    This is to our great surprise that popular sites like snapdeal cheated us by delivering an empty box an taking away rs 41K. I ordered an Iphone 6 16gb Gold approx. 41k, since it was my 1st shop on snapdeal so we never had the idea that they are frauds..!! we either want the refund or the ordered product .. not expected this frm such sites plz see to our complaint and help resolve it soon.I have already loged the complaint against the same issue but when agent from snapdeal customer complaint team called me & informed me that I have already investigate against you complaint. Verified from Snapdeal that the product was delivered to me but I always tell him that I haven’t received Iphone in box but he is always told me that snapdeal cannot help hyou on this because it was delivered from our FC, tell me where is the customer fault you mean to say I am raising a fake complaint, if you didn’t trust on your customer, your should have to give us open delivery.

      I had 20 july 2015 micromax Q380 canvas spark bought but 45 days later the battery was full then I Micromks Care (Durg Bhilai Supela cg) for a second battery, but 2 months after being ordered by the battery Repls While he was not given by the battery will come in 15-20. Problem is I suffer due to which the post. The time will come care of twisting by battery, but the battery is not coming

        I have Ordered a product(Order ID: [protected] ) on Snapdeal.com on 28 Oct, 2015 and as I have done online payment for the same via debit card I should have got the freecharge coupons worth Rs.500 under FCOFFER promo code.
        Its now 5-6 days but I haven't received the same.
        I have reported this issue to snapdeal care but no reply yet.
        Also there is not any sign of getting it though my order meets criteria to avail that offer.
        So I am expecting a refund as soon as possible OR should I consider snapdeal.com is fooling customers with such unrealised offers?

          I had ordered Urban Living-Vegetable-Nicer-Cutter-Multi-Chopper-Dicer at Rs. 470 order_id [protected]. Delivered product was damaged so i further placed return request on 18/10/2015. Delivery man picked up my product but after few days i had call from customer care saying "due to some issue with seller we are unable to provide you replacement so we will refund your amount through sd cash". But till date i have not received my refund amount. Again i contacted snapdeal customer care they said that due to some technical issues they are unable to refund through neither by wallet cash nor by voucher, so they need our bank details to refund. But i am interested in bank refund mode. I need refund through above two choices. This is really very shame on them being a big e-commerce company they are have such technical issues.               And I received only Foldable Bench.The day I received only bench instead of a lot of things, I am keep calling to snapdeal customer care everyday. but the answer is you will get it in 2-3 days. And its been more than 2 weeks after that.Is this the quality and customer satisfaction they are delivering. this is very frustrating and disappointing. Executive says it is not in my hand. I can only tell you that product will be deliver with in 24 to 48 hrs. Some times when I insisted to connect my call to supervisor they kept my call on hold for half an hour some times and finally I disconnected my call.

              Complain number I do not remember but I had raised an issue via your portal on the same day 18th Oct when I received only bench instead of a lot of goods.
              But whenever I called to your customer care, executive said that I can see in the comments against this order id that your product will be delivered in 2-3 days. I got a call on 23Oct from some senior guy Akhilesh and he assured me that you will get the product in 5 lots by Tuesday 27th Oct. But when I did not get the product until 5 pm on 27th Oct then I again called snapdeal CC then some executive said day has not been end yet, wait till 8. and I waited and as usual nothing happened.
              Then I went out of India for 3 days and came back on 31st morning and I called again but got the same answer from a lady executive that you will get the product in 2-3 days. now temme what should I do. If you are not capable enough to deliver the order why you are giving so much exciting deewali offers and all.
              Better to return mu money and I should take a pledge that I wont never ever try snapdeal for any product purchase in future.

                  I ordered a product from Snapdeal and was delivered the same on 9 Oct '15. I returned the product back to Snapdeal on 11th Oct '15 as I was not satisfied. Since then am chasing for the refund of my money and its been 20 days. I have not got my money back. I call Snapdeal almost every day just to listen that my refund will be initiated in 2 days. Last week, I spoke to the customer care and she said sir i am giving you my words your refund will be initiated in 48 hours, still nothing done.                       My name is logupradeep i ordered a data card worth rs1586 on 24/9/15.when i found the delivered product is faulty i returned the product after two days .they promised me to refund my money within 15 days.after returning the product i waited more then 32 days i didnt got money yet.i mailed my account details, shared my bank statement, called them number of times, filed complaints and there is no valid response .after facing a huge disappointment i decided to file a complaint against their customer service.my order id is-[protected].i attached my order invoice .please help for my justice .my contact no: [protected] and my email id: [protected]@gmail.com.

