[Resolved] Snapdeal — Hp pavillion laptop | |||||
Hi, I had placed an order for an HP pavillion laptop ob 18th December and recieved it today barely half and hour ago. The order no. is [protected] and it was delivered by Ecom Express tracking id[protected]. Instead of a laptop all I recieved in the box was STONES. I am really disappointed at this point with Snap Deal. This is not what a customer expects. I have already done the full payment as well. I have raised a complaint via customer service of Snap Deal as well as the Courier service. I would preferably want a full refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||

There is so much about snapdeal. I bought a Titan watch from Snapdeal and got a local roadside Chianies watch instead. The seller is Shivam Time, Kirti Nagar. I rang them also and they asked to me get it replaced. I called snapdeal customer care and they reassured me that either I will get my money back or a replacement.
