Snapdeal — Not returning my money | |||||
I have purchased a led tv from snapdeal.com. It was delivered to me on 18th april, When I opened the box, wall mount was missing.I raised complaint regarding the same on 19th april, they promised me that they will give me a compensation of rs800 for missing wall mount and asked me to update my bank details. I agreed and updated my bank details.On 25th i got a mail from snapdeal that my refund process initiated and it will reflect in my account within 4 days.when 10 days passed i called them again they said that refund has been initiated from their side and asked me me bank statement. I updated my bank statement as they said. now after so many days i am calling and mailing them again and again, their repsentative apologize and make false promises again and again that i will get the amount in 1 day and so on. Its been almost a month now they started to avoid my issue and they dont reply to my mails as well.this is pure customer exploitation. please i request you to take some action so that another customer wont face such a issue as I did. After all its our hard earned money.Its been a month and I still havent got my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