                        I placed an order for MOTO E worth Rs.4999 order #[protected]. I placed a cancel order and call up their customer care on 15.oct 2015, they assured that i will get back my refund. I did not take the delivery of the product. The delivery boy taking advantage of the fact that it is a prepaid order, signed the pod with a wrong emp no. I recd a message from the gojavas courier that the courier has been delivered. I placed a complaint both with gojavas and snapdeal that the status shows delivered but, snapdeal customer care executive said that they would investigate and assured me of a refund. In the meantime gojavas closed the complaint445443 as soon as it opened. they did not even investigate. The courier guy came to me and showed the pod, neither the signature nor the emp id registered were mine. I also ccd the management but the management seems to be sleeping over it. I keep getting an automated reply from snapdeal that it has been delivered. there is no word from gojavas. I told the delivery boy forged my signature but still no action. Request you not to place a prepaid order. cos if you cancel you will not get the refund

                              Its pathetic to see how incompetent process and support executives are in place for a company like snapdeal wherein I am being forced to feel that the company is wanting to steal my money from me.I have placed return requet for 2 numero uno jeans a few weeks back and with the cost effective way they function little did I know they will send 2 different couriers to pick one product at a time.The return request no was 09618126 order number [protected]. The first vendor Pickandgo came collected 2 packets with both the jeans from me and I mistakenly did not check that he had given a slip for just 1 jeans. When the second courier person came that is when I realized about the confusion and reported the same the customer care no. where I guess no one paid heed to what I said to track both the jeans as few days later I received refund for only one jeans and got a mail telling to send the second jeans through a courier.My call to CC was of no use and although I had returned the product the team with snapdeal did nothing to track it. I called up again and asked a complaint to be logged to which these people said it is been done and they will track product and get back to me.It has been more than a week of followup from my side but there is no one from the team following up on my concern. Today when I called the supervisor is giving my return request as my complaint no and is saying that there is some discrepancy the details of which he is unable to provide. It shows they have a pathetic customer support and system in place as they are unable to track a product picked up extra by their courier person and provide the refund for. I will be ensuring this concern of mine is posted on all possible complaint forums as I am so wary of buying anything from snapdeal now and will ensure I warn other customers about the lack of support infrastructure snapdeal has.Just for approx.Rs 600 you have made me followup multiple times with no resolution in place and no possibility of being able to be heard by a team senior to the incompetent supervisors you have. there are some of them so rude who don't even bother to ask the issue and straight forward tell nothing can be done, also some who quoted the issue wrong (size change, price change, etc)despite of numerous calls made by me. I guess they don't care for their customers ...absolutely let down and hopefully someone senior from the company has a look at this simple issue of mine that the company CC has only made worse.

                                  Let me put down some bad experience with snap deal 1. I have purchased Micromax Canvas Tabby P469 The said tablet was going to come with bumper case which was not there though I was given500 recharge. Why it was not delivered which was advertised. Order Id [protected].Secondly to my bad luck the product stop functioning on[protected] while on charging got heated up and touch screen stop function. I informed snapdeal regarding that they said it is not within 7days hence cannot be replaced contact Micromax. Till date there is no resolution from Micromax too the product worth Rs.5750/- is good for nothing now 2. This 500 I used for another purchase toy learning curve, Rs 448 was deducted but order not placed snapdeal customer care give absurd answer by reasoning out of stock and time out though it is showing in stock. It is more than 6 days still the amount is not reversed after several follow up with customer care and assurance that it will be reversed and taken on high priority this assurance is given me 3 time. I have wasted call charges and time for mail but to dumb ear. 3. Bed sheet linen I ordered was delivered after 10 days there also I have to followed up. Which contradicts your advertisement featuring Amir Khan experienced the fast delivery To conclude I am very disappointed and had a bad experience with Snap deal.

                                        Snapdeal consult team told me that i got my refund back on 19 oct and provide me reference number 09241766 but still i did not get money back and after of this thing i call up customer they again said sir you will get money back 28 0ct but still did not get . my order id -[protected] my reg no-[protected] name -md naushad reference no[protected] last 35 days i am trying to get my money back all his representative saying the same thing that i will get my money back . so you just tell me what i need to do if you don't want to give my money back it's all right i am gonna report into consumer court against your company.reply me fast as soon as possible what you want?
