I purchased Lumia 540 on dated 28 Sept15, and the order number is [protected] from SnapDeal. I get the offer 10% additionally cashback from SBI Card and this should be credit in my account till 30 Nov 15.

I start to complain from 3 Dec 2015 .I get assurance from SnapDeal customer executive the issue will resolve within 4-5 days but after 20 days I am not get any resolution then I request to customer care if you are unable to provide cashback then cancel the order and refund my money back but they neither provide cashback and nor cancel the order. Till today 16 Feb 2016, I am not getting any kind of the solution.
I already shared all my card statement from September 2015 to January 2016 and Feb 2016 unbilled statement also to thire customer care. I fulfill the entire requirement which was asking by your customer care executive, but result could not come.
I am making more then 25 time call roughly by my phone and more than 10 time mail to your customer care. Already I loosing lot of money via my mobile bill but still I am not get my cashback Rs 827/- only.
Please look into the matter.
