[Resolved] Snapdeal — Mobile purchase | |||||
Recently i bought a mobile from Snapdeal by registering online as its not available in the open market. After getting it i came to know features mentioned in the site are mentioned much more advanced than the actual features. Its a basic China mobile which is promoted by Snapdeal. I am not intrested in china mobile so as i have approached Customercare to return the product. But Snapdeal has rejected to accept the return saying product can be returned only if it is a faulty product or damaged. Was this information helpful? | |||||
