Snapdeal — Size issue

This is the order no:[protected], of voky white synthetic leather sports shoes size:7, rs 399, ordered, last 5th of aug 2015, thereafter i received 6 size of shoe, again i have complaint to snapdeal like return and replacement once again i received samn same size 6 shoe only.thereafter i soken a guy from snapdeal i need to refund regarding that so i have sended mmy bank details.thereafter once again i got a call from snapdeal for without complaint can not get refund like, am really hurting from snapdeal, the snapdeal is the worst onlineshoping and irresponsibile guys. so stilli not yet get proper answer from any one.
