Delivered product was damaged so i further placed return request on 18/10/2015. Delivery man picked up my product but after few days i had call from customer care saying "due to some issue with seller we are unable to provide you replacement so we will refund your amount through sd cash". But till date i have not received my refund amount. Again i contacted snapdeal customer care they said that due to some technical issues they are unable to refund through neither by wallet cash nor by voucher, so they need our bank details to refund. But i am interested in bank refund mode. I need refund through above two choices. This is really very shame on them being a big e-commerce company they are have such technical issues. Respected Sir, I have Purchase Zolo era mobile on snap deal. but i want found it is not working properly.so I have refund this mobile .& register the complain & My complaint number 08801529, which you have registered in Snapdeal against order number [protected].I have paid Rs 4494 but it was refund only Rs 4049. balance amount (Rs 445).not Refund yet.

And I received only Foldable Bench.The day I received only bench instead of a lot of things, I am keep calling to snapdeal customer care everyday. but the answer is you will get it in 2-3 days. And its been more than 2 weeks after that.Is this the quality and customer satisfaction they are delivering. this is very frustrating and disappointing. Executive says it is not in my hand. I can only tell you that product will be deliver with in 24 to 48 hrs. Some times when I insisted to connect my call to supervisor they kept my call on hold for half an hour some times and finally I disconnected my call.

Dear Sir, I had order a Samsung grand max mobile dated on 10th Aug'15 that Order ID: [protected] that time snapdeal offered 10% cash bank on ICICI net banking, my cash back should be credited before on 10th Oct'15. am continuously following for my cash back to till dated. am totally frustrated from snap deal. please check and help this matter. I ordered a product from Snapdeal and was delivered the same on 9 Oct '15. I returned the product back to Snapdeal on 11th Oct '15 as I was not satisfied. Since then am chasing for the refund of my money and its been 20 days. I have not got my money back. I call Snapdeal almost every day just to listen that my refund will be initiated in 2 days. Last week, I spoke to the customer care and she said sir i am giving you my words your refund will be initiated in 48 hours, still nothing done. I bought a Dell insprin Laptop From Snap deal 12.09.2015 worth Rs 26, 000 Its Delivers on 14.09.2015 But I recived only Laptop The Charger is missing i complaint about it then they said that i have to bought it from market the payment will be considered by them to pay After buying charger from market thry said that its too much costly so we will send you a charger i said ok u please send any thing money or charger But no thing i recived by them Nor charger or money So please look into this matter its around 20 days gone. My name is logupradeep i ordered a data card worth rs1586 on 24/9/15.when i found the delivered product is faulty i returned the product after two days .they promised me to refund my money within 15 days.after returning the product i waited more then 32 days i didnt got money yet.i mailed my account details, shared my bank statement, called them number of times, filed complaints and there is no valid response .after facing a huge disappointment i decided to file a complaint against their customer service.my order id is-[protected].i attached my order invoice .please help for my justice .my contact no: [protected] and my email id: [protected]@gmail.com.

I placed an order for MOTO E worth Rs.4999 order #[protected]. I placed a cancel order and call up their customer care on 15.oct 2015, they assured that i will get back my refund. I did not take the delivery of the product. The delivery boy taking advantage of the fact that it is a prepaid order, signed the pod with a wrong emp no. I recd a message from the gojavas courier that the courier has been delivered. I placed a complaint both with gojavas and snapdeal that the status shows delivered but, snapdeal customer care executive said that they would investigate and assured me of a refund. In the meantime gojavas closed the complaint445443 as soon as it opened. they did not even investigate. The courier guy came to me and showed the pod, neither the signature nor the emp id registered were mine. I also ccd the management but the management seems to be sleeping over it. I keep getting an automated reply from snapdeal that it has been delivered. there is no word from gojavas. I told the delivery boy forged my signature but still no action. Request you not to place a prepaid order. cos if you cancel you will not get the refund

Empty parcel received My order Id is Order ID: [protected] and the order was made on 29th October and yesterday got the package delivered with no loafers in it. This happened with me for the first time since I am purchasing from you from the last 2 years. I want this issue to be fixed soon and refund of my money. Its pathetic to see how incompetent process and support executives are in place for a company like snapdeal wherein I am being forced to feel that the company is wanting to steal my money from me.I have placed return requet for 2 numero uno jeans a few weeks back and with the cost effective way they function little did I know they will send 2 different couriers to pick one product at a time.The return request no was 09618126 order number [protected]. The first vendor Pickandgo came collected 2 packets with both the jeans from me and I mistakenly did not check that he had given a slip for just 1 jeans. When the second courier person came that is when I realized about the confusion and reported the same the customer care no. where I guess no one paid heed to what I said to track both the jeans as few days later I received refund for only one jeans and got a mail telling to send the second jeans through a courier.My call to CC was of no use and although I had returned the product the team with snapdeal did nothing to track it. I called up again and asked a complaint to be logged to which these people said it is been done and they will track product and get back to me.It has been more than a week of followup from my side but there is no one from the team following up on my concern. Today when I called the supervisor is giving my return request as my complaint no and is saying that there is some discrepancy the details of which he is unable to provide. It shows they have a pathetic customer support and system in place as they are unable to track a product picked up extra by their courier person and provide the refund for. I will be ensuring this concern of mine is posted on all possible complaint forums as I am so wary of buying anything from snapdeal now and will ensure I warn other customers about the lack of support infrastructure snapdeal has.Just for approx.Rs 600 you have made me followup multiple times with no resolution in place and no possibility of being able to be heard by a team senior to the incompetent supervisors you have. there are some of them so rude who don't even bother to ask the issue and straight forward tell nothing can be done, also some who quoted the issue wrong (size change, price change, etc)despite of numerous calls made by me. I guess they don't care for their customers ...absolutely let down and hopefully someone senior from the company has a look at this simple issue of mine that the company CC has only made worse.
