Dear sir, i got the call from your agent mr anuj on the same day I posted the complaint. He asked me debit card details over the call for refund. I told him that I wanted the product not the refund. So he told me that product will be delivered within 24 Hrs. I received call from[protected] Number. I am fed up with this snapdeal issue. I request you to deliver the product as I ordered it, for better solution. My mobile number is given in last complaint for the ref. Thanking you

After posting the complaint on Consumer Complaints, I promptly received call from snapdeal care service from Number[protected]. There was agent on the call who opologised for inconvinience and asked debit card details for the refund. His name was Mr. Anuj. I told him that I required the product and not the refund as I was not sure to give card details over the call. Mr. Anuj told me that, I will receive product within 24 Hrs of call. I was more than happy with his offer. He did not provide me any ref number for placing order. He told me that I will receive all the details via email.
So I require the product please. My mobile number is given in previous complain for ref. This is my first online shopping and I am facing these kind of frauds from such a bogus website. I request a proper solution to deliver this product. Please compensate delay as well. Thank You
